Before we start, this hotel is not a 5 star i would say maybe 4 and little bit not even close to 5. My rating doesn't mean that this hotel is bad or anything like that, don't get me wrong..

The location was perfect for us who came from train station, walking distance around 300M but the road was stones not asphalt road very hard with big lugagges.. Wenceslas Square also behind the hotel, very close to everything including metro st (mustek), tram line and abundant of restaurants around..

The room was actually quite spacious but not a 5 star room though, a little let down.. the soundproof was awful, the wall was as thin as a paper we can hear people walking and laughing early in the morning and i can hear my neighbours from the outside and inside too..

Breakfast was actually quite a big spread but the menu were the same everyday and get a little boring after a while..

Overall, a 4 star for grandium hotel not bad but not the best..

If you are going to Prague, this is the place to stay. Close to everywhere you need to be. The main shopping street, main train station, library and only a few minutes walk from the old city

The hotel is cheap, clean, modern, with a lavish breakfast and helpful staff. Can't recommend it more

地點：5顆星
從Karlovy Vary搭FlixBus抵達 Florenc巴士站，
從Florenc，搭紅C地鐵前往，Muzeum，
2站就到，出站直走就會到。
房型：商務型飯店
沒有階梯，行李進出方便
有茶包，水，備品，雖然比meetme23貴350元，
但比較值得。建議如果價差不大，選這間吧。
而且可以泡澡

Para nada un hotel de 5 estrellas. Un hotel de 4 y justo. Lo único bastante positivo es la ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. Habitaciones muy viejas, desayuno muy mejorable, muy grande, poca atención personalizada… Deja bastante que desear para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas.

這是浪漫唯美的城堡小鎮氛圍⋯住房房型多且乾淨設備齊全！但遇上服務態度上的認知邏輯思維差異讓人些許遺憾????！不能因為是給團客優惠然後因為滿房而隨意安排大小不一的房型空間！讓領隊和團員們很尷尬的需要跟飯店人員溝通卻得到我們態度不佳的感覺⋯⋯雖然最終給予換房但令人產生些許遺憾！

5성급이지만 한국인이 생각하는 5성급은 아닐거라고 생각합니다. 객실은 좁은 편이고, 방에 드라이기가 고장나서 조금 실망했습니다. 서비스는 엄청 친절하시고 조식도 좋았습니다. 근데 카를교라든지 중심가에선 거리가 조금 있어요. 중앙역에선 가까워서 애매하네요.

Pobyt jsem spojila s návštěvou divadla Palace, kam lze z hotelu projít přímo do pasáže, takže kabat nebyl nutný. Pokoj i snídaně na velmi vysoké úrovni, určitě se vrátíme. Dokonalé.

Bel Hôtel situé dans une rue calme de Prague , en plein centre et proche de tous les sites touristiques . La chambre est moderne et spacieuse . La literie est très confortable et le petit déjeuner de qualité.
