Siamo stati in questo hotel per un viaggio di gruppo (50 persone) ed è andata benissimo. Posizione centrale. Le camere accoglienti, pulite. La colazione abbondante e variata. Il personale gentile e disponibile.
L'unico punto negativo è stato l'odore particolare che si notava all'entrata (probabilmente c'erano dei gatti) che dava un po' fastidio.
Per il resto, tutto ottimo.

General Comfort - Air Conditioning:
The old and noisy air conditioning not only disrupts sleep but also introduces unpleasant noise and dry air, causing additional issues. Replacing or maintaining such equipment would enhance the overall comfort experienced in the rooms.

General Comfort - Room Size:
The cramped layout of the rooms and the dry air from the AC collectively have a negative impact on guests' relaxation and comfort also causes dry cough and skin dry. A more spacious and comfortable design would improve the overall guest experience, but at the very least, guests should be informed if they are booking a room with these conditions.

Decoration and Design:
Based on reviews, the bathroom seems to be the only noteworthy element in terms of design. It is essential to enhance the design and decoration throughout the entire hotel to meet the standards of a 4-star establishment.

Based on the overall experience, I feel that the current state of the hotel is more in line with a 3-star or lower Airbnb accommodation, and it does not justify the current pricing.

man darf sagen - hier bin ich angekommen - ein top haus im zentrum wo zu erkennen ist, dass die dame am emfpang (die chefin und besitzerin) vom fach ist - unser zimmer im 5. stock (mit lift) top bad und die handwerkskunst der zimmerer klar und toll eingesetzt - das ganze hotel strahlt freude, fröhlichkeit und die entsprechende gelassenheit aus - wir waren diesmal ohne auto in triest, dazu ist das hotel top - wer mit dem auto kommt hat in der nähe ein parkmöglichkeiten (nicht um die ecke, aber vertretbar) - vom frühstück können sich viele andere häuser etwas abschauen, einfach top!!

Hotel posizionato nel centro storico, ben servito, si apprezza da subito la calorosa accoglienza e professionalità del personale.Colazione eccellente e molto variegata in grado di accontentare anche i più difficili, stanze pulite e ben curate si raccomanda vivamente ,un grazie a tutto lo staff

Hotel centralissimo, con camere comode, moderne e ben arredate. Alcune provviste anche di vasca idromassaggio e TV in bagno.

Personale cordiale e molto professionale, ottima la pulizia in generale, letti comodi . Posto in un luogo strategico con aree parcheggio vicinissima. Unica pecca la colazione di cui ne sono particolarmente rimasto deluso per un albergo di questa categoria.

Non ho mai trovato dei materassi così duri, eppure di alberghi ne ho girati tanti. Ci siamo fermati due notti e abbiamo dormito malissimo. Alla nostra richiesta di avere un topper, ci è stato risposto che non era diponibile. Ci sono stati offerti dei piumini da mettere sopra il materasso. Come è facile capire il risultato è stato molto modesto. Per avere l'aria condizionata dovevamo telefonare alla reception che la abilitava. Per quanto mi riguarda un disastro su tutta la linea, di sicuro non ci tornerò più.

Zůstali jsme dvě noci. Pozdní check in nebyl problém. Top chování paní recepční. Parkoviště v dosahu chůze 10 min - ale ke více východů - pozor ať se neocitnete na druhé straně města jako my. Pokoje velmi čisté, ale potebují opravu - kout je lehce plesnivý, těsnění ve sprše odpadává. Klimatizace je velmi hlučná a hned po zavření oken se sepne - je těžké ji regulovat. Lesničky nefungují - museli jsme přehodit do jiné zásuvky a pokud odejdete, systém se vypne a tudíž přestanou chladit. Po otevření okamžitě nalítnou komáři - na stěnách jsou i fleky - doporučuji koupit sprej proti komárům. Denně na 6:30 byly v interbloku slyšet hlučné kuchařky, které intenzivně kouřily. Jinak postele byly příjemné, tvrdé a povlečení čisté - jen slabé přehozy pro Čechy Netolické - ve skříni jsme využili deku - děkujeme personálu za přidání silnější deky. Oceňujeme hlavně nadstandardní vybavení koupelny. Děkujeme za Váš servis.

Das Hotel befindet sich an guter Lage. Die Betten sind etwas hart, aber sonst einwandfrei.

Um bom hotel, roupas de cama sempre limpas. Um bom banheiro, quarto bem iluminado.

Sehr gute Lage in der Stadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar! Freundlicher Empfang und saubere Zimmer, jedoch war unser Bett sehr hart und deshalb leider nicht gemütlich.

Secondo me la posizione è in centro ma, difficile da trovare . Ubicato in zona ZTL quindi difficoltoso da raggiungere con la macchina. Abbiamo girato più di un'ora prima di riuscire ad imboccare la strada giusta . Parcheggio vicino percorrendo la strada a piedi ,in macchina irraggiungibile. La receptionist non ci ha dato le indicazioni giuste. Siamo riusciti ad andare al ristorante alle 15.30. la camera non era un granché. Pulita ma il pavimento rovinato e i muri con molte ditate. La colazione ha sollevato il punteggio. Di sicuro non lo consiglierò e nemmeno ci tornerò.
