Loved the customer service and the location.

I didn't quite like the room though. Mine was the single room - setup was just good enough to 'sleep and go'. Not for big built individuals ????.

Did get a glimpse of the double occupancy rooms - they were spacious! Perhaps next time!

Schade, dass man nur 5 Sterne vergeben kann. Wir hatten 2 schöne Tage im Three Storks. Das gesamte Personal war so unglaublich nett und hat uns immer sehr freundlich weiter geholfen. Das Zimmer war riesig und super sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Zentral und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Wir können wirklich jedem nur empfehlen, hier den Aufenthalt in Prag zu genießen.

Nice hotel. Free parking spot nearby. Family atmosphere.

Super Service, tolles Fühstücksbuffet, sehr ruhige Zimmer. Betten top.

Excellent location, in the Lesser Town, close to the parliament and embassies. In 5-10 minutes of walking you can reach the castle, the Charles Bridge or the Old Town. The room was big, with a large shower, and the bed was very comfortable.
You need to ask for a parking permit in advance, as they have a limited amount of spaces.
The breakfast was very good, with lots of stuff to choose from, both hot and cold.
The staff speaks English and German (probably other languages as well, these are the ones I heard) and are very helpful.
You can sign up for city tours and boat tours at the front desk and they will pick you up from the hotel.

Increíble ubicación para llegar a TODO caminando, servicio espectacular, habitación amplia y limpia, el desayuno lo teníamos incluido y muy bien. Te reciben y despiden de la manera más linda, sin duda nos volveremos a quedar aquí, nosotros llegamos mucho antes de la reservación y nos ayudaron en darnos la habitación lo cual agradecemos muchísimo. Výborná a tichá lokalita v centre mesta, čisté a krásne izby. Skvelý profesionálny prístup personálu, kt.nám zlepšil náladu a spríjemnil deň,špeciálne pani Helena na recepcii, kt. nám maximálne vyšla v ústrety a veľmi ochotne poradila aj s ďalšími službami.

Un 5* por debajo de mis expectativas.

Una cálida bienvenida a altas horas de la noche.

Una habitación sin ventanas al exterior.. un safe bloqueado por el cliente anterior.
A la mañana siguiente nos informaron que "aquí nunca roba nadie" y que podíamos dejar todas nuestras pertenencias fuera... (Fantástica respuesta en un 5*). Pedimos cambio de habitación porque era extremadamente claustrofóbica. Nos comentaron que si queríamos ventanas podíamos bajar a recepción y que tendría que haberlo especificado en la reserva.... (Otra muy buena respuesta para un 5*). Eso sí, nos ofrecieron dejar nuestros objetos de valor en la caja fuerte de recepción.
Tomo nota que en mi próxima reserva de hotel tendré que pedir una habitación con ventanas!!!☺️
Al final... Nos cambiaron de habitación. Gracias a Helena todo cambió!
Debo decir que la habitación era preciosa y corría el aire fresquito que se agradece!

Al día siguiente llegaba una 3ra persona en nuestra reserva. Todo fue muy bien excepto el hecho de que no nos pusieron una 3ra bata de baño. Entiendo que no es una gran queja, pero todo reside en los pequeños detalles.... Si somos 3, en un 5*, se nos tiene que proveer exactamente con los mismos extras a todos.
Finalmente, el edredón que parecía de cama individual era demasiado pequeño para un sofá cama doble y no cubría toda la superficie del colchón lo que era muy incómodo para dormir.

Almohadas super blandas a mi gusto.

El desayuno.... Si bien es el mismo buffet cada día, es espectacular.

La limpieza en general, un 10!

El hotel está en un barrio muy tranquilo a 10mn a pie del puente de San Carlos.

Para el trayecto desde /hasta el aeropuerto, cogimos un Bolt por unos 11€/ trayecto.

L’hôtel est PARFAITEMENT situé.
La chambre est très propre. De plus, le lit est super confortable!
En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, c’était un régal!
Cependant, la réceptionniste, Helena n’est pas à l’écoute et est vraiment désagréable.

Visited Prague around Easter 2022 and stayed at this hotel. The rooms are well maintained and clean; and staff were very helpful. The location itself is ideal, as it is super close to attractions and restaurants.

We stayed 3 nights at the 3 stork hotel and it was a great choice for our first visit to Prague. The room we had was great except for the fact that the air conditioning couldn't keep up with the hot weather we had while there. Otherwise, service from the front desk and from the bar tender/bellman Roman was wonderful. The hotel is close to many sights including the Prague castle and the Charles bridge in Lessertown. Breakfast was great as well. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Prague again we will definitely stay there.
