???? Über eine Empfehlung von unseren Freunden zu Hotel Rosetta gekommen und wir können sagen, dass wir positiv überrascht wurden. Das Hotel wurde anscheinend vor circa einigen Monaten renoviert und quasi neu aufgesetzt. Unsere Freunde waren schon (mit der alten Version aus dem Jahre 2019) zufrieden und wir haben jetzt die renovierte / neue Variante erlebt und das topt natürlich alles. Sehr modern, sauber und direkt am Strand in Savudrija. Super nette Mitarbeiter am Empfang (sowohl in der Frühschicht als auch Nachtschicht) plus das Reinigungspersonal (Housekeeping) und die sehr kompetente Klara vom Reservierungsservice. Die Preise sind am mittleren beziehungsweise mittleren/oberen Bereich angesiedelt, jedoch in Ordnung. Lediglich die Straße, welche von der Hauptstraße zum Hotel führt, sollte unserer Meinung nach (selbstverständlich von der Gemeinde) sehr bald bis zur nächsten Sommersaison 2024 neu gepflastert werden. Wir waren jahrelang hier zu Gast, das kleine gemütliche Hotel mit Strand ist wunderschön. Es war alles perfekt.
Wie das jetzt mit den neuen Eigentümern ist, kann ich nicht sagen.
Update: wir waren heuer (2023) wieder vor Ort. Ein Traum. Ok, Preise sind gesalzen, aber Ambiente, Lage und Strand entschädigen. Personal ist 1A.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand gelegen mit direktem Zugang zum Strand mit kostenlosen Liegen und Sonnenschirm für Hotelgäste. Parkplatz auch kostenlos mit dabei was ein echter Pluspunkt ist. Um das Hotel herum kann man auch schön laufen. Zimmer sehen sehr neu aus. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde sofort wieder kommen.

Hotel mit schöner Lage am Meer. Abenteuerliche Zufahrt, dafür dort sehr ruhig. Frühstück sehr reichlich und ausgezeichnet. Die Betten waren super.

Tjeraju ljude s plaze jer je kao privatna plaza hotela, dobro da ne naplacuju kupanje u moru. Imaju lažni znak da je plaža u koncesiji što nije istina prema podacima na pomorski.hr.

Spent a lovely few days at the Hotel Villa Rosetta right on the beach. Really liked that it was a little up and away from the crowded sections to the South. A little remote maybe if you don't have a car (we didn't). Our room was listed as ocean view, which it was, but over the roof of the restaurant, so not ideal. So it goes.
Have to specifically call out Verdan at the front desk who helped us out tremendously and was just a joy. Called a friend to get us a cab when none were to be found, and was just generally delightful. Great staff!

Hotel molto bello, nuovo, pulitissimo. Posizione splendida proprio sul mare, con poche camere quindi tranquillo anche in alta stagione. Giardino curatissimo, spiaggia servita di sdraio e ombrelloni compresi e molta ombra naturale. Acqua cristallina poco profonda adatta anche ai bambini. Chiosco in spiaggia con ottimo cibo e prezzi normali. Colazione perfetta, non manca niente. Staff gentilissimo, ci torneremo.

Nice location - poor execution.
We stayed at Villa Rosetta last year. We came back because we liked it very
much and were excited to see the renovated hotel. Yet it has been a disappointing experience. The Hotel was nicely renovated. The garden is redesigned. The location is great. However the service f.i Room cleaning is not good. Our room was not ready at 4:00 pm and not cleaned up. That is not a four star class. Mini bar does not exist despite the fact it is mentioned on the hotel website and TripAdvisor. A bed lamp was broken on our arrival and was still when we left. Room rate was not fair even though we booked 6 months in advance with upfront payment, we realized the rate was 20% cheaper on the hotel site at the time of our stay. The garage had a problem with the hotel drain pipes. Waste water was leaking.
We complained without success or compensation. It is a pity because the location is nice, quiet with access to the beach with a pleasant beach bar.
The renovation in 2022-2023 turned this hotel in a more modern venue. Bedroom and bathroom are new and modern.
It is a pity for some members of the breakfast service and beach bar staffs who are very dedicated, friendly and efficient; it is not because them that we left with a poor feeling.

Very nice hotel, near to the beach, with own beachbar and sunbeds for free of charge use for hotel guests. Really kind and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, AC is working properly.
There is a garage available for certain rooms which is plus because of weather (your car won’t be hot).
The only doubt that we have is the restaurant. We are not sure if such sophisticated place is a good choice for the hotel restaurant. Food is delicious but sometimes you just want to eat something „normal”.
I really recommend the place and people that work here.

Etwas weiter nördlich von Novigrad findet man den Badeort Savudrija. Hier ist das Hotel/Restaurant „Villa Rosetta“ zu empfehlen. Das Hotel stammt aus den 30ger Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts. Die Dame und die Köchin des Hauses hat bereits viele Kochbücher veröffentlicht (auf Italienisch).
Es gibt einen eigenen Strand, gute Küche und ausgesprochen zivile Preise.

Modern small hotel recently renovated. Nice location close to the beach, with access to a private area with umbrellas and lounge chairs for hotel guests. Many rooms have a small balcony with beautiful sea view and even some swallow nests. Overall, a pleasant and quiet ambiance, while not unexpectedly the beach area gets crowded. Parking spots on premises are assigned to each room. The dining area downstairs is available for breakfast, while at dinner it is used by the Zaya restaurant; on the beach itself the is a bar offering snacks and drinks duting daytime. The staff is polite and professional. We were happy and will likely go back.

Villa Rosetta est un hôtel très spécial situé sur une petite péninsule au bout d'un chemin. Il n’y a donc aucun trafic, le chemin de promenade qui continue le long de la mer est en pleine nature. Tranquillité et sérénité garanties L’hôtel qui se trouve à 30m de la mer a une plage privée avec chaises longues ombrés par des arbres méditerranéens parfumés qu’on rejoint en traversant un joli jardin de roses et gazon et d’herbes et de légumes . A la plage il a une taverne en plein air qui offre des bons lunch et des snack de toute sorte. C’est un hôtel avec une histoire de famille et les hôtes sont bien gâtés par la gentillesse de ces personnes.
L’hôtel a une trentaine de chambres très confortables et spacieuses avec un balcon et une vue imprenable sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est généraux et le Restaurant, avec en cuisine Madame Rosetta en personne, a une réputation qui va outre les frontières, sa spécialité « la sole Rosetta » est délicieuse. Le repas peut être pris dans la salle ou sur la terrasse toujours avec vue sur le jardin fleuri et la mer à 180 degrés.
La plage a de petits rochers et galets, il faut mieux entrer avec des chaussures de mer. Idéal pour nager et pour snorcheling.
Le village, où se trouve l’hôtel n’a pas de magasin et n’est touristiquement pas attrayant. La prochaine ville, Umag, est bien équipée mais il faut une voiture pour y arriver.
