Unfortunately someone entered our room on the first day while we were trying to take a nap. They were service personnel hired to fix furniture. When they noticed us they ran off giggling. The Hotel personell said they are very sorry and that it is not going to happen again. Besides this very unpleasant experience everything was good.

Buena, presencia, personal amable, muy buen precio si se reserva con suficiente antelación.
Te cobran una pequeña tasa por turismo (o algo así)
Está prácticamente en el centro de la ciudad (10 min).

Las personas que atienden en la recepción, aunque no hablan español, son muy amables y tratan de ayudar, el servicio en general es muy bueno, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, se puede ir y regresar caminando al centro de la hermosa ciudad

Hotel vieillot et personnel peu accueillants.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur ,(pas de jus frais), peu de fruits.

Chauffage qui ne peut pas être réglé.

Pour un prix identique, choisissez en un autre.

Spacious room with a vintage charm, helpful staff, conveniently close to the old town and public transport. One drawback: the air conditioning only turns off when the window is open, and it's a bit noisy.

Schönes Hotel mit hübschen einfachen aber gut ausgestatteten Zimmern.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und kompetent.
Gute Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Vieles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Straßenbahn Station direkt um die Ecke.
Frühstück ist an sich gut.
Schade das die Sachen so lange liegen und somit schnell trocken sind.

Würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

The room was old & there were minor issues e.g. marks from smoking on the balcony outside of our room, the door was slammed against the wall which broke the door stopper. The staff was very helpful & friendly. Hotel is close to the city centre.

Hotel se nachází ve výborné lokalitě, což je největší předností. Zařízení a snídaně byly v největším pořádku. Bohužel však nemohu ubytování doporučit, neboť disponují naprosto neprofesionálním a neochotným personálem. Vše začalo už s problematickou rezervací a neochotou vystavit fakturu a pokračovalo arogantním přístupem po příjezdu.

Wir waren 6 Tage in Prag und können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen . Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet , das Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sauber . Personal sehr nett plus einer Geburtstagsaufmerksamkeit????
