Tolle Lage, super Service...wir sind seit Jahren Gäste allerdings nicht zur Übernachtung sondern nur auf der Terrasse. Toller Service, freundliche Bedienung und tolle Lage.

Unser Aufenthalt im Boutique Hotel Viletta Phasian in Fasane, Istrien, war schlichtweg unvergesslich. Dieses charmante Hotel übertraf all unsere Erwartungen und bot uns eine Erfahrung, die wir noch lange in Erinnerung behalten werden.

Das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war zweifelsohne das Frühstück. Es ist schwer in Worte zu fassen, wie lecker und vielfältig das Frühstück im Viletta Phasian ist. Die Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Zutaten und Speisen war beeindruckend. Jeden Morgen wurden wir mit einer breiten Palette an köstlichen Optionen verwöhnt, von frischem Obst über hausgemachte Marmeladen bis hin zu frisch gebackenem Brot.

Das Personal im Viletta Phasian ist eindeutig der Schlüssel zum Erfolg dieses Hotels. Sie sind nicht nur professionell, sondern auch äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an herzlich willkommen und gut umsorgt. Die Mitarbeiter standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und halfen uns gerne bei der Planung von Ausflügen und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.

Das Hotel selbst ist ein kleines Juwel. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabel. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und einladend, und die ruhige Lage des Hotels ermöglichte uns erholsame Nächte und stressfreie Tage.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Boutique Hotel Villetta Phasian eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das leckere Frühstück, das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal sowie die gemütliche Atmosphäre des Hotels machten unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Max & Moi können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen.

Ein wirklich sehr angenehmes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern, wo man gerne wieder hinfährt.

Der Kundenservice in Kroatien ist erstaunlich freundlich. Davon könnte Deutschland wirklich etwas lernen! Vielleicht weil der Kundenservice noch von Einheimischen gemacht wird und nicht an Ausländer ohne richtige Ausbildung und Arbeitswillen ausgelagert wird! Der deutsche Kundendienst ist arrogant und faul und hat keinen Stolz auf das, was sein Land zu bieten hat.

Wunderschöne Lage - sehr zentral, sehr freundliches Personal, perfekt um Ausflüge in Istrien zu machen, sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer sind auch sehr gut und sauber, Fernsteuerung für die Klimaanlage war zerbrochen - war aber kein Problem, Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und direkt im Haus, alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert

Very nice hotel ,in the center town. Only issue they never cleaned my room for all my stay ,pretending that I asked not to do. Pity for really good place.

A Charming Haven of Coziness and Originality

I had the pleasure of staying at the most delightful and enchanting hotel in Fazana, and it was an experience that surpassed all my expectations. This gem in the heart of the city truly gives you the experience of how life would have been pre mass-tourism.

From the moment we checked in (wich worked smoothly eventhough we checked-in late in the evening and the reception was closed), I was captivated by the hotel's unique ambiance. The interior design exudes the perfect rustic charm, creating an inviting and warm atmosphere that embraces guests with open arms. The attention to detail in the decor, with tasteful nods to local culture and heritage, added an authentic touch to my stay.

The staff at this hotel are unparalleled in their hospitality. Each member of the team greets you with warmth and ensure that my every need was met. Their genuine smiles and friendly demeanor made me feel related and at home, and I truly appreciated their personal approach.

Our room (Superior) was small for a family of 4, but with comfort and tranquility and two bathrooms. The bed was cozy, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. Being 1m91cm tall, the bed is almost too small for me (the quality of hotel beds are always a cliffhanger), but it works. The room had a great peek overlooking the main square and ocean, and in the afternoon the walls displays the suns playfull reflection in the ocean. We had the option of having windows open and listening to the music and people in the square, or shutting the windows and enjoying peace and quiet all night.

The breakfast experience at the hotel's restaurant was a true delight. Exlusive to the hotel guests, its giving you plenty of room to both sleep late and still enjoy a great breakfeast at your favorite seating.

Lastly, the location of the hotel couldn't have been more ideal. Situated in the heart of Fazana, I was just a stone's throw away from the town's picturesque waterfront and vibrant small streets and a 10 min. walk to our favorite beach south of Fazana. We also took daytrips to Pula, Stoja and other beaches, using Bus, Taxi and Uber. All worked well!

If you're seeking a one-of-a-kind experience in Fazana, I wholeheartedly recommend this enchanting retreat. It truly deserves every one of its guest-ratings, being way more important than extra stars.
