Habiendo estado un fin de semana en el hotel he de decir que la habitación que nos tocó fue muy pequeña y además interior sin ninguna vista al exterior, reclamando en recepción nos dijeron que era lo que habíamos comprado y no ha sido así, nos dice que hemos reservado una habitación económica y nosotros en Booking eso no figuraba como tal, creo que ha sido una reserva engañosa, no hemos sido bien tratados en ese aspecto, por lo demás la ubicación de este hotel es inmejorable

El hotel esta a 2 minutos andando de la Plaza Catalunya, está muy céntrico. El edificio es antiguo y es muy bonito. Las habitaciones individuales son pequeñas pero muy bien aisladas del ruido de la ciudad y con hervidor de agua de cortesía que te permite disfrutar de un té o un café gratis. La única pega que le pondría es que el desayuno se sirve en un bar cercano y los fines de semana se sirve entre las 10 y las 11 de la mañana lo que me parece muy tarde.

Hotel w niesamowitej lokalizacji, to jest jego największy atut, piękna kamienica na samym placu Katalońskim przy samej stacji metra. Pokoje nieduże, standard skromny, ale bardzo czysty (przydałoby się bardziej zadbać o prysznic), na wyposażeniu pokoju jest czajnik z zapasem kawy i herbaty. Przemiła i bardzo pomocna obsługa. Cena adekwatna do lokalizacji ale niewygórowana. Dziękujemy

The location is perfect.
Very well connected public transport.
But if I could compare the photos in Booking and the real room, it was pricey.
The staff is very friendly but I don’t think we will go back there, we felt disappointed for the quality of the room in comparison to the pictures.

The shower needed more attention for cleaning
I don’t think is a good option for people with disabilities as the lift is very small, there are grades and not adapted entrance for wheelchairs.
The doors are tight

Egy forgalmas, központi téren lévő hotel, aki gyalog, vagy tömegközlekedéssel akar vàrost nézni, annak tökéletes választás. Sok kávézó, étterem, bolt van a közelben. A hotel egy régi, patinás épület első és harmadik szintjén működik, nagyon hangulatos berendezéssel. Az àgy kényelmes, a kilátás is szép, a fürdőszoba tâgas.

La situació immillorable a Plaça Catalunya mateix. El personal és super atent, i l'habitació és molt còmoda.
Es un petit hotel sense cap tipus de luxe, però amb cap mancança. Es nota que la decoració està feta una mica "amateur", però tot està ben conservat.

The location is just at the heart of Barcelona. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The room was clean and and perfectly safe for solo travellers as well. I loved this place! If I ever come to Barcelona one more time, I’ll definitely choose Ginebra again :)

El trato el personal es muy bueno, son muy atentos y cualquier cosa que necesites puedes consultarla. La ubicación es genial y en nuestro caso la habitación cumplió con lo necesario para pasar una noche.

The staff is very pleasant especially Jonathan and Alexandra very accomendating and helpful. The place is very clean, bathroom and bed room, for the value. Awsome view of the plaza.

Our first impression on entering the building was that it was only a one-star place and that we should try to get out of our reservation. The walls needed painting and the front desk on the third floor was shaggy looking. But we found our room to be nice with all of the necessary features. The location is superb, on the edge of Placa Catalunya. Despite all the hubbub outside, the room was quite quiet.
