Magnifique !!! Emplacement au top, tout ce fait à pied. Le service (Honza, Anel et Anna) sont vraiment très professionel, humain et symphatique, toujours disponible !! Au top ! L'hôtel est magnifique, la décoration des chambres, proprété, tout y fait pour passer un agréable moment. Hôtel vraiment à conseiller !! Merci à toute l'équipe, on à passé un super sèjour.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle waren sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Very nice staff. We even saw the staff on the street calling for a family that had some trouble with their car.
The breakfast buffet was well worth the money. Although the lobby looked a bit run down the rooms we had and others that we saw were nicely updated.
The street was quite and the neighborhood felt safe.
Will recommend to anyone traveling to Prague.

מלון מושלם!!! שירות 100/100, ביקשנו צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר וקיבלנו בחינם(!!!) עד 16:00, מעבר לזה שהם מהממים וסופר שרותיים, הם נותנים כל מיני הטבות, משרה חינם בגג וכל מיני כאלה והארוחת בוקר ככ ככ טובה!! המלצה חמה חמה חמה!!!!

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum man kann von dort die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen

Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Frühstück ausgezeichnet und vorallem das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Vorallem Tanya und Veronika an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und kompetent in ihrem Fach.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Staff are all very friendly and the rooms were all very clean. There was a large selection for continental breakfast but there were not many warm options and the warm options were not very good but to be fair this is the case for most European hotels. Rooms were great but their walls are very thin and you can hear other rooms and people in the corridor so some soundproofing would go a long way. Also the room did not have a safe which would have been nice. The bed was a double but had two single duvets which personally I found to be a bit uncomfortable when trying to sleep. Overall the price and location speak volumes for this hotel and I would recommend it for sightseeing 100%.

Nice hotel, great location for the centre, only a few minutes walk to the square. Standard rooms are a little on the small side, but the hotel is very clean. Fabulous selection at breakfast time with friendly helpful staff.

Quite possibly the friendliest welcome I've ever received from a hotel reception. Genuinely lovely staff. Only stopped over for a few hours due to an early morning flight, but staff couldn't be better.

Nah zur Stadt, in der nähe gibt es Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Täglich eine enorme Auswahl an verschiedenen Lebensmitteln zum Frühstück, mit fleißigen und freundlichen Service. (Manchmal fast schon unangenehm fleißig, weil wenn man vllt kurz mal aufgestanden ist, der Teller wieder weg sein kann, und mein Partner mir schmunzelnd sagt, dass der Teller geklaut wurde. ) Zimmer super ordentlich, schick eingerichtet, nur früh manchmal ziemlich Laut auf den Gängen (nicht nur die Gäste, sondern auch die Mitarbeiter des Hotels, die die ersten Zimmer früh 7 Uhr lautstark Reinigen.) sehr Hilfsbereit, sehr zuvorkommend, fragen regelmäßig nach, ob man hilfe benötigt und alles gut ist. Am Tresen kann man Tipps erhalten rund um den Aufenthalt in Prag mit Beschäftigungsideen oder ähnliches. Alle sprachen Englisch.

Für jemanden, der aus einer oftmals sehr grimmigen Stadt aus Deutschland kommt, ist diese freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft, und teilweise aufgesetztes breites Lächeln irgendwann etwas verdächtig ????

War alles super, kann ich nur empfehlen. Waren 6 Tage da, würde ich wieder machen! Die Bar war auch sehr gut, das essen sehr Lecker und die Cocktails super^^

Leider habe ich es etwas unprofessionell empfunden, als man uns beim auschecken gebeten hat 5 Sterne zu geben für das Hotel. Es ist nicht nötig sowas zu sagen, denn das hätten wir auch so gemacht. Ein wirklich hervorragendes Hotel ! Aber diese Aussage eventuell in Zukunft lieber verkneifen.. das kann bei manchen zum Punkt abzug kommen ????

Und auf dem Dach war es besonders am Abend auch immer sehr angenehm ????

Je voulais donner une note à cet hôtel qui est très accueillant et rend service sans hésiter à ses clients. L'emplacement près de tout ce qui est à voir, on peut tout faire à pieds, 10/10, propreté 10/10, accueil idem, nous n'avons rien eu à redire lors de notre séjour chez eux. Je vous le recommande sans hésiter.

I returned yesterday from a lovely short break with my daughter. This hotel couldn’t have been better, great location, very clean, restaurant excellent. We booked a double but were allocated a triple which gave plenty of space. Special mention of Tanya and Daniel on reception who couldn’t have been more helpful.
