Albergo a 4 stelle ma sono rimasta un delusa! Mi aspettavo una camera più curata nei dettagli soprattutto il bagno : doccia con il soffione rotto e arrugginito, scarico del water difettoso, ventola per aereazione del bagno rotta. La colazione buona. Un albergo a 4 stelle non può avere questi difetti! La posizione è ottima vicino al Santuario e vicino agli scavi di Pompei.

Hotel situato in pieno centro a Pompei, posizione ottima, come ottima la colazione e la gentilezza dello staff, le camere sono pulite anche se magari i bagni, comunque puliti, andrebbero riammodernati.

Customer service was really good. Room was a bit shaky, had problem with electricity when putting the card in, lights would not go on. The shower also has a particular setup where the head is pointing directly towards the bathroom door and there is no curtains, so it's a bit messy when showering, even when using it by hand. Other than that, staff was really good and polite at helping us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this small but well appointed hotel
It has a bar,comfortable reception area, tv room and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Just 50 yards from the main square and restaurants.

Loved our stay here. Clean, large room. Good bathroom & shower. Good comfy bed. Very good breakfast & staff were very friendly. Couldn't fault it.

Stayed here for a week as part of a Just You break. While the hotel is handily placed and clean the standard of food let's it down especially breakfast. Only filtered coffee offered and this was barely drinkable in the land of coffee more options should be available the eggs were also cold. Evening meals were middling at best with small portions and cut fruit for dessert. I also found it annoying that no water offered at the table you had to buy it for 3 Euros. As for the room it was adequate but bathroom was old fashioned with fixed shower head and slow draining water. In summary it was acceptable but far from 4 stars.

Great location. Family run hotel with lackluster service and basic food. Rooms serviceable but could be cleaner. Great views from the roof terrace

Buen hotel con una ubicación extraordinaria para visitar Campania. El personal amable y rápido, y las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. El jacuzzi en la terraza del hotel con vistas a la catedral y a la Península de Amalfi, increíbles. Muy recomendable

I will give this 5 star rating because of the following: parking was available, friendly staff, breakfast offered, a little bar in lobby, 4th floor terrace with stunning views, location (200 m or so from ancient city) , restaurants with in walking distance and comfortable room with WiFi. We will for sure stay at this hotel again
