It's my 5th stay in the hostel, I still love it so much. It's a family run hostel. On the side I had a plug to charge my phone the internet was perfect. The roof top is always a highlight. Even in winter time.Verry close to everything in city.

Bed bugs everywhere! Brought the bed bugs Home and took me a month to get rid of them. Avoid this place! This place is dirty, stinky, old and infested. Stains of urine and blood on my bed. This place is not even worth 5€ per night. AVOID!!!

The worst hostel I ever been in! 10000% don’t go there!
I had so many bites (not mosquitos) on my back! And my whole body was itching for 3 days straight!!!

One of my favorite hostels I’ve stayed in. It’s family run and they are so sweet and nice. There’s a rooftop area where everyone hangs out and it was a very social atmosphere which I loved. Full kitchen setup, coffee machine, etc. However be aware that the neighbor will call the police if you are too loud out there. My only complaint would be that the rooms are veeery small and can get a bit hot and they don’t give you A/C control but you can ask them to turn it down.

The rooms were roasting hot and the AC was minimal, there were also bed bugs so I doubt the sheets were washed. I spent two nights and on my first, there was so much noise outside from cars and people shouting no one in my dorm slept. The kitchen situation isn't great so expect to eat out a lot. The staff were friendly but they take your passport as a deposit key which is illegal. The location is good and fairly close to a lot of the sights but I wouldn't recommend staying for long.

it is old and run down, at night it is very noisy as all the windows are open because the A/C doesnt work. on my second stay i wasn't given a locker and there was no bedside plug for my phone charger. it is cheap however so what can you expect, they will also take your passport as a deposit for the key. the people who run the hostel are nice however.

One of the worst hostels I've been to. There is no lobby or comfortable common area, it is not suitable for working with a notebook, it is very hot and they do not turn on the air conditioning until 9:00 p.m. They turn it on at 26 degrees, and it is very small air for such a large room, I was very hot. It does not have a kitchen, but some improvised planks. Broken showers. It was very clean but it lacks investment in terms of infrastructure and maintenance.

Only airco van 0000 tot 9.00 wat is niet wist. Matig schoon. Je hebt niet echt je eigen plekje want je slaapt gewoon open en blood. Het ruikt naar eten in het gebouw. Douches waten niet echt confortabel. Locatie is wel mooi en het matras was prima.

Au début j'ai eu un petit apriori sur l'âge du lieux mais l'endroit est vraiment génial, ancien mais plein de charme.
La maitresse de maison est adorable avec un caractère crétois bien trempé, elle peux vous conseiller des lieux à visiter donc hésitez pas.
A mon avis il manque une petite salle à manger pour que ce soit parfait, mais le lieux est attachant et j'ai eu du mal à partir.

The landlady was super friendly, she helped with Every problem and she was always available if there was something! The atmosphere was very Nice and the location is in the Middle of the city centre!

Il mio ostello preferito a Heraklion usato più volte nei miei viaggi in Grecia.
Le camere sono diverse e ognuna con letti a castello di numero variabile, cassette di sicurezza con chiave, due bagni e docce. C'è anche una terrazza con cucina a disposizione. Ottimo

Habe mich in dem Hostel total wohlgefühlt. Es gibt eine Küche zum Kochen und Chillen.
Außerdem kann man aufs Dach oder auf den Balkon.
Die Leute an der Rezeption sind total nett und generell gibt das Hostel ein Gefühl von zuhause sein.
Es ist super gut gelegen, Supermärkte, Cafés und alles was man braucht gleich in der Nähe. Der Preis ist auch top!
Auf jeden Fall wieder.

It does the job a hostel is supposed to, but at a very low quality.
Rooms are small, beds are shaky (although the mattress seems fine) and there is no AC or fans in the rooms.

Worst of all they take your passport as a key deposit. Which is illegal.

There is another hostel right nearby that offers everything at a much better quality for 1 euro more per night.
Go there. Don't support this illegal passport deposit thing.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The hostel is close to the city centre, which is a big plus. Don't expectbanything fancy, though

Great Hostel, met some incredible people here! Lady working there was always very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend! Rooftop is also great for just chilling.
