This is a beautiful little hotel and so glad we stayed here. The family suite is better equipped than some high end airbnbs. It was my wife two adult boys and pre-teenage daughter. We made it work. Walking distance to water, excellent grocery store Santa Cruz and JJ liquor up the street for end of day drink. Safe and very clean and lots of character in this little gem of a hotel. Santa Barbara is such a beautiful city and this was a great place to call home base while we took in the sights. highly recommend!!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean, in great shape and comfortable.
Location was walking distance to everything you need.

Solid place to stay. The amenities were pretty good overall. Nothing crazy, but all the necessities are there. Comfortable and cozy. The balcony in room 30 was a nice touch. I enjoyed my stay here. I did find some sand in the shower, no big deal. Additionally I was a little bummed when I asked for an extra hour before checkout that would have been extremely helpful for me and was denied. Although I understand it is tough for their crew to do quick turnaround for the afternoon and I want to respect that, this was a let down and caused me a lot of extra grief and stress in the morning of my friends wedding. Oh well.
