If I could give this hotel, the owner, and the staff more stars, I would. Fantastic service everyday. They went above and beyond everyday to provide us with recommendations and maps on how to visit the best the island has to offer, best restaurants, and more. We would have missed a lot of hidden gems if it wasn’t for the owners recommendations and support. The hotel has a beautiful terrace with a fantastic view, great for breakfast or evening cocktails. The location is also perfect! You’re just a few steps away from the famous stairs, hidden garden, and more. I HIGHLY recommend you stay here if you’re in Capri.

Excellent accueil d'Etore et de son équipe. Très bons conseils pour visiter l'île. Hôtel calme et propre. Bon petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Proche du funiculaire.

Fabuleux !
_Endroit stratégique, prêt du centre “La pizzetta” et de la magnifique “Via Krupp”, route menant à la plus belle plage de capri “Marina Piccola”.
_Chambre propres et spacieuse, petit déjeuner copieux donnant sur une belle vue sur la mère.
_Acceuil chaleureux et maintenu le long du séjour, spécial remerciement à “Ettore” le propriétaire qui mène la barque avec passion et professionnalisme. N’hésitez pas à lui demander conseil.
_Tout ça un avec le meilleur rapport qualité/prix (Que j’ai trouvé après des jours de recherches).
Je recommande vivement !

We spent the first three nights of our honey moon at La Tosca. The location is great, the rooms are clean, the staff are excellent and - considering this is Capri - the prices were good.

Due to bad weather the ferry we were supposed to take to Positano when checking out was cancelled. We were lost on how to get to Positano without the ferry, but the owner of La Tosca set up an alternative route for us and gave us detailed instructions. He even called and booked tickets for us on another ferry. Amazing service, that saved our day! ????

One of the nicest stays we’ve had in Italy. This is a great place to stay and such a fraction of the cost compared to similar hotels adjacent. Book it well in advance if you happen to find an opening during your stay in Capri!

Hotel la Tosca

I was a guest at the Hotel la Tosca for four nights with a companion. Ettore and his staff always looked after us pleasantly from reception to departure. The hotel was very well maintained and always clean. The room was simple but nothing was missing. Upon arrival, the glazing on the terrace was being installed so that breakfast could be enjoyed even if the weather was bad. The rolls and croissants were always fresh, sometimes still warm. We felt very comfortable, especially because of the always friendly staff. I will visit the hotel again on my next stay in Capri.
