The complaints about the temperature in the rooms are true. It was unusually warm while I was there. The AC didn’t work at all. Front desk said that it should be repaired the next day. It wasn’t. Asked them to tell housekeeping to keep the curtains closed so the afternoon sun wouldn’t bake the room. They didn’t. Had to keep the window open overnight to cool things off.

Good location, next to a big park (Stromovka), nice walk to city center through Letenske sady with amazing views, relatively close to Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral. Modern hotel, I had a feeling they aim on younger visitors, but overall very nice ambience and atmosphere, good level of services, kind staff always willing to help, room was clean and nicely decorated. I stayed there when participating the Prague Half-Marathon so the location was ideal very close to starting point. I was very satisfied during our stay.

This was my first time at a Mama Shelter hotel and although i really wanted to love it, i left disappointed. The hotel itself has no vibe, it’s got a couple of “instagrammable” corners but thats about it.
The staff is junior and not well equipped to offer good recommendations or quickly problem solve

The sheets were torn.. i didnt take a picture though.. and the sheets were also left dirty ish over night

Not clear why there isnt any coffee offered in the room - it is more a 3 ⭐️ than anything else really.

Location is next to a tram stop that gets you to old town quickly but there isnt much to do in Prague 7 really

Verdict is that i will not be rushing to come back..!

Ein tolles Hotel, mit sehr viel Detail.

In diesem Hotel findet jeder sein Glück, denn die liebe zum Detail spiegelt sich in den gut ausgestatten Zimmer, der Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsplätze, der tollen Außenanlage, den möglichen Parkplätze und Spieleeinrichtung (z. B. kostenloses Billard, Spieleautomaten, Gemeinschaftsspiele wie Brettspiele) wieder.

Das Team ist kompetent, sehr nett und zielführend. Das Frühstück bietet eine reichhaltige Auswahl, beim Mittag und Abendbrot kann man es sich gutgehen lassen.

Das Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, tollen Bad und einem schönen Schlafbereich ist ein schöner Erholungsort.

Ich bin mit Freunden dort gewesen und wir waren alle begeistert, weil wir damit nicht gerechnet hatten. Man kommt vom den Hotel auch gut zu Fuß, mit Bahn/Bus oder z. B. Uber in die Innenstadt. Am Abend war auch ein DJ da, was mit der Beleuchtung und dem Ambiente einfach toll war.

Der Preis ist mit rechtzeitiger Buchung sehr gut, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in dem Bereich.

Man kann dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Hôtel excentré mais très bien desservi pour aller partout ( transport en commun) . Chambre spacieuse et belle salle de bain. Juste un savon qui fait office de produit douche / shampooing… pas de bouilloire. Un flipper qui tilt des qu’on le touche, beaucoup de jeux d’arcade, billard, baby foot mis à disposition. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet sucré / salé parfait pour bien commencer la journée.

Hotel carino e moderno,giovanile.nella hall ci sono videogiochi e calciobalilla,c'è anche un pub.le camere sono moderne e la pulizia ok,collegato benissimo al centro storico ci si arriva in 10 minuti col tram

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Hotel und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wundervolles Zimmer, sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet und supernette Mitarbeiter*innen.
Mit der Straßenbahn, die direkt am Hotel hält, waren wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit in der Altstadt.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

L'hôtel n'est pas dans le centre, mais dans un quartier au nord du centre ville. Très bien desservi par le tram (au pied de l'hôtel, en 10 min). Pratique un distributeur de billets de transports juste à côté de la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel.
Ancien immeuble des années 70 entièrement rénové dans l'ambiance typique des Mama Shelter. Grand lobby avec multiples espaces (jeux, détente, travail). Terrasse très sympa. Personnel jeune et "branché". La clientèle est clairement ciblée jeunes urbains.
Les chambres sont assez spacieuses avec un très bon lit king size. Déco qui a de l'allure et qui change des standards. Il faut aimer les ambiances tamisées voire sombres. J'aurais ainsi aimé des spots de lecture car éclairage trop faible pour lire un livre au lit par exemple. Sinon on retrouve un grand bureau, mini frigo, fauteuil, penderie et grand écran avec une offre de films...
Des petites attentions (eau, cookies, jus de pomme... à l'arrivée) mais il manque toutefois un nécessaire à café/thé et j'aurais aimé que les verres soient lavés ou remplacés (pas le cas en 4 jours).
La salle de bain est assez petite mais suffisante (grande douche). Choix "écologique" pour le savon mais cer serait bien d'en remettre (on a du réclamer à l'accueil).
En ce weekend de Pâques, pas de clim activée alors qu'il faisait plus de 23 dans la chambre. Le temps est peut-être anormal mais ce n'était pas très agréable pour dormir. Surtout que les fenêtres s'entrouvrent à peine.
Petit déjeuner excellent, avec de très bons produits pour un tarif plus que raisonnable.
En résumé je recommande même si ce pourrait être parfait avec de petites améliorations.

Nevím co říct...jestli si z nás obsluha utahovala. Ze začátku neuměli česky ani slovo, v průběhu hodin co jsme seděli v restauraci na nas začali mluvit zřetelně česky vyslovnost háčku taky na výbornou. Po optání jestli si z nás dělají legraci začali mluvit anglicky.

Jako pardon, ale prodávat prosseco, které stojí normálně 74 Kč v bille za 600? Hrůza, rádi si připlatíme za lepší pití, ale tohle je čistá krádež a výsměch.

Zasedací pořádek, nebyl ze strany personálu vůbec vyřešen. Pro oslavy nedoporučuji.

Obsluha , byla otrávená, tvářili se po celou dobu naší návštěvy kysele. Nosili nám tam pití, které jsme si neobjednali. V momentě, kdy jsem si chtěli objednat...nikdo k nám nepřišel a přehlíželi nás. Museli jsme chodit sami na bar a donést ke stolu. Pivo hrůza bez pěny, teplé.

Pizza byla vynikající, ale malá, bohužel čekací doba při prázdné restauraci byla přes 40 minut...

Tváří se to jako krásný prostor, ale je to jen navoněná bída s drahotou.

Děkujeme, příště zvolíme jiné místo. Za ty roky se zde nic nezměnilo.

Excellent hôtel on a walking distance from the old town(30 min). A tram stop is just around the hôtel and bring you directly to the old town in less than 10 min.

The XXL room is really great and big for a familly of 3. We enjoyed the lovely view and great art deco style of the room!

Breakfast is fantastic you have a great choice of food and fresh jnapple and orange juices.

The only little thing to be improved is the reception staff attitude - even if they are 3-4 on the reception, they seems do not want to engage with you for a check-in or check-out. When I asked, I was told to go to a colleague of them (a trainee) that did a great job. Nevetheless, the attitude of the staff is a little bit disaponting.

Sehr schönes Hotel

2 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber mit der Straßenbahn schnell zu erreichen. Die fährt vor der Tür ab. Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr feundlich. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Hunde und Kinder sind willkommen.

super nice hotel that is actually dog friendly and does not only "charge" a fee. The hotel was packed with people and a lot of them had a dog.
You can play billiard and kicker for free which is a nice thing in the evening! Staff is friendly!

This was my first stay in Prague with ALL Accor. Hotel environment, bar with restaurant are very nice and friendly. Bed in room was just amazing and I did not wanted to wake up. I was not satisfied only with a front desk, in 4 star hotel I expect more from the hotel crew... But I hope, next time it will be better.

Ładnie urządzone przestronne pokoje, a w nich czysto. Bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko. Śniadania w formie bufetu z całkiem dużym wyborem różnego rodzaju posiłków, dostępne mleko sojowe. Lokalizacja jest niestety minusem tego hotelu - na pieszo do starego miasta jest ok. 30 minut, do metra też kawałek. Duży plus za możliwość pobytu z psem, który może wejść także na śniadanie :)

Très joli endroit, et très chaleureux. Les chambres sont super sympa. Le personnel est serviable.

Am meisten hat uns gefreut, dass unser Hund willkommen war und uns auch zum Frühstück begleiten durfte!

Ordentliches Hotel mit Parkplatz nebendran. Zimmer waren ordentlich (nur schade das ich ein Doppelbett gebucht hatte und 2 einzelbetten hatte - konnte man zum Glück zusammen schieben. Bar war sehr gut, Cocktails waren lecker (ein bisschen teuer). Billiard und spiele standen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Muy bonito, con gran ambiente, comida y servicio excelente. Las habitaciones limpias, amplias. Super bien ubicado.

Das Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen, und es sind nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt.

Très bel hôtel lifestyle ! Bien qu’il soit hors du centre ville de Pragues, il y a plusieurs arrêts de tramway juste au pied de l’hôtel qui rend les déplacements très simple. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. La chambre était propre et disposait de tout le nécessaire. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la petite attention apportée pour l’anniversaire de ma petite soeur qui était la raison de notre séjour. De nombreux espaces jeux sont mis à disposition dans le lobby tels que baby-foot, billard, flipper, coin cinéma. Je recommande sans hésiter cette établissement !

W tej cenie za 4* spodziewalem sie czegos wiecej. Hotel poprawny, w miare czysty, ale w pokoju 2 osobowym tylko 1 szlafrok. Brak lodowki co na hotel 4* jest niedopuszczalne. w lazience brak zeli i szamponu pod prysznic, byly tylko mydelka. Do tego nie dzialajaca klimatyzacja i goraco w pokoju a otworzyc okna nie mozna ze wzgledu na halas. Bar mial byc czynny do polnocy a zamkneity zostal o 23:00.
Na plus zasługują wnętrza przypominające lata osiemdziesiąte w których mamy Bilard albo gry komputerowe z lat dziewięćdziesiątych popularnego pack mana popularne Bilard wszystko oczywiście za darmo więc rozrywkowo można spędzić trochę czasu

L'hôtel Mama Shelter est très agréable. La décoration est vraiment réussie, les chambres sont assez spacieuse et très confortable.
La situation est parfaite aussi : arrêt de tram et bus juste à côté.
