Excelente hotel las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el servicio es bueno muy rico en desayuno bufet, el personal muy amable.

Desde el personal de recepción hasta los camareros del restaurante y los encargados del mantenimiento, cada miembro del equipo se esfuerza por hacer que tu estancia sea lo más placentera posible. Su atención a los detalles y su disposición para adaptarse a las necesidades de los huéspedes son verdaderamente ejemplares.

Los huespedes se quejan del ruido y como vecina también, no puede ser que todos los días empiezan a martillar y serruchar antes de las 8 am y es ya el segundo domingo que desde las 8 están en las mismas.
No hay respeto por el descanso ni de sus huéspedes ni de sus vecinos.
Violan todas las normas de convivencia posibles.
No pueden ser un buen hotel sin mirar a quien afectan a su alrededor. Somos familias con bebés y niños tratando de descansar. ¡Mas empatía!

Nice hotel but the construction and the noise bleeding into the hotel is really frustrating. It’s banging all morning every single day we’re staying here. On top of the fact that the pool isn’t available either and they let you know when you check in instead of when you book. Just be cautious if you’re trying to have a relaxing stay it’s very loud.

Very close walk to everything in el Poblado! Safe and clean. Staff was always helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Pésimo servicio, te cobran extras por ingresar visitantes, te cobran a parte unos supuestos impuestos (que ya se habían pagado) por valores exagerados y te cobran varias veces las cosas del minibar cuando ya las has pagado te las vuelven a cobrar. NO LO RECOMIENDO

El olor del hotel es muy agradable. La habitación tiene un ambiente y luces muy agradables, y siempre la tienen limpia... Que delicia sites.

Although the staff & the location were great…
The hotel failed to inform us about the construction being done on the top floor which includes the amenities such as the pool & the gym. We were informed about the construction upon arrival to the hotel.
There is only one elevator & takes forever. The elevator is also used by the construction folks who were using it to bring materials to the rooftop. It took us forever to go to our room sometimes!
The floor in our room was filthy! And the shower head barely worked.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel at all.
The only good thing about this hotel was the location & the cute coffee shops around.
