Habitaciones amplias y limpias
Hotel pequeño, pero cuidado al detalle
El hotel MUY normal, el baño antiguo, descuidado y con olor a cloaca.
Solo se salva la ubicación, aún así a 15 min. caminando del centro histórico.
No recomendable y mala relación calidad-precio.
Por otro lado, el olor de los productos de limpieza era bastante intenso en la habitación, una de dos, o se ventila más después de limpiar o se usan otro tipo de productos con menos químicos nocivos para las personas, que al final eso es lo que respiramos cuando estamos dentro de la habitación. Y estará bien desinfectado pero es exagerado y nunca había estado en un hotel con esta experiencia.
Tuvimos que tener las ventanas abiertas durante varias horas para paliar un poco el olor, ya que me escocían los ojos y me daba mal rollo respirar tanto químico.

Sinceramente no hubiese pagado 100 euros por este hotel si tuviese que volver a reservar.
El personal muy amable y la ubicación genial.
Centrico y limpio
We have booked 3 people room. And they had two normal beds and this one Brocken sofa as a bed!!!!! From me 1* is better than it worth
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel qui contribue à un séjour réussi à Gérone.
Seul petit bémol : pas de chaînes tv françaises ou autres chaînes étrangères proposées ce qui serait pourtant appréciable pour les touristes étrangers que nous sommes.
Aircon never cooled the room. It was on but completely ineffective, just didn’t work. We had a very hot and uncomfortable night. My bedside light was broken and the other one so poor we were unable to read in bed. TV didn’t work. There was nowhere in the room to open a suitcase - largish room with no furniture! Very dated and scruffy hotel! Don’t stay here!
The bed was comfortable.
Rooms are loud.
The bathroom had a bad smell, got worst in morning when people are showering. Bathroom has no window or ventilation which does not help.
Some staff are nice some staff not impressed with working or helping.
Very expensive for what you get.
Do yourself a favour and have a look around before booking here.
Service by staff was hit and miss, one receptionist was lovely and the other lees so.
Our room has the worst smell in the bathroom. We proactively stayed out as long as we could to avoid going back.
The main bedroom and hotel was lovely and clean juat the bathroom smelled so bad. It didn’t have a window or fan so not sure if the drains?
For the money it was a good spot, if we had a nicer room we would go back. But avoid room 305!
The shower wasn’t great - either very hot or very cold but other than that it’s good.
Recommend if you’re staying in Girona on a budget. Can’t really complain! Thanks
