Bel hôtel calme nourriture très copieuse et excellente grandes chambres ds l'esprit espagnol

Estada perfecte per desconectar amb parella

Photos to come in an update. I frequently go to dine at the restaurant, and the food is superb. The steak I had the other day was sublime on a par with Surf Arinsal. I have stayed at the hotel 3 times, the rooms are nice, nothing extravagant, some upgrades needed. Another family run place, the owner is a lovely Andorran constantly on the go. I have known him for a number of years. His kid is learning the ropes and is a wonderful character, too. Highly recommended. He owns Topic too & Bar O, another staple of mine like Grupetta.

Un hotel en las montañas de Ordino en Andorra. Pasé maravillosas tardes jugando Brigde.

El servicio es muy atento con el huésped. Los buffets de desayuno abarcan tostadas, fruta, cereales, huevos, bacon e incluso se ofrecen a hacerte una tortilla. Las habitaciones sería el punto a mejorar. Decoración obsoleta y camas algo incómodas

La ubicación y el personal de recepción inmejorable!!
Pero las habitación es muy antigua, le falta una reforma, y no estaba muy limpio en general, ni el suelo, ni la bañera ni el balcón!

100% Recomendable. Las vistas espectaculares y el servicio de recepción y restaurante de 10. Comida muy buena. Las habitaciones antiguas pero muy limpias. La ubicación muy buena.

Bueno la verdad es que la experiencia a sido tan mala que no se ni por donde empezar.
Empezaré por lo bueno LAS VISTAS.
Nos hemos tenido que ir de lo mal que estábamos, Las habitaciones son un HORNO LITERAL,sin aire y lo peor no habrás las ventanas porque se llena de MOSCAS.(NO HAY MOSQUITERAS).
Sin aire,sin poder abrir ventanas y evidentemente que las abrí pero estábamos rodeados de moscas asqueroso.
Por no hablar que tenía que sujetar el mango de la ducha con un palillo porque se caía el mango al ceder el soporte.
El jacuzzi no funcionaba,en el baño no había escobilla ni colgadores,tenía de colgar el bikini en las ventanas de madera casi podrida!!! de verdad un HORROR!!

Cuando caminas por la habitación cruge el suelo nunca me había pasado nada igual.ÑIIIIÑIIII ES REAL.
EL WiFi falla mucho!!!
Nose como se atrevieron a cobrarme!
Me Dan un descuento para la próxima visita lo que no me tendrían de haber cobrado porque me han reconocido el mal estado de la habitación total nos hemos ido hemos estado solo 1 noche y que noche!!!
A la 1h de la madrugada un montón de gente Ahí en círculo riendo y gritando no podíamos dormir.Suerte que fuimos a la montaña para tener tranquilidad!!
Y bueno el buffet tampoco mata no hay variedad.
Lo único bueno las VISTAS son espectaculares!!!
La piscina pequeña pero hace el servicio en verano porque estava congelada en Agosto pero nos bañamos la verdad que la disfrute.
Y bueno No tienen zona de aparcamiento Minusvalidos pero eso es lo de menos os lo juro jajajjajajNos dejaron la plaza de trabajadores almenos.

Em dinat al restaurant i de l’hotel Coma a Ordino i tot perfecte. Espai gran, bon servei bon menjar casolà.

El hotel muy bien como recordaba, la única pega la wifi, falla, pero por lo demás las recepcionistas super atentas y muy simpáticas, te sacan de muchos apuros, y el resto del personal también eficiente

El servicio es bueno las habitaciones correctas y la ubicación lo mejor

Ambiente familiar y acogedor

Bel hôtel un peu à l'écart de la route principale. Les chambres sont assez grandes mais elles ont besoin d’être revues entièrement avec balcon particulier, le personnel agréable, souriant. Les repas sont variés, rien d'exceptionnel mais suffisants.

Un vrai plaisir de séjourner à l'hôtel Coma. Le personnel est charmant, mention spéciale pour le personnel de salle dont le métier est si exigeant. Les chambres sont très bien placées, toutes avec une belle vue dégagée.
Du calme, stationnement aisé, joli environnement, tout pour passer un excellent séjour d'autant que les tarifs sont très convenables.

Las habitaciones no están preparadas para épocas de verano. No tienen ni aíre acondicionado ni ventilador. ES UN AUTÉNTICO HORNO TODO EL DÍA.

This refers to the restaurant only. We ate on an outside terrace with nice views and expected a high quality gastro meal as per the photos on their website. What we got instead was low quality food and poor uninspiring presentation, certainly not worth the high price charged. Very disappointing. We also agree with another post about the poor bird stuck in a small cage in reception. He looked absolutely miserable, needs a new home ......

This is a second review following yet another visit to the restaurant in May 2023. It is still a one star rating, the food in NOTHING like the photos on their website. Just be warned, the food is edible but definitely not the refined haute cuisine it advertises. We have been now four times, surely its not the chef"s day off every time we go !?!

Competitiu, bon servei, molt ben situat.

Cena exquisita y servicio muy amable y profesional. Con muy buen recuerdo de Carlo, de su atención y sonrisa.

Ordino is a lovely place, quite small but with a fair amount of things to see and do, including a couple of good restaurants. The hotel barman was really welcoming, and one of the receptionists went above and beyond helping my father with his small collection of Andorra-issued coins.

Sadly the hotel is in need of maintenance. Most things work just about but it is tired and tatty in places. The breakfast buffet was OK but not worth 15 Euros. The swimming pool was out of service for the duration of our three nights stay and the "exclusive access" to the sports club is by separate payment, which is not made clear in the publicity.

Un lugar ideal para celebrar una boda. Tiene unos jardines preciosos. El personal es muy atento

Coup de coeur déja pour ce petit village d Ordino typique d'Andorre,ensuite pour cet hôtel accueilllant ,rustique, avec tout le confort !Un petit we prolongé dans ce havre de paix,en pleine nature avec spécialités régionales et détentes assurée .Les chambres avec terrasse et un reveil au son des oiseaux et vue sur la montage sont des plus dépaysant !
