It was amazing! Such a beautiful place! Special thank to Aleks Kovachevich from the kitchen for great hospitality, kindness and attention for every detail. Also the boy at the door today was always so helpful and make everything perfect for our stay and travel back. We will definitely come back with pleasure!

We were unable to go to Montenegro due to force majeure factors. We and the hotel have already stated the reason why we did not go there. Before departure, we experienced the misfortune of being robbed, and our passports and certificates were stolen. We contacted the hotel and asked them to help us with the refund on a humanitarian basis, but the hotel did not do so. So I don't think such a high-end hotel should have such a service. I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The One and Only Hotel in Portonovi, Kumbor offers a top-notch experience with its five-star service and convenient location near the port. We have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, each with its own unique qualities, but the One and Only in Portonovi stands in a class of its own. It’s an architectural marvel. Not a penny was spared in constructing this luxurious property. What particularly attracted us was its wellness program. Then there’s the unbelievable staff who truly enjoy what they do and genuinely care for their guests—they nailed it. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Our 4-day family stay at One&Only Portonovi was impeccable. The staffs (from reception, restaurants and gym) were outstanding, making us feel welcomed and cared for. The location’s beauty captivated us, and our room was a pinnacle of comfort and luxury. This resort is a true gem for anyone seeking an exceptional getaway.

Highly recommended!

Great place for stay. Either a weekend or a longer period will make you feel greeted, cared. Cool pool area, good breakfast. Everyone looks friendly, polite,willing to help.
It's stylish everywhere, public areas, rooms,even toilets are pleasant to visit.
Maybe some team members should get a better training like in the bar, when a person can't even give you a glass of warm water but chilled instead looking at you like you come to his home.

Svako ko dolazi u Hercegnovski zaliv treba da izdvoji vreme da obidje Portonovi, luksuzni kompleks koji je potpuno autenticno uklopio se u ambijent Mediterana, prostrane ulice za setnju, veliki izbor extra restorana i kafica, sjajni sadrzaj kulturni i zabavni tokom cele godine i izdvajam prelepo igraliste savrseno osmisljeno za decu uzrasta od 3 god pa navise!

One and Only Portonovi is truly an exceptional hotel at a beautiful location. Every part of the hotel is beautifully designed, the interiors are modern the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The wellness area offers a big swimming pool and various saunas, treatments and a modern fitness room.
All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful, they really did their best to fulfill all our needs.
Thank you again for the good time we had at the hotel, we will certainly return one day.

Бассейн с теплой водой 30 метров длиной.
Баня, сауна, душевые, раздевалки, полотенца, халаты, тапочки, питьевая вода - всё хорошего качества.
Однозначно стоит своих денег. Особенно если брать абонемент на месяц. Нам обошёлся 286 евро с человека на месяц безлимитного посещения.

This is the pinnacle of the hotel business. One & only is top, top in everything. Special thanks to all the employees who are sincerely motivated. And they do this with great soul. We celebrated two special dates, I just can’t put into words how warmly we were greeted. We can’t wait to travel 2000 km to pamper ourselves again

A wonderful hotel with amazing staff set in the most beautiful setting.

We had an incredible time visiting Porto Novi the hotel rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the staff couldn't have been more helpful but the views will stay with me forever, what a truly magical place, you won't regret staying here.

Очень красивый отель, но сервис не дотягивает до 5 звезд . Ребенку суп сварить в номер не могут. Один куриный суп все дни ребенок есть не может , по ресторанам ходить , не все дети выдерживают ожидания заказа. Попросила убрать свою комнату сразу после обеда , пришли только через 2 часа и почему-то решили что поднос убирать не нужно. Так он до вечера и стоит. Заказала еду ко времени , еще ни разу не принесли без опоздания на пол часа . Плохой интернет. 3 дня подряд мой ключ от номера переставал работать и приходилось переносить запланированые дела занимаясь обновлением моих карточек.
