Hotel muy bonito, habitaciones limpias y ordenadas, recepcionistas muy amables, no hablaban español pero nos comunicamos en inglés, check in a las 3pm, como llegamos antes de lo previsto nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas en recepción mientras se realizaba check-in. Hay transporte muy cerca a una cuadra en tram y la estación de tren a 20 minutos tomando tram. Muy recomendado!

Room was comfortable and quite clean. Bathroom is ok but the sink is quite small. The hotel is not so closed to downtown but the position is good if are on a business trip and work in Zurich West area. Good experience overall. Maybe it is a bit over priced.

Οικονομική επιλογή ξενοδοχείου σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. Οι μικροί χώροι του δωματίου δεν εμπόδισαν την άνετη διαμονή μας. Η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να είναι περισσότερο σχολαστική.

Was here last week for just one night, but the experience was great. The room was nice but a little bit small (see review of the room). The service was perfect from the very first moment, and the location for me was great, as it was close to my working place. The hotel has a sauna available at every hour. It could not try it, but it's good to have the option to do so. For sure will be staying here again if I go back to Zurich!!

Otel mükemmeldi. Odalar yataklar konforluydu. Ancak resepsiyondaki bir erkek ve diğeri kadın iki görevlide güleryüzden uzak, insani ilişkileri düşük kişilerdi. Otele girdiğimizde onlarla diyaloga girmek için biz kaç kez çaba sarfettik. Hoşgeldiniz birazdan ilgileneceğim gibi kibar cümleleri kullanmak zor olmamalıydı. Onun dışında memnun kaldık.
