Sitatunga Camp se trouve non loin de la rivière mais ne la borde pas strictement. Il s’agit avant tout d’une vaste aire de camping ombragée, comprenant également des chalets avec piscine privée ainsi que des tentes confortables pour ceux qui en ont assez de monter et démonter leur tente tous les jours... Cette adresse possède un bar et un restaurant. Le camp est très apprécié notamment des camions 4x4 de tourisme qui traversent le pays. Il est géré par le tour-opérateur Delta Rain qui opère des safaris dans tout le pays. Une bonne adresse.

We had a wonderful time camping (using our own tents) at Sitatunga Camp. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We also used the camp's (in our case much needed) fast and useful laundry service. The ablution block was clean with good pressure showers with warm water - enough for all we needed to clean off the dust after long day of travel. The bar area had a good selection of soft and alcoholic drinks (I recommend giving a try to local beer and gin which are really nice) and offered really tasty meals (plenty of both meat and veggie options). Very nice starting point for exploring the Delta!

The friendliest and most helpful staff we experienced road tripping thru Southern Africa. The bar/restaurant was top notch: delicious & healthy dishes, amazing cocktails, high quality coffee with oat milk. Rooms were dated but appropriately priced, aircon was strong, and outdoor showers were a nice touch. Overall comfortable and highly recommended!

Very much enjoyed my stay here at Sitatunga Camp. The bar staff and the camp staff were so friendly and helpful with everything. The only thing that needs a little improvement is the pools being cleaned more regularly. Other than that my stay was 9/10 would recommend!

We zouden oorspronkelijk 1 nacht blijven maar het zijn er 2 geworden, vanwege pech met de huurwagen. Op deze camping was het geen straf om langer te blijven. Prima camping en zeer hulpvaardig personeel. Met name Tom heeft veel gedaan om ons weer op weg te helpen. Zeker de moeite waard.
