Terrible hotel, zero service, incompetent and uninterested staff on the reception (Emanuele). As a guest you don't feel welcome. Impudent lady on the reception. I can't recommend this hotel. High price low standard.

Bon rapport qualité prix, quelques défauts de peinture etc mais bonne literie, chambre propre. AC fonctionnelle. Bon quartier et métro proche.

We had a horrendous experience here. We booked the room as it had air con and Wi-Fi because we had a long day travelling and wanted to be able to relax and recharge before a concert the following night. The air con was useless and despite running it on full power it could only bring down the temperature by two degrees, to 28. The Wi-Fi didn't work. Although we could hook up, we kept getting an error page. Also the electric entry system wasn't working so we weren't able to go out for food. The place itself was quite groovy. The lady on reception was very nice and did her best to help, but there wasn't much she could do. She got the owner to give us our money back so we could get somewhere else for the second night. She told us that the aircon was due to have a service the day we were supposed to leave, so maybe we were just unlucky.

Albergo posizionato in una buona zona di Milano con facile accesso alla stazione metro Monumentale. Arredamento essenziale e stanze spaziose con buon Wifi e condizionatore regolabile a piacimento. Da migliorare la pulizia delle stanze (qualche capello o zone di intonaco non pulitissime). Buona accoglienza da parte del personale. Esperienza tutto sommato positiva.
