Went here in June of 2023, all inclusive. I doubt I'll ever return as it wasn't what me and my misses were hoping for. We're 25M and 22F, it's in the middle of no where, night life and you have to travel an hour either way to get somewheres. Food was pretty bad, either over cooked or over salted whilst certain food I.e custard, had bits in it which wasn't really to my liking. All the drinks were off brand version of what they should be. Entertainment was the saving grace of it all. Snack bar was barely available.

If your young and want to do things stay in the south, if your older and want to relax stay in the north.

Nice hotel, clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff. Loads of different food to choose from, with cold beer. Use the family friendly pool or cross the road to the quiet adult only pool. Recommend, you won't be disappointed.

La habitacion responde a lo que se espera de un Hotel de Antigüedad como éste. Bien de servicios, comida tipo Buffet, muy bien surtido.

J'y suis allé en début juillet 2022. Le personnel au top et toujours aux aguets pour que tout soit nickel en permanence. Le monsieur a l accueil très sympathique. Le personnel d'entretien toujours en train d'astiquer. Alors quand je vois des commentaires parlant de cafards...sachez que cet insecte peut arriver de n'importe où et s'installer dans n'importe quel endroit même le plus propre. il a pu être apporté avec les valises des vacanciers aussi. Et justement parlons des vacanciers qui selon certains commentaires soit disant son bruyant....ils viennent de tout horizon avec une éducation et/ou des cultures différentes donc difficile pour un hôtel comme celui là de faire du cas par cas de plus il doit y avoir un règlement intérieur que personne ne lit bien évidemment. je pense donc que quel que soit l'endroit ce sera pareil. J'ai déjà passer plusieurs fois mes vacances dans le sud de la France et les vacanciers étaient bruyant a toutes heures.
Pendant la semaine ou je suis rester là bas, côté restauration le self était toujours approvisionné et le snake côté piscine aussi.
Le fait d'avoir un bus en bas de l'hôtel pour aller a Candelaria et a Santa Cruz c'est un plus.
Pour ma part le séjour était super sympa.

Nous sommes étonnés de voir certains commentaires en effet cet hôtel correspond tout à fait à nos attentes par rapport aux prix les hôtels du sud de l’île sont bien plus chers mais mieux placés lorsqu’on réserve on sait pertinemment que ce n’est pas le meilleur emplacement malgré les nombreuses possibilités de visites grâce aux transports en commun juste à côté
Nous sommes en all inclusive et tous les repas ont été très corrects et variés
Je vous le conseil donc pour ses nombreuses prestations

Bonjour je suis venu chez l'année dernière dans cet hôtel magnifique dans cette très belle région de Tenerife c'est un hôtel ou qu'on mange vraiment très bien vu sur la mer piscine chauffée la nourriture très bonne nous retournons moi et mon ami au mois de juin 15 jours du 14 juin au 29 juin j'espère que nous serons dans la chambre 812 ça serait merveilleux voilà voilà je vous conseille cet hôtel à 100 %

Séjour du 19 Mars au 23 Mars 2024. Super séjour !
Personnel accueillant, animé. La formule tout inclus est parfaite, pour les repas, c'est varié, savoureux et il y a beaucoup de choix. L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu.
Situé face à la mer, on a beaucoup apprécié le cadre et les environs.

What an absolute dive! Currently here at the minute. Arrived last night and allocated a room overlooking the hotel bins. Also there was loads of clogged dark long hair in the bathroom. Asked to move rooms and told to come back tomorrow. Sat outside with cup of red wine when my plastic cup was surrounded by 5/6 cockroaches. Then this afternoon while trying to have a doze “Pedro” the kid from neighbouring room sounded like he was trying to get into our room when we kookiness they have put us in a family room with a connecting door, I actually thought he was in our room at one point. I have to say this is the worst holiday I have ever had. The whole experience is being made worse by the weather, raining the whole time. Never again will I return to Tenerife and I would strongly suggest never book this hotel. Rough as rough can be and that includes the guests!!

No os fieis de las fotos, son de hace 10/15 años cuando quizás el hotel si que se podia acercar a las 4 estrellas. Nada que ver con la realidad, habitaciones en unas condiciones pésimas, la puerta estaba rota y en cualquier momento parecía que se iba a caer. Avisamos en recepción y no hicieron nada. La limpieza en general deja mucho que desear, sabanas sucias, toallas rotas… el bufet única y exclusivamente dirigido al turista extranjero, todo grasa, frito y comida de bastante mala calidad. Ni volvería ni lo recomiendo, y adjunto fotos reales del estado de las habitaciones para que no caigáis en la trampa de las fotos de booking. Un desastre vaya.

If you could move the hotel looking to the sea to the right about 400yards. Hotel great, staff great, food Good, location could be better but on local bus route.

Relación precio calidad está bien. Es un hotel que parece haber sido importante en su momento pero hoy queda desactualizado. La comida está bien, hasta ahí. Instalaciones ok, se quedaron un poco en el tiempo pero están bien. Me pusieron unas sábanas rotas, pero en general todo estaba muy limpio. Hacen shows por las noches que se escuchan bastante desde las habitaciones, incluso en los pisos altos. En cuanto a ubicación, queda un poco lejos de las playas más bonitas, el norte suele tener condiciones climáticas un poco más adversas (más viento y lluvias), diría que es necesario si o si un coche si quieres hacer playa y/o conocer un poco más la isla.

Fablous Hotel, very clean and rooms are of good size, staff very friendly. Food is very good and something for everyone. Many people we have met over the few years we have been visiting have also spent many times at this hotel. So that says something about this hotel. Lots of good entertainment day and night.
It is certainly good value for money.

The hotel rooms are dated, our beds were wobbly ( they're on legs ) the patio doors didn't lock and ours weren't the only ones as heard others complaining of this, the mirror door was cracked, and the bottom of the bathroom door was rotten, also the main door lock was damaged, it looked like the room had been broken into previously and not properly repaired.
However the hotel was very clean, there was always someone painting an area, cleaning the communal areas, the glass was removed from around the sunbed areas, tiling was being done too. We were all inclusive and the food was extremely good, desserts not to my liking but there was plenty of choice, including ice cream and fruit, lots of vegetarian choices too. The hotel had lots of entertainment, day and night ( a bit like a butlins) a few times people had drunk too much and we saw 2 people fall over drunk and had to be escorted away, once in the restaurant and once outside the bar area. I also found we weren't given much information, we gained info from other guests, like the availability of bottled water at meals, the availability of games, boule, snacks at the bar ( crisps and peanuts if you ask ) etc
I have to say all the staff were lovely, polite and very friendly.

El hotel esta para reformarlo por completo. Me cambiaron de habitación sin pedirlo dadas las deficiencias que tenía (inodoro se salía el agua, la puerta de la terraza no cerraba, la puerta de entrada no abría…) Los salones son escasos en caso de tener que utilizarlos por mal tiempo. A los espectáculos no se puede ir dada la poca capacidad del salón con respecto a la ocupación del hotel. Las bebidas en el restaurante de poca calidad, a excepción del cava , ( por cierto este antes lo había en el desayuno ahora ya no). La piscina infinita solo es para los del todo incluido así como el recinto en el que está. El buffet aceptable. La conservación de las instalaciones es nula (ascensor son papel de la pared despegado estuvo así toda la semana y creo que llevará bastante tiempo así. Puertas de accesos a escaleras de servicio totalmente ajadas sin picaportes). La ubicación no es la más apropiada de Tenerife está a 14 km de la capital y las playas en esta zona son malas y los lugares a visitar tampoco están cerca.

Lovely place to stay plenty for kids and plenty of entertainment
The rooms could do with an update, but non the less we were comfy and had decent sleep. Not far from neighbouring towns and there's always some around to book excursions

Grand établissement situé dans une rue quelconque,heureusement le jardin tropical apporte du charme à l'ensemble.Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres,bon entretien ,cependant le all inclusive et son lot de hurleurs sous alcool provoque parfois du tapage.Restauration de bonne facture.

je suis actuellement dans cet hôtel et je suis surpris par le nombre de clients francophones :)

cazy chaque jour un buffet différent (samedi asiatique, dimanche anglais, lundi tex mex, mardi paella géante a midi)

hôtel propre et personnel accueillant (surtout les jeunes).

chambre propres et femmes de ménages très sympa.

J'ai passé un séjour en famille à Noël plutôt agréable. Je pense que des efforts ont été réalisés au niveau de la restauration pour les français ( notamment pour le petit déjeuner avec les viennoiseries). Les chambres sont agréables et propres avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Le wifi est de très bonne qualité dans les chambres comme dans les parties communes. Attention parfois au bruit.
