However, we do have a suggestion for improvement. The breakfast area would benefit from a quieter atmosphere. On two occasions, our experience was marred by a loud and inconsiderate group. We believe the hotel should implement measures to ensure all guests can enjoy a peaceful meal, perhaps by addressing disruptive behavior more directly and professionally.
Túve la oportunidad de ir a la cena de Gala y me encontré muy cómodo y disfruté mucho del evento. Perfecta organización donde todo fue genial. Todo el mundo muy atento y en especial Tiago, quién se preocupó en todo momento de todo y me hizo sentir como en casa. Le doy las gracias y sin duda ninguna volveré a repetir. Totalmente recomendable.

Les chambres sont grandes et bien décorées avec le nécessaire aux standards SOFITEL, et super petit déjeuner.
Toutefois, un bémol sur la qualité de l’accueil qui n’est pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles, les bagages ne sont pas montés en chambre, nous devons nous en charger nous même.
The rooms are beautiful and good size for a city hotel with lovely toiletries etc.
We had a small issue with our rooms AC but the way it was dealt with was excellent and testament to brilliant hospitality. I always say, these things happen but it's how it's dealt with that counts and this was definitely the case!!
The staff were lovely and friendly and only too happy to help with any query you have.
A special thanks to (Concierge and Doorman) Geuis for just being great at his job and adding touches and just making you feel special!!
We would not hesitate to suggest the hotel to close friends and family..........we look forward to our next visit in the near future!

Замечательные завтраки, чудесные омлеты!
В ресторане очень изысканные блюда! Понравилось всё, что успели попробовать в течение нескольких дней! Официанты и бармены улыбающиеся и очень услужливые! И блюда, и напитки приносили очень оперативно! Коктейли интересные, вкусные, красиво оформленные, и для каждого подготовлен уникальный бокал!
И расположение отеля очень удачное!

Piscine sur le toit fort apprécié.
Bref, un hôtel à recommander sans aucune hésitation.
My only note would be that I didn’t feel the breakfast buffet was worth the €30 they charged. I don’t eat enough to justify that and there wasn’t another option.
