The management has no control over this campsite. Brazilians are hired, who use steroids, which either results in them being aggressive or oversexualised. They literally demand the respect of women while yelling at you (customer assistance on arrival) or show up at your caravan, ask for the steroids to be injected, and when not happy are sending pictures of their private parts without consent (swimming pool). These people are in contact with children on a daily basis.

In terms of hygiene, the showers at the back of the campsite have black mould and are poorly sealed making you stand in the previous person's water. The two swimming pools are not adequate for the campsite's capacity, are always overcrowded with screaming children and resemble at best people's soup. At night, the ducks and geese have free access to the pool.

The manager, who never seems to leave her office, is apparently unfamiliar with the dimensions of her own camper pitches, as larger vehicles often get stuck under the trees or were literally assigned a place among the rubbish bags from the works at the swimming pool.

I wouldn't consider this a relaxing campsite but rather an overrated, pretentious car park.

Guter Campingplatz (April 2024) nachts relativ ruhig, kläffende Köter aber auch hier, es geht allerdings deutlich schlimmer, trotzdem stört es. Morgens wird man von zahlreichen gurrenden Tauben geweckt, Wecker nicht nötig. Die Viecher gurren dann dauerhaft bis zum Sonnenuntergang, Es ist hier leider schon eine Plage, aber irgendwas ist ja immer.
Wir hatten es häufig ruhiger.

Maybe unlucky timing but felt like camping on construction site. Pitches being used to store construction materials and contractors parking beside pitch daily. Indoor pool was not finished for our visit but only told day before arrival so too late to change at Easter. Building works on pool started at 0730hrs of the first day of our stay. No choice on pitch selection and wi-fi terrible unless in reception. NOT what we were expecting and will not return nor recommend to others. Shame with all the good reviews. I can only review my personal experience of this one and only stay.

Alles bestens....die Sanitäranlagen mehr als ausreichend und Pico bello sauber, top gepflegt und sehr einladend.
Stellplätze ausreichend groß - klar gibt's hier kein Schnäppchencamping - ist aber jeden Cent wert.

Les emplacements sont les uns sur les autres. Les sanitaires sont peu nombreux et le prix est exorbitant pour les services disponibles. Pas d’animation et emplacement à l’ombre. A éviter…

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten eine der möglichen freien Plätze aussuchen. Für Ausflüge ohne Wohnmobil wurde uns an der Rezeption die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten erklärt. Wir haben uns dann für ein Mietauto entschieden und die nette Rezepzionistin organisierte uns ein Mietauto für 50€ pro Tag. Das Auto wird uns auf den Platz gebracht. Die Parzellen sind sehr schön und alles ist sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsangebot hat für und gestimmt, 45 € die Nacht ist in Anbetracht des Angebotes im Vergleich zu anderen Plätzen eigentlich noch günstig. Wir genießen unseren Platz.

Fuimos del día 25 de Marzo hasta el día 01 de Abril 2 adultos y 2 niños . Reservamos a este camping por las reseñas y claramente por tener piscina climatizada.Unos días antes nos llamaron para avisarnos que el día 28 abren la piscina climatizada .Resulta que el día 27 nos mandan un correo que lo van a abrir el día 29-30 de Marzo pero no fue así . Nos fuimos sin poder disfrutar de la piscina y muy cabreado.No nos daron ninguna solución. Nos hemos sentido engañados por parte del camping .

Wir haben uns den Platz nur angesehen, sind aber nicht geblieben. Preislich im oberen Campingsegment und für das, was geboten wird zu teuer, ein Pool nicht geheizt, der zweite Pool defekt. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Plätze fanden wir auch nicht so gut. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und auf Deutsch. Die Lage des Platzes ist schwierig, da zum Strand auf jeden Fall eine große Bundesstrasse überquert werden muß. Duschen und WCs waren modern und recht sauber. Wir hätten gerne ein Ferienhäuschen gemietet - es wurde uns jedoch nur eines angeboten, bei dem uns die Ausrichtung der Terrasse (Vollschatten ab 1400h) gar nicht gefallen hat.

Receção muito profissional, foi permitida a entrada para escolher um dos dois alvéolos disponíveis.
Balneários impecáveis, restaurante e bar com equipas jovens mas muito profissionais.
Nada de negativo a apontar, provavelmente, este é o melhor parque de campismo em Portugal.

Nos ha encantado, a pesar del mal tiempo que nos hizo. Limpieza por todos lados, impresionante. Los chicos del restaurante muy amables. Los monitores del mini club de 10. La pena fue la piscina en obras pero con el mal tiempo imposible de acabarla. Volveremos seguro.

Precioso camping ,personal afable y cercano .Instalaciones en este caso de Bungalow fabuloso ,solo un inconveniente por parte de Administración e información en cuanto a las Instalaciones de Piscina a los clientes ,ya que te confirman con toda seguridad que la Piscina Cubierta estará abierta en Semana Santa y no ha sido asi.De echo el Martes de Semana Santa nos llaman y nos confirman que el Jueves Santo por la tarde y aquí estamos y sin saber cuando la abrirán .El tiempo sabíamos que estaría inestable y con lluvias lo que así ha sido ,pero esperábamos poder disfrutar de la Piscina Cubierta como hemos hecho otros años y encima con un niño de dos años y medio y nos niegan la entrada al mini Club por ser pequeño y no estar dentro del mínimo de la edad con el consiguiente enfado y molestia .El tiempo no acompaña y no ofertan nada para estar aquí .Un poco de decepción por nuestra parte y el próximo viaje nos lo pensaremos bien para volver

Superb facilities, flawed by poor customer service. Trust your customers please, not all want to steal electricity and water. Trust them to use the outdoor gym. Let them use the cafe before 12 every day. Be the site you should be. Too many silly rules and restrictions that seem to only be about protecting profits. Why provide so many good facilities and then make your customers feel unwelcome and untrustworthy? Too many padlocks on everything, we've paid and are on holiday....

Instalações de excelência. A destacar a amabilidade do pessoal e a qualidade das instalações e dos serviços prestados. Check-out das habitações deveria ter um horário mais alargado, 10h00 é muito cedo.

Wir standen mit unserem WoMo 10 Tage hier - war super schön - nette Menschen getroffen. Restaurant ist super lecker - die Pool-Areas perfekt gelegen und sauber.
Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sind sehr hilfsbereit und sprechen verschiedene Sprachen: Englisch- Deutsch- Französisch- Spanisch- Portugiesisch.
Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und die Reinigung der Waschhäuser ist perfekt. Es gibt auch in der Nebensaison ein Annimationsprogramm: Sport-Tanz-Bogenschießen - Darts uvm. weiter gibt es ein tolles Spa das keine Wünsche offen lässt zu normalen Preisen. Alle sehr nett und kompetent.
Rundum ein 4 Sterne-Club - danke für den tollen Service auch der Hausmeister sowie der Putzkolonne!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour !! L’accueil en français est très sympathique et le logement était très correct pour une entrée de game ! Le camping est situé en dehors de Lagos mais très facilement accessible en voiture ou en bus . Le camping est très calme et les piscines sont agréables ! Il y a beaucoup de transats ce qui est agréable !

Un camping plutôt très agréable et où on se sent à l'aise et détendu. Le personnel est formidable et au petit soin pour les clients. On a réservé depuis la France et payé en chèque Vacances + chèque français sans aucun problème, ça c'était top, pas besoin de faire de multiple transactions. Le personnel d'accueil sont super et à l'écoute des clients. Super expérience. De nombreuses attractions nous sont proposés pour petit et grand!

Super camping au niveau propreté, gentillesse, services et confort !!
Seul point noir, l'animation ! mon fils de 16 ans est resté avec nous pendant tout notre séjour sauf la seconde semaine où les animations le soir ont été mieux...
Aucune activité proposée durant la journée à part une heure d'aquagym le midi et un malheureux volley ou foot le soir, décevant malgré un site vendu comme animé et dont le tarif semblait en phase avec les activités qui y étaient proposées. La direction souhaite semble-t-il tendre vers un camping style dortoir, merci de le noter sur le site internet dans ce cas ! Il manque aussi un petit Lounge bar ouvert après minuit... histoire de se retrouver autour d'un verre sans être chassé du bar avec votre verre ou raccompagner par un gardien jusqu'à votre bungalow pour être certain que vous n'allez pas traîner en route !!! Ok à 15 ans, à 50 c'est beaucoup moins marrant....
