Hotel molto curato pulito e adatto x una vacanza ad amalfi... ☆☆☆☆☆ in tutto

Fantastico

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for our honeymoon. We were kindly greeted and were pleasantly surprised to an upgrade to a beautiful room with a terrace. I had the best sleep ever so comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was lovely, perfect amount to get started for the day, some fresh fruit and tomatoes with olive oil and oregano prepared with care. The best cappuccino we've had. We can tell the family puts much Love into running the hotel.
The family who ran it were all so friendly and helpful, they were even kind enough to help us with a ride to the port so we could catch our bus on time.
Extremely happy with everything and would stay again if ever back in the area.

First, other reviews stated that the owner was rude. We did not have this problem. He gave us great information and spoke English very well. But we followed the rule of no outside food. We did buy a bottle of wine from the hotel. We were provided coffee and hot cream in the morning.
The room and bathroom is large. Air conditioning worked well. Shades come down for room darkening. Very hot showers. Balcony lovely!

Drawback/shortcomings- location. There is a beautiful view of the ocean IF you get a room with a balcony. BUT the hotel is located on a corner with limited visibility. If you drive a car and need to park there is a fee. And it’s difficult to park because of the limited visibility around the corner. A motor scooter hit us as we were backing into our spot. (If you are driving a car, rent the smallest possible. Roads are really narrow. Big buses are on the roads. Notice all the cars with dents and scratches. No one cares if they hit you. The motor scooters wiz around with no regard for safety.
You must walk towards town to eat. There are three restaurants available before the tunnel. One is a Michelin that is located in another hotel. It’s obviously expensive. If you don’t want to spend a lot of money on food you must walk past the tunnel and into town. It’s about a half mile. And all uphill on the way back. Not for people with disabilities or walkers.
The beds were too firm for our liking. But this is a preference. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. If you are a person who uses a washcloth- bring one. (It’s common in Europe to only provide hand towels and bathing towels.)

In summary- it’s a great place for the price. Just know what to expect prior to booking.

Staying at the Bellevue Suite was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The suite itself was impeccably clean, elegantly furnished, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. The location was not so convenient but if you love a nice stroll along the coastline then why not. Overall, my experience at the Bellevue Suite was nothing short of exceptional, and I cannot wait to return for another stay.

Ottima posizione, ottima qualità della colazione, personale garbato e disponibile, camere con veranda grandissima con tutti i comfort fermata bus quasi di fronte albergo.

Hotel sito in posizione tranquilla a km 1 circa dal caotico centro di Amalfi, raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata sul mare, fate solo attenzione perché in alcuni tratti il marciapiede è assente. L’hotel è una bella struttura con comodi parcheggi e stanze finemente arredate in stile locale che si affacciano su uno splendido mare. All’arrivo, con nostro piacere, ci è stata assegnata una stanza più grande dotata di una splendida terrazza con tavolino, 3 sedie e 2 sdraio, tutto molto bello. La pulizia era impeccabile e la Wi-Fi velocissima. La colazione,non compresa, si potrebbe migliorare, in prevalenza c’erano cibi confezionati a parte brioche fresche, panini, torta e frutta, per due mattine ci hanno servito pomodoro e mozzarella, a mio giudizio mancavano uova e verdure, anche solo un cetriolo affettato e forse, essendo in una terra di dolci squisiti, qualche prelibatezza locale( pastiera, pasticciotti, sfogliatelle….).

Sono stato con la mia famiglia questo weekend, per il ponte di pasqua e pasquetta. Tutto al top, camere ampie, pulite e arredate con gusto, personale super gentile e colazione di qualità per essere un 3 stelle. Molto comoda la fermata del bus sotto l’albergo. Semmai in futuro dovessimo tornare, di certo sarà la nostra prima scelta. A presto!!

Our experience at this hotel was wonderful!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, and we were fortunate enough to stay in a sea view suite which offered breathtaking views of both the ocean and Amalfi town. The breakfast, which comes at an additional charge, is highly recommended – featuring a generous selection of bread, coffee, and local produce. The walk to Amalfi town takes approximately 20 minutes and treats you to picturesque scenery along the way. Additionally, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel for quicker transportation.

However, what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel truly at home. Moreover, the front desk provided valuable local recommendations and transportation information, enhancing our overall experience. We look forward to visiting this hotel again soon.

Antonio and the team have been helpful before I even arrived at the hotel, helping to answer questions and queries to help with our trip to Amalfi.

On the first day, we arrived early to go walk the path of gods and wanted to drop our bags off at the hotel. Antonio and the team greeted us with warmth and allowed us to leave our bags securely with them at the hotel, so we could check in later in the day.

Upon our return from the hike late in the evening, we arrived at the Hotel to be greeted by Antonio and team who informed us that our bags were already in our room and that they have upgraded our room from a double standard (no window) to a double room with a terrace/balcony free of charge.

The hotel room was very clean and they run things properly at this hotel and take great pride in what they do.

Thank you for making our journey in Amalfi so easy.

Lovely rooms, staff and location. BUT do not use booking sites, especially booking.com as we paid more than DOUBLE the listed rate through them.

Wouldn't allow any food in the hotel. Limited food selection. Arrived late one night and wouldn't accommodate the need for dinner. Not close to open restaurants or cafes. Would not help with transportation. Rooms were great but wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel is perfect in everything: parking, breakfast, rooms.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per 2 notti in una stanza doppia con vista mare. I prezzi sono sicuramente molto alti rispetto agli standard della tipologia di albergo, ma se si prova a vedere altrove una notte ti può costare anche 3/400€ quindi ho optato per questo albergo. Una nota molto positiva è sicuramente la vista dalla terrazza che non dispiace, anzi si ha un’ottima visione del golfo. La colazione non male, si dovrebbe migliorare. Arredamento antico che andrebbe sostituito così come le stanze. Tutto sommato abbiamo mangiato e girato nei dintorni restando in albergo solo per dormire quindi se volete risparmiare qualcosa la trovo una valida alternativa. Con 10 min si arriva in centro a piedi, anche se la strada è un po’ pericolosa!

Amazing place and location easily accessible to Amalfi town! Reception was kind and also provided amazing food recommendations. The room was beautiful and spacious with a large balcony. Thank you for having us!

It was such a lovely hotel about 15 minutes walk from the center. We actually liked that it was away from the busy hustle and bustle and more quiet. We had the sea view and it was absolutely beautiful sitting there talking at night. They also have an all you can eat breakfast for only 10 euros that was actually super good. They also had a really adorable, friendly cat that would appear in the evening who just loved being pet.

We stayed here in 2017 and enjoyed it so much that we came back in 2023. We had a triple bed room on the 1st floor with an amazing view of the coast. Staff were excellent and made us feel very welcomed. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The cat in the lobby is clearly the king of the castle. I would recommend the Hotel Bellevue to anyone wanting to visit Amalfi.

Somos Rubén y Noelia, una pareja que gracias a Hotel Bellevue, hizo que nuestra visita a la costa amalfitana fuera muy positiva. Inicialmente cogimos otro apartamento, que se llama Villa Guarracino, el cual nos dejó tirados cobrándonos 5 noches por llegar al check in 25 minutos tarde habiendo avisado. Sobre la marcha, el equipo de Bellevue nos ayudo y nos trato con mucho cariño para quedarnos en su alojamiento tras el disgusto que teniamos. Su calidad humana es tremenda
La limpieza es muy buena, así como los alojamientos y sus vistas, así como sus desayunos. A destacar también su situación, pudiendo bajar andando en menos de 10 minutos al centro de Amalfi.

Recomiendo este alojamiento, siempre les recordaremos con mucho cariño por lo que nos ayudaron.

Loved my stay here. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious and great value. A 15 minute walk to the town but the beautiful views made it an enjoyable one. I preferred staying outside of the town as it was nice and quiet during the night.
