Ottimo hotel ubicato in una piazza che vi dà accesso alla storia di Torino per il giorno e alla movida serale per cena e aperitivo
Camere nel complesso belle e ben insonorizzate

The hotel is perfectly situated. So many possibilities in the immediate neighborhood and an easy walking distance to many other sights, restaurants and shops. Rooms are comfortably stocked. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful when addressing issues or making suggestions. The hotel has a very inviting bar and the hotel restaurant is so good. Slight problem upon checkin not getting the room type that I had reserved but situation was quickly resolved by Giuseppe and Sara. Look for the Pocket Coffee Espresso by Ferrero which is only available in Italy and I believe only available November-April.

El hotel es perfecto por su localización, está cerca a pie de todos los lugares de interés. Hay muchas alternativas de restauración alrededor de él. Las instalaciones son excelentes, el desayuno muy completo y variado. Nuestra habitación Premium era amplia con cama king size, hervidor de agua y set de café que reponen a diario. El personal es muy correcto y amable. Especial mención para Matteo de recepción (gracias por ser tan atento con nosotros desde el primer día). 100% recomendable

Ho avuto il piacere di fare un pranzo ed un aperitivo in settimana.Location elegante, raffinata e curata in ogni dettaglio. Personale gentile, educato e disponibile. Ho amato particolarmente l'aperitivo....oltre che per la qualità del cibo e dei cocktail per l'atmosfera che si respira ma soprattutto perché non è un aperitivo convenzionale. Davvero consigliato.

Un super hotel! On a pris une chambre pour 3 personnes, franchement rien à dire. Lits confortables, chambre etait très spacieuse, la salle de bain etait nickel aussi.

At the heart of the historical Turin, this charming hotel is extremely well located.
15 minutes walk and you get to some of the most have to be seen places, including museums, shopping galleries and of course, tasty Italian restaurants.
We booked 2 nights for a city break, the staff was very attentive to our needs from parking our car at the basement garage, to special needs during our stay.
Breakfast was included, so enjoyed Italian pastries to start our day.
Special note to the bar and the staff, with whom we share our trip to Scotland around a whisky glass.
WiFi is very good, even using the free one.
On the improvement side, the room was missing the usual electrical sockets to charge the numerous devices we all carry on today.
If you are looking for a nice place to stay, well located in Turin, I would definitely recommend this NH hotel ????????

Siamo stati solo per una notte a febbraio in questo hotel nel centro di Torino. L' hotel si trova in un bel palazzo d' epoca, ha belle camere, curate, con macchina per il caffè e bollitore. All' interno dell' hotel c'è un ristorante dove abbiamo cenato. La cena è stata di nostro gradimento e il servizio puntuale e corretto.
Il personale, sia alla reception che al ristorante, è stato molto gentile.
Abbiamo anche usufruito di un garage sottostante l' albergo, molto utile vista la posizione centrale dell' hotel. Sicuramente prenoteremo ancora presso gli hotel della catena NH Collection, dove abbiamo riscontrato un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ho pernottato il weekend del 17-18 febbraio. Hotel comodo per visitare il centro di Torino. Camere spaziose e colazione molto varia. Personale qualificato e disponibile. In reception la ragazza ha gestito il check in e check out in modo ottimale, sorridente e professionale.

Hotel in centro a Torino, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche. Camere spaziose, accoglienti, silenziose. Personale cortese e professionale. Colazione veramente ottima e genuina.

The location was wonderful, walking distance to so many things. The facility was perfect for our needs and perfectly clean. Breakfast was tasty with a wonderful service team. The staff we met was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and so very kind. Roberta, Luca, and Matteo are true gems of employees. The Piazza Carlina hotel is most fortunate to have them. Roberta made some wonderful recommendations (including gluten free in the city) that added a personal touch that was much appreciated.
