Overall this was an amazing location and experience! The video game theme was perfectly and thoughtfully put together, didn't feel pandering or kitschy, but truly for gamers, by gamers. The in-room classic consoles were an amazing touch!

The accommodations were great and just what you would expect from any hotel in the $150-200 a night price range, it wasn't overly fancy and minimal (but adequate) amenities.

The location is fantastic! It's not in a super touristy area, so it's a great opportunity to experience everyday life in the bustling De Pijp neighborhood. Plus lots of public transit options to the touristy stuff too. Thanks to the attentive and welcoming staff, I had a great stay at the Arcade!

Limpieza pésima, pero si te gusta este mundo de los videojuegos, es el sitio ideal para pasar 1 o 2 noches. Tienes la oportunidad de probar diferentes máquinas, aunque la zona arcade de abajo es disponible solo sí pagas un extra.

Great place to stay at; service was great, friendly and welcoming. Only bad side is it’s a lil far from the city centre but if you’re willing to walk or take transport then it’s fine

(Booked through third-party service) Paid extra for a double room received a single. The room was clean but that wouldnt be hard as it was the size of a shoebox. Very small room with no room to move, no amenities such as kettle/safe etc. the bathroom didn’t have a lock and was also very small. Check mirrors. Thin walls.

Situated in a quiet part of the city not too far from town (25 min walk) with a nice park out front.
Overall just too small, weird vibes

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff are amazing. The hotel is very quirky, gamers paradise. It's a little out from the city centre but does have access to public transport.

My friend booked the private arcade room for her birthday and the service was superb! The host was so friendly serving us warm snacks, and the arcade machines were great too so, value for money for sure! Highly recommended

Great location with access to transport within walking distance.
Plenty of cafes and restaurants around
Hotel staff were friendly and gave good recommendations on stuff to do
I would recommend if you’re into arcade and computer games

The only downside to this hotel I would say is the amount of dust in the room triggered my asthma meaning I couldn’t leave the room for the last 2 days of my trip. Also, the rooms are quite small with no storage so you can’t unpack. The cleaners were great but the bed wasn’t changed in the 5 days we stayed even with a stain from day 1.

The beds were decent but the mattress topper kept falling off meaning it was difficult to get a good sleep
