10 Minuten vor Ankunft gebucht, hat reibungslos funktioniert, toll. Sehr freundliches Personal, super neuwertige Zimmer, einfach super.
Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wij zijn momenteel nog in het hotel met ons 2 jarig zoontje. We hebben een prachtige nieuwe kamer met een fantastisch grote en luxe douche! Balkon geweldig lopen zo het zwembad in! En dat zwembad is echt perfect!
Ontbijt is prima maar niet heel luxe. Bijvoorbeeld croissantjes uit de zak voor de prijs die je betaalt verwacht je toch vers.
Locatie is top
Ik zou het ook fijn vinden een klein nespresso machine op de kamer te hebben.

The welcome from the Scottish receptionist on the evening of July 23 as well as the room, swimming pool and buffet were extraordinary!
->But 4 stars "thanks" to the young receptionist of 24 at the end of the afternoon who should change jobs because she is by far not friendly

Το καλωσόρισμα από τον Σκωτσέζο ρεσεψιονίστ το βράδυ της 23ης Ιουλίου καθώς και το δωμάτιο, η πισίνα και ο μπουφές ήταν εξαιρετικά!
->Αλλά 4 αστέρια "ευχαριστώ" τη νεαρή ρεσεψιονίστ των 24 στο τέλος του απογεύματος που θα έπρεπε να αλλάξει δουλειά γιατί δεν είναι μακράν φιλική

Poor reservation service and additional charges (20 euro per day) for each children older than 4.

Edit after the reply of the hotel:
I requested via phone a room for 2 adults and one child 5 years old. You explicitly asked the age. You sent me an offer and when I decided to book and deposit you mentioned the additional cost. Indeed the extra charges was written in your email in small letters like a SW agreement. Hence the 1 star for the poor reservation experience as clearly mentioned in the review.
