This is my 14th Hoxton across 29 stays. Been around the world and back with the brand.

I stayed in the Tune (music) room 219. The room is a double floor with a loft space for the bed. There are two washrooms. Upstairs has a sink and shower. Downstairs has a sink and toilet. There is a dining area, living room with a large mirror and windows that go to the roof. Plus there is a large piano.

I had a great stay as you're only 3 tram stops away from Central Amsterdam station (Tram 26). Plus Tram 7 can take you to the other side of the downtown area.

I would be curious to come back and stay in one of the other rooms for another visit. The Docklands is a newer area, worth exploring on nicer days. Plus you're not that far if you want to explore North Amsterdam.

Hotel situado a tres estaciones del tranvía 26 desde la Estación Central y con otra parada de tranvía 7 para la zona sur. Estuvimos en en estudio para dos adultos y dos niños de la planta 6. Tienes restaurantes cercanos y un supermercado. Hotel muy recomendable.

We had a truly awesome experience at the Hoxton Lloyd. We loved the quirky, arty yet very warm and welcoming design and vibe of the hotel. The staff were extremely lovely and so accomodating to our every request. The restaurant in the hotel was one of our favourite places to eat in Amsterdam as we found the food and decor very high quality and delicious. We will definitely be returning to the Hoxton Lloyd in future and cannot thanks the team enough for their service and hospitality.

This hotel is easily a 5 star . The geographical location , the historical charm of the building and the newly refurbished rooms make it one of the top contenders for a quick Amsterdam visit .

We had a fantastic honeymoon at the Hoxton Lloyd at the beginning of the New Year. The staff were amazing and the rooms so beautiful! Thank you for wonderful stay ☺️

The four of us had a 4 night stay over New Years 2023/2024 and we were very comfortable. We booked a room divided into three parts - you come into the first part with a bunk bed (2 grown men slept there), then there's the bathroom which serves as a divider between two sleeping quarters, and then there's the main bedroom which also had a seating area. The room was spacious, tidy and warm. The restaurant at ground floor has really good food, the bar at the end is a bit overpriced. The hotel itself is outside the city center, so if you want to be on foot it's a bit far, but you can rest peacefully because it's in a quiet neighbourhood. There's a tram stop 1 minute away - tram 26 will take you directly into Central Station and tram 7 takes you along the canal and passes many sightseeing locations.

Such a lovely hotel ???? especially because of the amazing people who work there. When we got to our room I saw we‘d been left a surprise, including a hand drawn note, I asked around and I think I have Georgina to thank for that ???? thank you to Elia and Ben who made great cocktails (best espresso martini I’ve had in an age). Will come again for sure!

Nous avons passé un petit week-end au Hoxton. Comme pour les autres hôtels de la marque, nous en sommes ressortis ravis.
L’hôtel est proche du centre, en quelques coups de pédales. L’accueil et le service est attentionné. Et le soin apporté au bâtiment, aux chambres, à chaque détail, font de notre séjour un moment particulier.

Hotel décoré magnifiquement avec une équipe très accessible et agréable. Un séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir le centre d'Amsterdam tout en profitant d'un espace et d'une ambiance chaleureuse ! Petit plus pour la carte du brunch et des cocktails.

For a Hoxton, there is much to improve to come to global standards. Having stayed in Paris, London and the other Amsterdam Hoxton location, Lloyd Amsterdam has a lot to work towards.
The room itself was large, which is nice (room type Biggie) however it was freezing upon arrival. Room was not serviced after asking to service the room. Poor shower design meant water went across the bathroom, so we had to use the towels to stop the water, but no service meant they were not replaced as requested at check in. There is no under floor heating in the bathroom and the tiles on the floors are freezing (you also don’t get slippers or any of the kind..)There is no lotion in the hotel (just hand cream). For a hotel that charges well over €250 - these are simply unacceptable. Room design and newness is nice, but you can’t get away with poor design and service - which are the basic amenities expected of a hotel of this standard.

Prachtig gebouw met een heerlijke non-hotel-like sfeer. Mooie kamer op de 5de met ruime comfortabele badkamer en prachtig uitzicht op Amsterdam. Heerlijk restaurant met hoge plafonds. Centrum is met de tram binnen 10 min te bereiken. Jammer dat de dame bij de check-in een Visa credit card voor debet card aanziet en weigert overtuigd te worden van het tegendeel, het ontbijt daardoor apart in het restaurant afgerekend moet worden en voor gedoe bij de check-out zorgt.

Despite numerous great reviews from others, my wife and I, unfortunately, did not have a similar experience. Our room did not have housekeeping once, during a 4 day stay, sheets were not changed, the bed was not made, the room was not tidied up nor was the bathroom cleaned nor the stock replenished. Our last night we had to buy our own toilet paper because there was not in the bathroom. We were treated like second rate citizens by this hotel despite paying a fair price. We would not reccomend.

Ήταν μια επιλογή μέσω booking η οποία αποδείχτηκε παραπάνω τον προσδοκιών μου.Ηταν όλα τέλεια…δωμάτιο, καθαριότητά που σπάνια συναντάς , θέα,εξυπηρέτηση,ευγένεια του προσωπικού.
Σημείωση η Ειρήνη και ο Γιώργος στο εστιατόριο φοβεροί!Οπως και η Gemma στην υποδοχή χαμογελαστή και πρόθυμη.
Στο πρωινό και στο δείπνο λίγες επιλογές αλλά τα δοκιμάσαμε σχεδόν όλα και ήταν καταπληκτικά!
Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα και θα το ξανά επέλεγα
Επίσης φιλικό στα κατοικίδια!
Και το τραμ και το τρένο σε απόσταση 150 μέτρων.

Ya conocía hoxton barcelona y me encantaba y hoxton lloyd ha sido igual de perfecto, es precioso y el servicio es supeer amable y acogedor, nos dejaron las bicis para ir al centro y el restaurante breeman es espectacular, volveremos seguro!

Prachtig oud hotel met interessante geschiedenis. De kamers hebben nog wat van deze geschiedenis weg, heel gaaf. Ook op een hele mooie locatie! Het centrum van Amsterdam is eenvoudig te bereiken met de tram.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad op deze nieuwe locatie van Hoxton.
Lloyd hotel heeft prachtige metamorfose gehad.
Leuke kunst hangt er overal.
De mensen die er werken zijn super aardig.
Lekker geborreld in de bar en eten was echt heel goed.
Veel meer fine dining dan ik gewend ben in Hoxton hotels.
