Das Hotel hat sehr gute Lage, sie haben Port und Altstadt in der Nähe. Bis zu schönen Stränden 1,5-3 km zu Fuß.
Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich, Frühstück ist sehr reichlich, und das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Espero que no os toque la habitación 704. Pequeña y sin baño. Es un ASEO minúsculo, donde no te podías casi mover. Dos personas dentro, imposible. Dejábamos abierta la puerta para poder tener algo más de espacio. Había que salir a la habitación a por las cosas por no tener sitio para poner el neceser, excepto en la tapa del WC. De las vistas, mejor no hablar. Bajo nuestro punto de vista no merece las 4 estrellas. Ni el espectacular desayuno nos ha quitado la decepción.

DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE SPECIFICALLY TRAVELLING WITH KIDS.
This is the worst experience i have ever encountered in a hotel- I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially if they are travelling with a baby. We requested a hot water kettle since we were travelling with a small baby but the hotel management just refused. As per them, they don’t provide this “facility”. I am surprised how come they refuse as this is a basic amenities across all hotel even 1 star hotel. Surprised and amazed - will not ever again book with this chain or hotel and will make sure none of my family / friend book either. Just to add cherry on the top, this hotel is so poorly managed that i got stuck in elevator with my baby. Fortunately, was lucky enough that after 2-3 rounds of up and down, door opened. Pressed the alarm bell, but none from the hotel staff responded.
In summary - not a suitable location if u wish to have a memorable experience.

Hotel bem localizado, perto de restaurantes e bares, o Staff é muito simpático e prestável.
No entanto, são necessárias obras. A zona da piscina coberta é desagradável assim como a casa de banho do quarto.

Was a really nice room. They charge you for a coffee pod or tea in the room. But they did have a kettle so we bought our own coffee and milk. Rained a few days all the carpets were wet and damp, you could smell the mildew throughout the hotel. The roof was leaking as well. We did find two restaurants that are definitely worth mentioning, the Baffi and the Pompidor pizzeria. Both were excellent.

The Portuguese government did a disservice to this place by awarding it 4*. This IS NOT a four-star hotel at par with those in other countries. I noticed the same low quality in different 4* places around Portugal. Maybe the Portuguese have lowered standards compared to other nations; perhaps it's the incompetent government agendas… I don't know, but don't be fooled into thinking you'll stay in a 4* hotel.

This is a reasonable 2* hotel in a dilapidated building and feedstock with preservatives instead of breakfast. British holidaymakers on a shoestring will be satisfied :) Otherwise, avoid it. I'm not getting into minor nuisances of complicated pool towel systems, room cards not working, or waiting 30 minutes to check in because the girl at reception couldn't manage the IT system. I'm glad we left after the first night.

Visit Lagos every year, & will always stay at this hotel

O hotel é enorme e tem muitos recantos para descansar e conviver. Adorei o facto de poder desfrutar da lareira ao fim do dia. O pequeno-almoço é formidável, dos melhores onde já estive e as pessoas foram sempre formidáveis. O meu único senão é que nota-se que está um pouco parado no tempo e a precisar de obras, principalmente a piscina interna. Os cacifos estavam inutilizáveis e não havia ninguém a auxiliar. Pareceria um vestiário de um hotel abandonado… em vez de irmos dar um mergulho tivemos de voltar para o quarto. Ah e tivemos acesso ao parque descoberto de forma gratuita, o que é formidável.

A great family friendly resort close to all sights and amenities. On Monday night, an amazing swing band with a very talented singer performed. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely come back.

Das zweite Mal da gewesen. Gutes Hotel in guter Lage für die Innenstadt, Restaurants, Strand und Marina.

Kleine Erhaltungsreparaturen wären nötig und würden den Wohlfühlfaktor erhöhen.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

At first I was a little bit sad cuz we got our room after 15h (17h on the road) and breakfast was not included(15€extra - but it's definitely the best one). The rooms are big and comfortable, pool area is cute and for winter were enough chairs longue????????.

It was a great stay all in all. Our room was big enough, they have two pools (indoor and outdoor), a gym, a sauna, a steam room, a bar and a restaurant. Their garden is also quite charming and they have an ATM inside the hotel. Breakfast was great, and the surrounding area is really nice (The Curry Leaf and McCabe's Bar are definitely worth a visit). All the beaches and the city centre are also in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Lagos in the future.
