A very pleasant stay at the hotel,we spent 3 nights and had a lovely time ..The rooms were very clean and well maintained.
The location is fantastic,the tram and metro stop is right outside the hotel and there are 2 supermarkets as well.
I would highly recommend staying in the hotel.

Lobby bar hotelu Diplomat, obsluha příjemná...stejně mohu doporučit Petru na modeláž nehtů. Hotel nabízí vyjma chutné kávy a ubytování, restaurace mnoho jiných služeb, kadeřnictví, manikúra, pedikúra, masáže, kosmetika, fitness. A pozor i pro veřejnost!

Просто великолепный отель. Мы семёй остановились в отеле чтоб побыть пару дней в Праге и посмотреть на достопримечательности. Отель не дорогой но очень хороший . Утром когда проснулся можно спуститься в столовую и хорошо позавтракать. В отеле есть парковка для машин , номера красивые и чистые и он находится недалеко от центра города. Это отличный отель .

Супер хороший завтрак, местоположение отличное- 2 мин. до трамвая, 4 остановки до центра.
Персонал дружелюбный, сервис отличный!

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes und sehr sauberes Haus. Standard und Erscheinungsbild, vor allem auch in Verbindung mit dem Preis, absolut spitze. Das Frühstück ist von einem Umfang welchen man selten bekommt. Service und Mitabeiter absolut top. Zweckmäßige, saubere und modern eingerichtete Zimmer.
Haltestation der Öffentlichen direkt gegenüber gelegen. System der Öffentlichen ist schnell zu verstehen, die Frequenz der Bahnen sehr hoch.
Absolut top !

Ok 4star id you do not spend your time only in the city center. Nicely renovated 2019, great beds, but the accoustic did Not improvisieren…you can still hear the other rooms and everyone passing by the room. The Hotel bar is not 4 star… the bartenders should be trained!

Nice hotel with many conference rooms. The location is about a 35 minute walk from the Old Town of Prague, but is well connected with the trams and subway system. Rooms were clean, though a bit warm, and the cool setting on the room thermostat didn't seem to do much. Large and varied breakfast options were a nice plus.

Todo perfecto. Muchas gracias al personal que era muy atento. Nos gusto mucho el desayuno, las habitaciones muy limpias y espaciosas. Usamos el gimnasio y lo bueno era que no había mucha gente.

Nos dieron una bienvenida en la recepción. El personal era muy simpático. Lo que nos sorprendió que Merlina, Diogo y Romana hablaron perfectamente español. Muchas gracias por todo.

Estuvimos alojados 3 días en este hotel. Nos gustó mucho el desayuno. El hotel es moderno y está cerca del aeropuerto. Nos gustó mucho el servicio de los chicos de recepción, especialmente Romana que nos explicó cómo funciona el metro y nos recomendó varios restaurantes. Seguro volveremos.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Große Zimmer und Badezimmer. Gutes Frühstück-, und Abendbuffet. Vor allen Dingen schnelle Fahrstühle ????. Ebenfalls ein toller Fitnessbereich. Kann dieses Hotel ruhigen Gewissen empfehlen.

Habitación pequeña pero cómoda. Me olvide en la habitación un jersey de la marca Salsa que me costó 70 euros y nunca apareció..

Update february 2024:

Revisited the hotelbar. The staff were not distant at all this time! We had a Gin-Tonic and Cuba-Libre and were served complimentary nuts aswell. A bit expensive, but high level of service in a modern hotelbar!

Modern hotel, the reception is friendly! Room really modern, tidy and clean. - No airco during winter time in the room (it was so hot). Out of the city center, but short distance to metro and tram. Supermarket next to it. All in all a premium stay, but a few flaws, like pillows being just air, airco switched off whilst room and hallway being hot.

I've had drinks at the bar multiple evenings. The staff are sometimes distant, sometimes engaging. Depended on the day.

Grand and luxurious hotel off-center. Somehow noisy, but looking back on my stay, I think I made a good choice staying here with some flaws. 4/5.

Recommended, but a passed several rooms with open doors, loud voices. Ask for a room away from the elevators, like I did.

Přespala jsem pouze jednu noc ale poloha u metra je skvělá, na letiště to taxi trvalo 25 minut, obsluha příjemná, pokoje pěkně vybavené. Hotel má svou specifickou atmosféru

Odalar temiz ve yatak rahat. Tüm otelde standart odalar iki tek yataklı. Fakat gürültuden uyumak imkansız. Portekiz bir hava yollunun ekipleri kalıyor. Acaip gürültücü, bağıra çağıra konuşuyor ve yandaki odalara karşı saygısizlar. Sabah 7 den gecenin gec saatlerine kadar bu seslerden huzurla uyumak münkün değil ve otelin bu hava yolları ile olan anlaşmasindan sebep uyarmıyor. Yani burada konaklayacaksaniz buna hazirlıklı gelin. Calışanlar güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı orta kalitede. Konum idare eder. Metro ile şehir merkezi 4 durak. Aynı fiyata aynı kaliteye merkezde de kalınabilir. Bu gürültülü havayolu çalışanlardan uzak.
