Short story: amazing agency, nice people, everyhting perfectly arranged according to your personal wishes.
Long story: we had the plan to travel through Vietnam by ourselves in four weeks. We just booked the first few nights in Hanoi, where we joined the bike tour with Friends Travel. As we had a good experience on the tour and with the people in the office. We asked them to advise us on our plans to travel to Sa Pa, Ha Long Bay and join the Ha Giang Loop. They came up with a plan, we accepted it and we had a great time. Everything was arranged perfectly and we could fully enjoy travelling without any stress.
From there on we decided to ask them again to make a plan for our travels towards the center of Vietnam. You send them your ideas, wishes, preferences and they send you a proposal accordingly. Again we liked it and went for it.
We ended our journey in the south, for which we again went for advice to Friends Travel. With all the positive experiences, we let them arrange our final part of our travel as well.
So, our original plan to arrange everything on the go ourselves changed. We did everything that was on our list and more, without any stress. Everything was perfectly arranged and this really made our holiday perfect.
If you are planning to visit Vietnam and you are looking for a reliable, responsive and very well organized team to plan this with you, search no more!
I requested a planned trip, highlighting our wishes, interests and budget. After only 24h we got the first proposal from Thao. We mailed a bit back and forth until the trip was 100% our fit from tours, to stays and transport, you can plan it all (if you desire). The team also helped us getting a last minute Visa and were easily approachable during our whole stay. For any kind of issue or question this team there to help you.

They organised an itinerary that was completely customised to our needs over the 3 week holiday period. As we moved from city to city, the drivers were always there waiting for us, the accommodation was superb, and the organised day tours were a great fit for our small group. The final point to mention was that they were incredibly responsive to WhatsApp queries, immediately addressing our questions. This was both in the months leading up to our visit to Vietnam and whilst we were in the country. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellence came as standard, from start to finish they were there for me. 24/7 support only a text message away.
I got lost, they knew where I was and where I needed to be.
I changed my accomodation at the last minute, no problem they re arranged my pickup. I cancelled tours at short notice, no problem , they offered alternatives. Throughout my wonderful journey accross the north of the country even though I travelled alone I felt that I had Friends.. Literally.
If you want seamless travel ran by a dedicated team who are in it for the love of the job more than the money then this is the travel company for you. I can give no higher praise than to say thank you so much guys, my holiday of a lifetime would not have been possible without you all and I look forward to seeing you all again soon. You have a new friend.
