Mooie kamers, keurig sanitair. Zeer vriendelijk en Engels sprekend personeel die je echt wilt helpen.
Locatie naast het spoor is wat minder, maar een set goede oordoppen doen wonderen.

Nähe zum Bahnhof. 25 min zum Stadtzentrum. Angemessene Preise für 4 Bettzimmer. Schöner Hinterhof zum Verweilen.

Excelente atención! Llegamos a media noche sin ningún problema, nos atendieron con amabilidad y la cocina para cenar pastas estaba disponible!

It’s on perfect location if you come by train. Hostel has full service kitchen with wide variety of food, juices, bakery items. Rooms are clean and service people friendly and do their job best. I would 100% recommend this hostel in Pisa town.

The people working reception were great, and that’s it. Odor in the room, blood on my pillowcase, black mold in the shower, terrible mattresses, mosquitos stung all over me at night, and the place advertises itself as a youth hostel but everyone in my dorm was at least in their mid forties. Looking around the hostel; most were not young people and a good amount didn’t even seem like tourists… One of the people in my dorm was such a loud snorer all three of us left at 4 am. I got no sleep and left Pisa early just to get away from this place. So much more to say but to end it here — stay away.

Bardzo czysto, łóżka wygodne, jest cisza i spokój. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna, idealna lokalizacja kilka minut na piechotę do PKP, 15 min spacerem od lotniska. Calodobowy dostęp do baru z jedzeniem i piciem.

Struttura pessima e gestione altrettanto pessima.
Personale scortese, pulizia insufficiente per non dire nulla!
Prezzi eccessivi per una struttura che definire bettola è un eufemismo.

Its close to the central and the airport, the food was delicious and the rooms are clean. The staff is really friendly and there are stuff that you can buy from the reception like shampoo, padlock stuff that you might need. Would recommend!

Bad service from the staff when I needed help. I asked for help with a mistake I made on my reservation and was not assisted (which is fine not everything can be helped) but was treated rudely, my reservation was cancelled without being asked and I was still charged. Do not book with this hostel!

The rooms were dirty, there was a lot of dust and dirt under the bed, there were human cuticles on the clean sheets and they were not very clean in addition I received a broken, ripped, stained pillow. Where the staff assured us it was disinfected. I even saw the ladies cleaning the room and it was very superficial

My stay was exactly what I asked for. Comfortable, conveniently located near the train station and airport and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was travelling by myself and I felt very safe. The room was clean, warm and the bed was comfortable. My only issue was that there was no soap in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Pisa.

Son unos estafadores todo sucio el baño olor a orines, para caminar en la habitación casi por encima de la cama. No es un hotel como nos dijo la niña que nos atendió es un albergue. No lo recomiendo ni para un rato, aparte súper caro para lo malo que es. Y se arrienda las toallas no es que te pasan una.

3€ für den Luggage room obwohl man dort zahlender Kunde ist?! Keine Küche zur Verfügung, lieblos und sehr alte Matratzen erwarten euch..

Une auberge grande et agréable, avec un bar/restaurant en bas. Agréable, bien placé - en face de la gare. Surtout excellent rapport qualité-prix pour la ville.
