"Ho recentemente soggiornato in questo hotel per una durata di 5 giorni e, sfortunatamente, devo condividere un'esperienza molto deludente. Nonostante le condizioni meteorologiche estreme, l'hotel non è riuscito a fornire un riscaldamento adeguato nelle camere, rendendo il nostro soggiorno scomodo e freddo. Inoltre, la fornitura di acqua calda era molto limitata o inesistente, aumentando il disagio.

Anche le opzioni per la colazione erano deludenti, con scelte molto limitate che non hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative per un hotel di questo calibro.

Nel complesso, la nostra esperienza è stata tutt'altro che soddisfacente. Avevamo grandi speranze per il nostro soggiorno ma siamo stati delusi dalle amenità di base e dai servizi che mancavano. Basandomi sulla nostra esperienza, raccomando fortemente agli altri di considerare questa recensione prima di prenotare il loro soggiorno in questo hotel. È importante sapere cosa aspettarsi e, sfortunatamente, nel nostro caso, l'hotel non ha soddisfatto gli standard che ci si aspetterebbe per un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Non raccomando questo hotel."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a duration of 5 days, and unfortunately, I must share a very disappointing experience. Despite extreme weather conditions, the hotel failed to provide adequate heating in the rooms, making our stay uncomfortable and cold. Moreover, the hot water supply was either very limited or non-existent, adding to the discomfort.

The breakfast options provided were also underwhelming, with very limited choices that did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory. We had high hopes for our stay but were let down by the basic amenities and services that were lacking. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend others to consider this review before booking their stay at this hotel. It's important to know what to expect, and unfortunately, in our case, the hotel did not live up to the standards one would anticipate for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I do not recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, super good pool which was nice to chill after seeing the sites of Capri. Like other reviews mention, hotel is around 10mins walk, last 1/2 up hill from the main square, but is on the way to some of the sites such as Villa Lysis. Rooms are a bit dated, but it's nice to be close enough to town but far enough away to have some piece and quiet.

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos! Chambres minuscules, sentent l’enfermé les lits également trop petits et toilettes moisis.
Nous avons réservé sur booking une chambre double économique à notre grande surprise on nous a logé dans une chambrette très étroite. On a décidé de partir, la gérante nous a proposé de nous reloger chez un de leurs partenairs dénommé Camélia Rooms, c’était pareil voir pire. C’était notre première fois a Venise et on voulait que tout se passe bien et on a changé d’hôtel sans remboursement!
Je vous le répète ne vous fiez aux photos des chambres! Elle sont moches en réalité

Das Hotel liegt ober halb von Capri Stadt und ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist fantastisch, sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne Pool und Gartenanlage. Saubere, gemütliche Zimmer mit großem Balkon in typisch italienischem style. :) Frühstück auf der Terasse war ebenfalls top.

Muy lindo hotel, está relativamente cerca del centro de Capri. El desayuno es espectacular. Muy buena atención.

Nous revenons d’un séjour dans cet hôtel, extérieur très jolie et très calme rien à redire tout est propre, piscine un peu fraîche.
En revanche, payer plus de 250 euros la nuit pour avoir un matelas pas confortable et une chambre où la porte laisse passer la lumière du couloir, et où on entend tous les bruits de couloir non merci… éviter la chambre 29 qui se trouve au début du couloir juste à côté de la réception. Nous avons été réveillé très tôt a cause du bruit. Dommage pour un 4 étoiles.
Le petit déjeuner vraiment pas terrible, hormis le cadre ce n’est pas qualitatif au vu du prix. Peu de choix, pas de jus d’orange frais. Personnel gentil.

Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile! Un servizio impeccabile! Se potessi darei più di 5 stelle al personale! Colazione buonissima. Posizione perfetta a 400m dalla piazzetta di Capri!! L’hotel è meraviglioso con la piscina immersa nel verde! Unica pecca (a mio parere) la tendina della doccia (gradirei una vetrata o qualcosa di simile)! Ps: dalla piazzetta - sotto l arco del municipio- c è una strada diversa per evitare la grande salita che porta all’hotel! Torneremo presto! Grazie di tutto

Wir, Ehepaar aus Berlin hatten die Freude für 10 Tage in der schönen und charmanten Villa Sarah im April 2023 zu wohnen. Zimmer mit tollem Blick über Hotelgarten auf das Meer.Aber das Beste war bei weitem die überaus herzliche und nie um einen individuellen und passenden Tip verlegene Besitzerin und auch ihr Sohn.Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben dort gefühlt.

Also das Hotel soll 4 Sterne haben , höchstens 2 sind realistisch. Der Putz blättert innen und außen ab. Garten voller Unkraut.Matratzen extrem hart. Zimmer und Bad extrem eng und klein. Keine Kofferablage....beschwerlicher Weg bergauf mit Koffer nur für sportliche Leute geeignet...Meeresblick vorhanden, Frühstück ok.....
Aber niemals 4 Sterne , die sind selbstvergeben genau wie die handgetöpferten Hinweisschilder.....

Avevamo chiesto un cambio data per la nostra vacanza visto che con l'allerta meteo non avremmo potuto imbarcarci con un neonato, abbiamo comunicato il tutto rispettando i loro tempi e ci viene accordato. Oggi scopriamo che non solo non è stato fatto ma si sono pure presi i soldi. Personale pessimo, zero professionalità e serietà inesistente. Una stella è pure troppo. Vergogna

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach nur toll! Sehr ruhig gelegen etwa 15 min zu Fuss bergauf vom Trubel weg. Fantastische Villa und alles einfach nur perfekt!

Ein wunderbarer friedlicher harmonischer Ort mit Superservice um Urlaub zu genießen. Wir haben tolle Ausflugstipps erhalten, ein sehr schmackhaftes Frühstück und ein herrlicher Schwimmingpool mit Wirlpool!
