My wife and I had an incredible experience at your hotel, the only possible star I will give is for the very helpful gentleman at the reception who was desperate about the situation and tried to help us.

But the way you as the manager handled it is second to none, I guess the other reviews below all point to that.

You either turn everything against the customers and let them know that everything is fine with you. This is not the path to success.

Thank goodness that at that time the room we were assigned did not have heating, because that was already a signal to go to the staff to get the heating working, but unfortunately it was not possible until the morning. We were offered direct heaters. We agreed. On returning to the room, the cockroaches appeared. I don't even want to know what would have followed if my wife and I had gone to sleep normally and this disease carrier had bitten us. The gentleman who must be the Manager would reply that we brought the bugs! I think I know what I'm packing in my suitcase. Unbelievable. It's a good thing we weren't without the kids, but my wife's afraid of bugs anyway.

So I immediately clean up the hallway and get the hell out of the hotel.

We were allowed to, although the bad weather made the transfer drag on for 1,5h, but what could we do.

My worst experience in my life.

Never again….????????????????????????????????

Aufenthalt 05/03/2024 bis 06/03/2024.
Es ist nicht mein erstes Mal beim Daniel Hotel in Muenchen aber es war der schleschteste !!
Zimmer sehr alt ausgesttatet, Badezimmer sehr klein u. die Duschkabine war sehr eng.
Fruehstuck bekommt 0 (NULL) !! es gab einfach nichts zum freuhstucken.
kein Brot, kein Gemuse, kein Kaffe einfach nichts.
Werde nie wieder zurueck !!

I booked this hotel because the homepage mentioned airconditioning in a single standard room, unusual for Germany. Nice on a hot Sumer day.
I tried to start the a/c - nothing happened. Asking for another room with working a/c, the guys at the reception told me then, only the 2 comfort rooms have actually airconditioning - but I haven't booked a comfort room - sorry.
Other switching devices are all fake.
In other words, the hotel is lying on their website about the condition of the room.

I do not know how to answer the response of the hotel - so I edit my original comment.
I showed both guys at the reception a picture how I set the operating device - to 1 = means on. Nothing happened.
They told me, there is no air-conditioning.
If there would be an air-conditioning and I didn't get it to work - so why didn't one of your guys at the reception came up to my room and get it to work?
I only heard from them - there is no air-conditioning.
Very strange behavior of your employees.
And btw. why didn't you answer my e-MailI sent you a week later?

Hotel ist super auch das Personal.Die Disco nebenan ist schrecklich,man konnte kaum schlafen weil die Musik bis 7 Uhr ordentlich im Hotel zu hören war.

Jede Nacht Discobeschallung. Lapidare Antwort der Rezeption: Muss man aushalten. Wenn du arbeiten musst - such dir ein anderes Hotel!

Edit: Zimmer 315. Die Öffnungszeiten der Disco kann ich online aber auch selbst einsehen.

Abartige Lautstärke einer angrenzenden Disco machen Schlaf unmöglich.

Na první pohled možná hezký hotel v centru Mnichova, za dobrou cenu.
Ale zdání klame. Nikdy víc!
Při příchodu na pokoj jsme se s manželem převlékli, nechali otevřený kufr a šli se podívat na nedaleké vánoční trhy.
To co se nám stalo, když jsme se vrátili, nechce zažít opravdu nikdo.
Když jsem se natáhla po malé tašce, co ležela otevřená na zemi, vyskočili z ní tři menší “brouci”. Říkám si sakra co to je. Schovali se pod postel, tak jsme je začali hledat. No světe div se. Po postelí další, větší, do kufru se nám jich nastěhovalo asi dalších šest - zřejmě cela rodinka švábů obecných!!!!
Za postelí je dřevěné obložení, kam se utíkali vždy schovat. Fuj!!!!
Okamžitě jsme situaci řešili s recepčním, který dělal vše co bylo v jeho silách - s manažerem hotelu si volal po telefonu, který to dle mě měl řešit (evidentně mu to bylo jedno)!!!!
Recepční zajistil jiný hotel, avšak kvůli tomuto nám vznikli další náklady na transport, garáž v novém hotelu, drahá snídaně.
Z hotelu s námi nechtějí komunikovat, nereagují na naše zprávy. Tohle by se mělo řešit. Máme fotky a videa!

入住價格便宜合理，離地鐵超近手扶梯上來及到了，位子相當方便。房間配備簡單許多備品需自行攜帶，房間地毯髒髒的。住了兩個晚上，遇到星期五隔壁的pub砰砰砰超大聲，有睡眠障礙的慎選！

Really great location for first time visitors. In front of the hotel is the entrance to the metro, which is also intersection with the city railway line S8 that goes to international airport. Not to mention that it is one stop away from main railway station which is the best way to visit other parts of Germany.

I stayed there for 1 night with my friend and by far it is the worst hotel experience we’ve had. The bathroom was extremely moldy and it does not look like the mold has been attempted to be cleaned in a very very long time. I was very uncomfortable using the shower and the sink. Not to mention, the bathroom is very small.

Additionally, there was a used tissue paper left next to my bed.

I told the receptionist and the head of the cleaning department. The receptionist was nice, however, the head of the cleaning department did not seem genuine with her apology.

I 100% would not recommend.

The booking was under Darene A. We stayed there from Nov 15 - Nov 16 :)

Edit 2 - replying to customer service:

Maybe you should state on your website that the lower rate rooms come with mold so we can pick and choose ;) I hope you can use these excuses with the ministry of health as well.

If the problem with the mold was not resolved maybe you should not have booked out the room for your customers.

Tip: Customer service is very telling of what type of a hotel this is ;)
