The location of the hotel perfect
The hotel quiet and near park and fashion street.
The hotel very clean and all stuff helpful and friendly
If you include the breakfast there this small and variety buffet beside special menu you can order from it which includes many choices

الفندق الأفضل من وجهة نظري بالمدينة .. واتوقع انه الأفضل في أوروبا .. من ناحية الاستقبال والمساعدة والخدمات المتوفرة الداخلية والخارجية .. وجميع الطاقم كان يحاول المساعدة من المدير الى أصغر موظف .. شكراً لهم ????????

I am an American tourist. This is an excellent hotel at a great location and reasonably priced in USD for what you receive.

Great service as usual and good recommendations and help from the concierge.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From its excellent facilities to its prime location, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, with special thanks to Hanadi and the Lounge team for their exceptional service. The breakfast was delightful, and the business lounge left a lasting impression with its impressive amenities. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

الفندق غني عن التعريف
أخدت فيه غرفتين club room متصلة (Connected) في الدور التاسع ( الأخير) وكانت الإطلالة ساحرة وتطل على حديقة مجاورة فيها مساحات خضراء والألعاب ونافورة والحديقة مناسبة للأطفال.
تتيح لك الغرفة وصول ل لاونج Lounge الذي يغلق الساعة ١٠م
خيارات الإفطار محدودة ولكن سيقدمون لك خدمة عالية واطباق لذيذة من البيض بما فيها ( الشكشوكة) ولكن على الطريقة التركية
ومن أمام الفندق تستطيع أن تأخد تاكسي أو تطلبه من التطبيقات مثل بوت ( يفضل أن لا تأخد تاكسي ليس عليه شعار أحد هذه الشركات)
في الجهة المقابلة من الفندق شارع المشاة الشهير في بودا بست فاسن استريت Fashion Street ويوجد فيه عدد من المتاجر والمطاعم والمقاهي، وستجد فيه مطاعم حلال
ولكن الخيارات بشكل عام محدودة ولن تجد فيه الماركات العالمية الفاخرة ولكن ستجد محلات مشهورة مثل زارا وبوس وغيرها
لكن ستجد لوي فويتون وقوتشي فقط في شارع قريب اسمه

The hotel is so beautiful and the location is the best. My room had a view of the park which was amazing. The spa facilities are great and I was even lucky to be all alone, it was really calm and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice buffet and some a la carte options that are included in the breakfast package. I was a bit disappointed at check-in for minor issues but finally I had a great stay ! They also have a really nice bar but I didn't have the time to try it, I am curious about the "Paprika Margarita". There is also a club lounge which seems very interesting, make sure you book a room who has acces to it. Special thanks to Carlos, who took the time to talk to me during check-out in order to get a feeback of my stay, he was really nice and friendly as some other people of the team who I didn't get the name. I will for sure come back.

It was an exceptional stay, we booked the Family Suite and it was very cozy with a huge space and luxurious furniture & decoration.

Amazing hotel with a very friendly staff and special service in the Lounge floor ✨.

Great location with iconic views. The friendly and accommodating staff truly sets this place apart. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Budapest.
