One negative detail, so will get that out of the way. The hotel furnishings could use an update. But that doesn't matter even a little bit because the service in the hotel is the absolute best we have encountered in a long time. From the amount of staff always on duty to the friendly smiles, it is top notch. If you ask for a car at 7:25, the car will be there on time. The answer is always "yes, we can do that." The location is awesome if you want to be down by the water/marina. Highly recommend the Club Level access. They put out a SPREAD all day long. You could legitimately eat all of your meals there (but you shouldn't be the restaurants in Barcelona are not to be missed). The people truly make the difference in this location. Highly recommend.

Fui en la excursión del instituto EHTB, y me pareció un hotel impresionante, con unos trabajadores muy agradables. El penthouse es alucinante con unas vistas preciosas de la ciudad.

I would recommend this hotel since it was easy to find after we left the airport. But be wary of what direction you're going because the local train station wasn't working when we went.
Once we got there the staff was welcoming and very attentive. We went up to the hotel room and saw that it was nice and neat and had a awesome view.
The breakfast options were plentiful and suitable for vegetarians, as they had a wide majority of fruit, cereal, pastries and continental options to chose from. The staff was helpful because they were accommodating and offered to specially prepare things to order.
At night the beds were comfortable, but the TV entertainment system wasn't very good since the only thing available to watch was either youtube or live tv. We also tried pairing our device but it didn't work properly and the Wifi was a bit poor as well.
The main points to highlight were the cleanliness of the hotel, friendliness of the staff, the facilities and spa.

The staff was simply amazing. I stayed with my family at Arts for 4 nights. The staff will greet you every time they see you. They are all friendly. They give you their attention and assist with any and everything. Food was good at the hotel for breakfast. We also had sole room service and that was fine as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality vacation. Added a few pictures from one of our rooms.

It's a perfect hotel - perfect location, perfect views from the rooms, perfect service of the staff, great food in the several restaurants, great service at the hotel bar. Really satisfied. It's worth the money though it costs some more money then the average.

Quizás el mejor Business hotel de Barcelona. Salón Gaudi y terrazas inmejorables para organizar un evento. Un 10 Guess services. Somos habituales por trabajo y me parece un acierto trabajar con ellos. 9/10 un secreto… The Club!

This hotel was a great experience with lovely staff.
At the stay I got severely sick. The concierge took great care of me and helped me finding a hospital and getting doctors advice. After I got back from the hospital they checked on me multiple times. Great customer service, they go up and above to help me get through my situation.
Although I’m sad that I didn’t got to experience Barcelona and the luxury’s of the hotel, they did absolutely amazing.
Thx to all the staff and especially the concierge’s. I’m doing much better now.

This hotel goes beyond customer service to deliver an unforgettable experience. From the bellman's warm welcome to the front desk's smooth check-in and the concierge's exceptional service, every interaction was outstanding. The room was impeccably maintained by housekeeping, and the on-site restaurants served delicious cuisine. It's rare to find a hotel that excels in every aspect, but this one truly does. The candidness of the staff and the genuine care they showed made our stay even more special. It's one of the best stays I've ever had, and I can't wait to return.

Located in the marina, its location allows you to go to the center by walk as well as the beach.
Service was perfect, kind and committed to any client’s request.
The room was just amazing. We booked the “Sea view” and thanks to the full glass window, the view is just incredible. The room itself was also huge, about 30-40m2, separate bath and shower
The bar was beautiful and nice cocktails served.
I would definitely go back there for my futures stop in Barcelona !

Amazing hotel. Even better staff. Honestly the whole experience was five star. From the hospitality, to the rooms, the staff were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and very respectful. The hotel was clean and tidy and smelled fresh. The service was immaculate and what one would expect from a 5 star service. The food was really great too, breakfast and room service was fantastic. The location is also really good with the beach, casino, boardwalk and many night life and food places near by. It was an excellent experience and worth a stay if you are in the Barcelona area and want to stay close to the beach. Everything was great and we’ll be coming back again for sure! - Thanks for making this trip so wonderful

Schöne Aussicht und freundliches Personal aber sonst nichts wo ein 5 Sterne Hotel rechtfertigen kann. Haben eine Penthouse Wohnung gehabt für ca 2000.- pro Nacht . Keine beheizten Pools und im kleinen Whirlpool 2x2 Meter dürfen keine Kinder rein. Die Sauberkeit sucht man auch im Spaabereich vergebens . Im Lift stecken geblieben und Alarmklingel geht nicht. Kleinigkeit vom teuren Frühstück ( 45.- Euro) ins Zimmer geht nicht wird weggenommen da man das nicht darf. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer funktioniert nicht.
Also entscheidet selber ob das 5 Sterne sind und diesen Preis rechtfertigen wir waren leider 3 Tage dort aber sich nie mehr

La nourriture était très bonne mais comprenait un peu trop de fruits de mer.
Le service était très bon.
Il faisait trop chaud dans le restaurant, ce qui était pénible à la fin.

Un magnifique dîner, une équipe très professionnelle rarement vu un tel niveau ....
Grande qualité de service tout en alliant gentillesse sourire et sympathie. Le Chef a répondu à notre problème d d'allergies.

Destacar sobre todo el servicio de, otra vez, Nicola en el P41 quien tuvo excelentes detalles con nosotros y nos cuidó de manera excepcional, tanto de sus compañeros.
Añadir también a estas buenas prácticas a Antonio (si no recuerdo mal el nombre), chico italiano que nos atendió de maravilla durante el desayuno.
Sin duda repetiremos lo antes posible.
