The hotel is perfectly situated along the river, close to the Charles bridge. The room was okay, the bed was stiff and the pillows not comfortable at all. Our window faced the interior corridor as most do, not allowing any fresh air from outside. We asked for an upgrade and the staff was very helpful and recommended the presidential suite where the windows are connected to the outside. The room was also amazing. Finally, I strongly advise to NOT drink the red wine from the mini bar in the room, it was very distasteful, I would not even cook with it. Recommend buying from Wineday that is 2 min walking.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location, within walking distance to Old Town attractions. The room was much larger than I'd expected, it had all the amenities you could ever need and appeared very clean.
The entrance door was very old and heavy and made quite a lot of noise when it closed. Due to the configuration of the hotel and ongoing renovations, this noise travelled throughout the building, waking me at times.

Ostatnio razem z partnerem mieliśmy przyjemność zatrzymać się w hotelu o idealnej lokalizacji i niepowtarzalnym wnętrzu. Nasz pobyt stał się jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy dzięki bezpłatnej aktualizacji naszego pokoju, która zapewniła nam piękny widok na rzekę. Chciałbym wyrazić szczególną wdzięczność dla Aliny, nie tylko za jej efektywną i przyjazną pomoc przy wymeldowaniu, ale także za rekomendowanie wielu znakomitych restauracji w okolicy hotelu. Jej wskazówki sprawiły, że nasze kulinarne doświadczenia były równie niezapomniane co pobyt. Ten hotel wyróżnia się przytulną atmosferą i jest doskonałym wyborem dla osób szukających komfortu i pierwszorzędnych usług. Serdecznie polecam!

I spent 3 nights in this hotel in late March of 2024, while part of the hotel was under renovation. Entrance to the hotel was from another site of the building than their address stated with very poor signs leading to the working entrance and no priori information about the change. The temporary Entrance require guest to ring a doorbell each time they want to get inside (no option to open with your room key card), which would have been find, but the lock on the door is rusty and it's very hard to open, often I had to ring multiple times before the whole thing worked. This was frustrating.
The room was nice and clean, but the only window led to the glass covered corridor, so you could have either privacy or access to natural light. Please see the attached picture. Moreover, there is no wardrobe in the room, and nearly all cupboards are already occupied by a mini fridge, etc. Aside from small desk and coat hangers by the door, there was no room to put away your things. Room service was nice and efficient, and you could request it at a specific time if needed.
The hotel doesn't serve any food. There was a mini bat in the room.
I would discourage you from ordering a taxi through the hotel, because the service their offer is very pricy. I paid 600 KCR for a taxi ride to the train station that took 10 min.

My husband and I stayed here three nights, and are surprised at how high this hotel’s reviews are. The renovated rooms are nice, and the location is great.
However, there are noise issues with the hotel that kept us up all three nights. All the doors to the hotel loudly bang and reverberate through the rooms, and voices are loud and carry easily. We were both awoken every 30-60 minutes throughout the nights, and the front desk was unhelpful when we raised this.
There are a lot of other beautiful and well-priced hotels in Prague - we wouldn’t recommend choosing this one that will impact your sleep.

the entrance which when you find it requires an intercom which replies
in Czech. WHen you finally get in, the entrance is gross with stains
all over the floor and a worn out mat. On checkin, we are advised that
there is no breakfast (which we paid for), no bar, no room service.
They failed to mention that there is no TV functioning. When the staff
are told the answer is "thank you". The room we were offered would be
a human rights violation for a prison with only dormers for natural
light. If you want a ripoff, with attitude and noise, this is your
place...otherwise, go elsewhere

A delightful stay at a remarkable hotel, notable for its excellent location, the warmth of its staff, particularly Alina and Hendrix, its inviting atmosphere, and its distinctive decor. Staff went out of their way to make my visit pleasant. The design of the hotel was both intriguing and cozy. Additionally, I was lucky with the weather; Prague was warmer than back home, adding to the overall wonderful experience. This hotel comes highly recommended for its superb service and enchanting ambiance.

Ubytování v tomto hotelu bylo skvělým zážitkem. Nachází se v ideální lokalitě s krásným výhledem a snadným přístupem k místním atrakcím. Okouzlující květinová výzdoba vytváří příjemnou atmosféru a přidává dojem luxusu. Personál, zejména Alina a Hendrix, byl mimořádně vstřícný a ochotný splnit každé přání. Celkově se jedná o skvělé místo pro relaxaci a pobyt plný komfortu.

가장 마음에 드는 점은 호텔에 머무는동안 늘 친절하게 대해준 Hendrix의 태도. 말하기 전에 원하는 바를 체크하고 사전에 물어봐주는 센스에 놀람. 객실도 마음에 들고 늘 깨끗하게 정리해줘서 숙소로 돌아오면 편안했음.
단점은 냉장고가 있지만 이미 가득 들어있어서(미니바 명목) 은근 사용하기 불편함. 그리고 가장 불편했던 점은 호텔에 들어올 때 벨을 누르고 문을 열어주면 들어올 수 있어서 숙소 왔다갔다하기에는 불편했음. 객실번호에 따라 1층에서 0층으로 그리고 다시 숙소층으로 가야하는 번거로움도 있을 수 있음.
그럼에도 불구하고 프라하에 다시 오게 된다면 또 머물고 싶은 곳! 다시 한번 Hendrix에게 고마움을 전하고 싶음.

Super freundliches Personal. Zimmer, Junior-Suite, war voll in Ordnung, vor allem sauber. Toll gelegen, 150 m Fußweg zur Karlsbrücke. Perfektes Hotel für Besuche / Aufenthalte in Prag.

A great place for your first stay in Prague. the staff is simply wonderful, there are a lot of places around that are worth visiting. And thanks to them for helping us figure it out, making a plan and telling us how best to get there. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed, so we had to have breakfast outside the hotel. But this still did not spoil our impression. Special thanks to Dima at the reception for his warm attitude and help. And at night, when we needed help, the receptionist Daria (I hope I remembered her name correctly) helped us as soon as possible. clear 5 points.

Были в этом отеле на выходных. Обслуживание хорошее, на ресепшене встретили отлично. Весь персонал приветливый и внимательный.

뷰 맛집입니다. 창밖으로 보이는 프라하 성 뷰 때문에 예약했는데 아침에 일어나서 잠들기 전까지 성을 마음껏 눈에 담을 수 있어 하루종일 쌓인 여행 피로를 풀어주었습니다. 까를교도 보이고 페트린 타워, 푸닌쿨라 오르락내리락 하는것도 보여요. 까를교까지 걸어서 1분, 호텔 바로 앞에 트램 역도 있어 교통도 편리합니다. 구시가지까지도 걸어서 10분 정도. 건물은 오래 됐는데 난방 빵빵 잘 되고 룸 클린 서비스도 매일매일 만족스러웠습니다. 어머니도 너무 좋아하셨어요.
단점이라면 샤워부스 배수가 잘 안되고 비수기라 여기저기 리노베이션 하느라 조식을 못먹었다는것.
하지만 우리를 담당했던 Hendrix 너무 친절하고 설명도 잘 해주어 고마웠어요. Hendrix 덕분에 프라하의 첫인상이 좋게 각인되어 다음에 온다면 이곳으로 오고 싶어요.

이 호텔은 지리적으로 까를교와 가깝고 프라하성을 조망하는 객실이 있으며, 걸어서 2분거리에 트램정류장이 있는 점이 무엇보다 좋았다.
아침에 일찍 일어나 새벽의 프라하성과 까를교를 산책할 수 있고, 밤 늦게까지 구시가 거리의 야경을 보고 걸어서 숙소에 돌아올 수 있었다
특히 깨끗한 객실관리와 여러 안내를 친절하게 해준 Alina를 비롯한 직원들에게 고마움을 표한다.
