Unser Apartment war nicht richtig Sauber.Bei unseren Ganzen Aufenthalt wurde der Apartment nicht eimer nass durchgericht. Überall befanden sich Reste vom Renovierungsarbeiten. kleber farbe. Die dusche war auch verdreckt und undicht. Von der Straße gab es auch richtige Lärm, weil auf der Straße ist ein gullideckel kaputt und jedes Mal wenn ein Auto drüber gefahren ist hat es Richtigen Lauten Knall gegeben. Beim einen Stuhl war das bein gebrochen. Ich hab das an der Rezeption angesprochen, aber es wurde nicht drauf reagiert.

Das Zimmer - Appartement mit separatem Schlafzimmer und Küche - ist geräumig und sauber. Die Halbpension kann ich empfehlen - sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen mit Buffet, waren abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Am besten hat uns jedoch der Pool überzeugt - sehr warm. Bei 21-24 Grad täglich ausgiebig gebadet. Die gesamte Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Super Preis-Leistung

Excelente estancia la que hemos tenido esta pasada Semana Santa. Los apartamentos eran amplios y bien equipados. Las zonas comunes muy bien también, piscinas, sala de juego infantil, gimnasio así como la comida que era variada y de calidad. Pero lo mejor sin duda el trato del personal del comedor, muy atento y cercano, haciéndonos sentir casi como en casa. Pendientes de cada detalle en todo momento. Especial mención para el maitre, Manuel, segundo maitre, Álvaro, que estuvo super agradable y cariñoso con nuestros pequeños, también Nelson o Irene entre otros. También mencionar a las cocineras que con mucho cariño nos preparaban todos los días los purés de verduras para nuestro hijo de tres años y nuestro bebé.
Nos llevamos un gran recuerdo de estos días.
Sin duda para repetir.

Sehr schöne Anlage, nicht zu groß, gute Poolanlage, kompetenter Service (Rafael!), nur 5 Min zu Fuß zum Strand.

Très bon séjour. Hôtel très verdoyant. côté rue bruyant le soir par les soirées musicales des hôtels en face mais 1 fois fenêtre fermée on dort... Piscine chauffee très agréable. Restaurant buffet excellent. Beaucoup de choix. Personnel très agréable, sympathique +++ Félicitations +++ pour Restaurant et tout son personnel cuisine et salle. Le Seul petit bémol de cet établissement ds les # le sol de l appartement = pas bien lavé. Apparence propre mais quand vous marchez pieds nuds = pieds noirs surtout dans salle de bain. Dommage ???? de sortir de la douche et de laisser des traces de pieds noires sur le sol. Sinon votre lit est fait tous les jours et serviettes changées quand vous voulez. Réception très sympathique et de bons conseils. Nous avons passé 1 très bon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et félicitations au personnel qui même si ils ne maîtrisent pas votre langue essayent de vous comprendre et de vous aider. BRAVO vous méritez 4 étoiles.

Les appartements sont confortables, propres, on n'y manque de rien. Proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Belles balades le long de la plage. A éviter appartements côté rue, bruyant, animations des hôtels voisins. Résidence très très calme, bar de la piscine fermé 18hoo, pas possible de prendre consommation en soirée. Dommage vu cet endroit tres joli. Endroit chouette mais certaines choses à améliorer.

Ich liebe dieses Aparthotel das Frühstücks Buffet ist super genauso das Abenbuffet einfach klasse. In 40 Tagen bin ich zum viertenmal dort. Freue mich schon riesig

Food poisoning, spoiled food served, cockroaches, dirty floors and unfriendly service.
We got a picnic box from the hotel's restaurant, which had e.g. bread. We got food poisoning from the bread with a lot of salad in between. The restaurant also had poor hygiene. The Food receptacles wobbled among the food and cockroaches were running around the food and on the walls of the restaurant. The food was also completely tasteless. On the first night, they charged more for drinks than what was on the list. After that, you had to use the calculator to calculate that the bill matches the ordered drinks.
The hotel, of course, denied the possibility of food poisoning and did not take responsibility. We got rude answers. It wasn't a virus for us, because our children didn't get any symptoms. Also my symptoms started after I had ate hotel food. Our chldren didn't eat hotel food. The children were in really close contact with us.
The floors and sheets were constantly dirty in the hotel room. They were not cleaned properly.
The pool area is ok, but I didn't really get to enjoy my vacation when I got food poisoning.

Ruokamyrkytys, pilaantunutta ruokaa tarjolla, torakoita, likaisia lattioita ja epäystävällistä palvelua.
Saimme hotellin ravintolasta picnic-laatikon, jossa oli mm. leipiä. Saimme leivistä, joiden välissä oli paljon salaattia ruokamyrkytyksen. Ravintolassa oli myös huono hygienia. Ruuan ottimet lilluivat ruuan seassa ja torakoita juoksenteli ruokien läheisyydessä ja ravintolan seinillä. Ruoka oli myös täysin mautonta. Ensimmäisenä ilta laskuttivat juomista enemmän, mitä listalla luki. Tämän jälkeen piti itse laskimella laskea, että lasku täsmää tilattuihin juomiin.

Stayed with family. We got a food poisoning from hotel restaurant. It took several days to recover. Unfortunately cannot recommend hotel. Our little kids didn’t get sick because they didn’t eat hotels foods.
Also there are cockroaches in rooms and in the restaurant.

Ik heb hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad met vrouw en kinderen (8 en 6 jaar). De appartementen zijn ruim genoeg voor een gezin. Ze zijn wel een beetje gehorig, maar dat is bijna altijd met tegelvloeren. Omgeving is lekker rustig en toch sta je binnen een paar honderd meter op de boulevard en het strand. De kinderen sliepen op een stevige slaapbank in de woonkamer (echt een prima bed!). Lekker terras met uitzicht op het zwembad en veel groen. Prima ontbijt en avondeten in buffervorm met ‘live cooking’. Als je een sterrenrestaurant zoekt, dan moet je hier niet eten, maar met de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is niets mis. Vriendelijke obers. Ook het overige personeel inclusief receptionisten is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Men kan goed met kleine kinderen overweg. Geen parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel, maar een huurauto kun je gratis parkeren op ca. 300 m van het hotel. Gasten bestaan half februari uit ruim de helft gepensioneerden en de rest zijn gezinnen met merendeels kinderen in de basisschoolleeftijd. Gasten komen met name uit Duitsland en Engeland, maar er zijn ook best wat Nederlanders.

Enjoyed our stay, staff work very hard especially in the restaurant. Had a few issues, but in general, a pleasant small hotel, nothing fancy....would recommend if you're looking for a quiet holiday ????

We had a 7 night stay in the hotel in Jan 2024.
Pros:
- nice area (you are surrounded by 5* hotels), near the beach (nearest is at 5’ walk), supermarkets are also close
- big apartments and comfortable beds
- big pool area with sunbeds
- good diverse food (we had breakfast and dinner)
- very nice, friendly and empathetic staff. They speak multiple languages (English, German, also some employees speak Italian)
Cons:
- there are ants and we saw cockroaches also (but we read that this is a known issue in Tenerife in general, therefore still giving 5*)
- dinner was available for only 1h15’, from 8:15 until 9:30 pm. It would be better to be available at least 2h. Breakfast was from 7:30 to 10:30 am.

Ottima struttura molto elegante. Il personale cordiale e sorridente.
Eravamo un gruppo composto da 6 adulti e 7 bambini d età compresa dai 4 ai 10 anni. Siamo rimasti per 12 giorni. Purtroppo l età media della maggior parte degli ospiti é dai 60 anni in su.
Dei 2 responsabili della piscina Daniel è stato maggiormente attento alla sicurezza e al divertimento dei nostri figli e attento anche alla quiete degli altri ospiti l altro sinceramente sembrava che non sopportasse i bambini. Come dappertutto abbiamo trovato 2 coppie di anziani che si sono lamentati...
1 signore anziano appena siamo arrivati I piscina verso le 11 è stato colpito per sbaglio da una piccola palla che di rimbalzo gli era finita sul dorso e nonostante le nostre scuse immediate non voleva ridarla al bambino. Un altra signora anziana sempre verso le 12 ha zittito in malo mia figlia Sandra di 7 anni solo perchè uscendo dalla piscina infreddolita aveva reagito con un piccolo urlo. La maggior parte dei cliente ci ha fatto i complimenti per tutti i nostri figli e alcuni subito dopo le lamentele dei 2 anziani sopra citati. Non voglio dire che siamo stati un gruppo silenzioso visto il numero di 13 persone ma comunque rispettoso nei confronti di tutti gli ospiti ed il personale. Ci ritornerò quando andrò in pensione.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay over Christmas. Receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. Lovely, clean and spacious rooms. Great location, 2 minute walk from the beach!

Excellente résidence de vacances. Les + : emplacement proche commerces et plage, le restaurant avec un grand choix de plats, le personnel adorable, chambre avec terrasse et vue sur la piscine

We stayes here in February and are returning again in February the food was lovely with a good variety nothing to much trouble very helpful. We loved the pool and bar area definitely recommend

Vraiment à la hauteur de mes attentes : un beau jardin magnifiquement entretenu et des plantes de Tenerife somptueuses , un appartement confortable, spacieux et bien équipé, une piscine chauffée très agréable à partager avec les enfants ! Un buffet généreux, sain et varié mais pas trop exagéré! Le personnel très gentil et serviable ! Un endroit magnifique pour des vacances reposantes et la ballade de santé c’est de rejoindre chaque jour la plage de Fañabe qui n’est pas loin!!!

WiFi is not great. Good food selection for brekkie and dinner.
The only complains are related to the restaurant. First one is the fact that there was only one member of staff that smiled and was friendly. Second one is that you need to pay for tap water at the dinner. I do understand for soft drinks and alcohol but not really necessary for the tap water. It leaves bed taste in mouth.
