Quelle belle découverte, nous avons été très bien accueillit par un personnel sympathique et très souriant. Et que dire du brunch qui était copieux mais surtout délicieux.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit et nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage à Bayeux c'est certain.

I was not prepared for the breakfast. The taste was above par, and you can tell they take pride in their cooking. The servers were nice and spoke English. This is our second day for breakfast. The server remembered my last order from yesterday.

Stunning tearoom in the heart of Bayeux. The staff were so helpful and the founders are a gorgeous couple with a powerful mission. The tea selection is outstanding and the vegan food options were absolutely delicious (we even took two more avocado muffins away with us because they were so yummy!)

Cela fait maintenant un an que nous fréquentons Selma Alabama, et nous n’avons jamais été déçus. Tout est parfait : les plats savoureux, la propreté irréprochable et un personnel aux petits soins. Les ingrédients sont frais, les assiettes bien présentées, et l’accueil toujours chaleureux. De plus, la carte évolue au fil des saisons avec de nouvelles propositions, ce qui rend chaque visite unique et agréable. Une adresse incontournable !

We took a matcha and a chaï, the taste was well balanced and not too sugary, the cakes were also delicious. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere very cosy. Definitely recommend!

SelmaAlabama c'est d'abord un plaisir pour les yeux puis pour les papilles ! La cuisine est saine et inventive, un large choix s'offre à nous à des prix très convenables.
L'équipe est à l'image des propriétaires : moderne, dynamique et méticuleuse !
Le lieu est d'ores et déjà imprégné d'histoire et chaque jour s'écrit une nouvelle page.. j'y vais très souvent et continue d'y retourner avec plaisir seule ou en famille. Bravo !

Unser Besuch in Selma, Alabama, war einfach hervorragend und verdient definitiv eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch – von den regionalen Spezialitäten bis hin zu den frischen, lokalen Zutaten. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss, und man konnte die Liebe und Sorgfalt spüren, die in der Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten steckte. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Vielfalt der Gerichte, die alle perfekt gewürzt und wunderschön angerichtet waren.

Ein weiterer Höhepunkt war die Gastfreundschaft der Menschen in Selma. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie nahmen sich Zeit, uns willkommen zu heißen, und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Besonders schön war, wie sie sich über unser Kind freuten – es war offensichtlich, dass Kinder hier sehr geschätzt werden. Diese persönliche, freundliche Atmosphäre machte unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer und unvergesslicher.

Die sprachliche Vielfalt in Selma war ebenfalls bemerkenswert. Man spürte die kulturelle Offenheit und den Austausch zwischen verschiedenen Communities, was für eine angenehme und interessante Erfahrung sorgte.

Insgesamt war unser Besuch in Selma eine wunderbare Erfahrung, die wir jedem empfehlen können. Die Kombination aus hervorragendem Essen, herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und der tollen Atmosphäre vor Ort hat uns absolut begeistert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This is a gem in Bayeux. We were here twice for breakfast in our short stay here. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Also, has a wide selection of loose tea leaves which we purchased to take home. And yes, this is a homage to Selma Alabama and its historic role in the 1960's.

If you are in Bayeux, you need to go to Selma Alabama restaurant. Staff is exceptional. They speak English & they appreciate your business. Food is fresh with exquisite tastes. Homemade pastries are homemade & delicious. They are always very busy. If you can book a reservation. The owner “had a dream” and he is fulfilling it!
