The room was nice and comfortable, the bathroom was very nice with all the toiletries, everything very clean. Excellent location walking distance to the center, shops and restaurants. Friendly and attentive staff. The reason I give a 4 not 5 is because no coffee machine in the room, and the breakfast could be better. But i really enjoyed my stay

L'hotel Isartor è un hotel senza grandi pretese. In Italia sarebbe a metà tra un 3 e un 4 stelle.... Però voglio dare 5 stelle perché onestamente si trova in un punto centralissimo (5 min a piedi da marienplatz), di fianco ha un parcheggio multipiano con distributore carburante che per 3 giorni prende 40 euro circa. POTETE ENTRARE A MONACO ACQUISTANDO IL BOLLINO VERDE NEI CENTRI ATU E TUV al costo di 7 euro (per sempre)

La struttura è pulitissima, ordinatissima e di sera non si sente volare una Mosca! Il personale è di una gentilezza incredibile e, anche se c'è stato il problema della lingua (da parte mia, loro ne parleranno 20 tranne l'italiano), sono pazienti e disponibili a farti capire tutto. La colazione è abbondante ma alla tedesca. Consiglio a tutti!

La posizione è senz'altro la migliore caratteristica. Servizio di pulizia camere e colazione direi molto buono. La reception potrebbe essere un po' più prodiga di info di benvenuto...qualche consiglio giusto per orientarsi in città non guasterebbe.
Importante: parcheggio a 2 passi e via transitabile con area per scarico bagagli di fronte all'hotel.

We had no wifi for the 2 nights we stayed there. There was a different person at the reception both days and they both had a scripted answer that they will send someone the next morning to fix wifi and both mornings nothing changed.
If you need wifi during your stay (like 99.999999% of travellers would) then don't stay at this hotel.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt usw nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt

Service: Wir kamen am Freitag den 8.12 Abends an. Der junge Mann der am Empfang stand war sehr unfreundlich. Man spürte förmlich wie viel Bock er auf seine Arbeit hatte.. Wir bekamen nur die Infos in welche grobe Richtung unser Zimmer lag. Wann check out, ob wir noch Frühstück dazu buchen möchten wurde nicht angesprochen. Es war wirklich nur ein Hallo, ah check in , hab alle Infos von ihnen, hier ihr zimmerschlüssel, das ist das Passwort, fürs Zimmer geht es rechts lang...
Dafür war beim check out (am Sonntag früh) die junge Dame sehr Aufmerksam und nett. Für sie gebe es ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Zimmer:
Bis auf die Toilette sehr angenehm. Aber das Badezimmer ist wirklich eng gebaut. Menschen die etwas schwerfällig sind, würde ich das Zimmer nicht empfehlen. Als ich in die Dusche wollte, hab ich mich erstmal an der Toilette und dann am Badewannen Rand gestoßen. Und beim aussteigen, wünschte ich mir einen Griff wo ich mich festhalten konnte. Hatte super Angst auf dem nassen Boden auszurutschen.

Parken:
Das Parkhaus direkt daneben (in der Tankstelle) gehört zum Hotel.
Wenn man im Hotel seine Parkgebühr bezahlt ist es günstiger. Und zwar hab ich vom Freitag 19 Uhr bis Sonntag 31€ bezahlt.

Fazit:
Falls ich nochmal nach München muss, würde ich es nochmal buchen. Einfach die Lage und der Preis überzeugen.

اخذنا فيه ليلة كانت تجربه جميلة
فندق مرتب وبسيط ومريح
الاسره مريحة والموظف بالاستقبال كان رائع
فيه مواقف سيارات بجانبه اذا كنت تبع الفندق بيعطيك اليوم كامل ب ١٢ يورو وتقدر تطلع وترجع بسيارتك بدون تكلفه اضافيه
الغرفه جيده
كل غرفه فيها بلكونه
الاسره مريحه
دوره المياه نظيفه ورائعه
الفطور بسيط لكن جميل
فيه واي فاي مجاني
الموظفين رائعين ولبقين
موقعه ممتاز مشي ٥ دقايق واقل للسنتر
كل شي جمبك ????
انصح فيه وبقوه
نسينا راس شاحن وارسلنا لهم وبلغونا انه موجود عند الاستقبال اشكرهم على امانتهم

Nice room, great location. Nice people, nice to us anyway. When we arrived and checked in I asked if they needed to see our passports. The girl said no need. Later that evening we were at the bar, which is right next to the front desk. I overheard another lady ask a gentleman of color for his passport. Saying they'd forgotten to get it when he checked in. So I asked if they would need ours too. The woman said no need. Im not sure if it had to do with his skin or maybe where he was from. It didn't seem right.

Located in centre of Munich and walking distance to all places. Hotel room were clean but there was no fridge.
We were told breakfast was included so we went there for breakfast upon our checkout we paid €50 for 2 people breakfast.
We could have done breakfast at some fancy place for that amount. Was disappointment and would never take this hotel again.

Management is not very friendly.

Un hôtel bien sympathique et très bien situé
À pied prêt de tout ce qui est à voir dans le coin
En transports en commun accessibilité à proximité 3 à 5 minutes pour si rendre à pied

L’accueil fût excellent
Déjeuner inclus et très satisfaisant

Bémol Oreillers trop molles devrait être mieux

Un bon rapport qualité prix à mon avis

Nous avions la chambre 407 vue avec balcon et bien insonorisé également un gros plus

Just returned from my stay at Hotel Isartor and overall my stay was great. On my next return to Munich I would stay there again.

The room was modern and clean. I was 1 person with a king bed. Plenty of zoom for me. I had a smart little bathroom and balcony. The bed was firm with what felt like new sheets. What is important to me is a room that I feel comfortable in, has a good bed, very clean, and smartly designed. My room was 5/5.

All the staff was friendly and willing to help. Thank you.

The common areas are a little dated but they have kept the rooms updated so I was happy.

Das Hotel Isartor überzeugt mit seinem 5-Sterne-Service, das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber, wenn auch teilweise etwas altmodisch und nicht immer 100% im Schuss, daher 4 Sterne. Die Lage ist fantastisch, alles Wichtige ist fussläufig erreichbar und eine U-Bahn-Station befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!
