nice hostel, bad sleep - they don‘t enforce their rules at all. literally all night (till 6am) there was british people screaming arround with no respect to anyone - apes in the zoo behave better. you will have better sleep quality in the trenches. there are no curtains.

and to the guy sleeping in the bed adjacent to me: get some help, no person snores this much.

An overall great experience. The hostel is really well located, you feel really safe and have a great staff. The rooms are cleaned everyday and you have good intimacy for a shared room.

6인방에서 6일동안 머물렀습니다
바르셀로나 중심가,람블라스 거리 등 유명한 관광지에 인접한 접근성은 좋지만
서비스나 시설 측면에서 부족한 면이 많이 보입니다.

첫째로, 화장실 세면대가 누르는 형식이라도 그렇지
물양이 너무 적게 나와서 양치를 헹굴려면 족히 5번 이상은 눌러야합니다

둘째로, 하우스키핑 즉 침대 시트를 갈아주셔서 되는데 요청 하지않으면 안 해준다고 안 갈아주셨네요

요청을 두번이나 했는데도
직원분께선 무성의하게 대답하시고 투숙기간이
절반이 넘어 갈 때쯤 갈아주셨네요.

또한 다른 외국인 분께서 락커를 잠구지 않은 시간동안 4500유로(한화로 650만원)을 잃어버리셨습니다
아마도 청소부분이 들어오셔서 청소하는 동안
사라졌다고 합니다.

저희 일행과 저도 둔감한 편이고
숙소 질을 따지지 않는데도 불구하고
불편함을 많이 느꼈고 투숙 내내 긴장할 수 밖에 없었습니다.

방문하신다면 꼭 견고한 자물쇠 챙기시고
외출하실 때 귀증품은 락커에 잠궈 보관하셔서
간수 잘 하시길 바랍니다.

아마 중심가 숙소라 이런 점을 개선하지 않고도
투숙객들이 끊임이 없는 것 같은데,
언젠가는 깨닫고 개선하시면 좋겠습니다.

Un lugar hermoso, las habitaciones súper cómodas y espaciosas, pedí el desayuno y me dejó sorprendido de sabor, además la ubicación lo convierten en un lugar ideal

Dada mi experiencia anterior en otros hoteles de la cadena TOC tenía unas expectativas bajas sobre este hotel pero tras pasar varios días alojado he de decir que ha sido la mejor opción que he podido escoger: una ubicación inmejorable cerca del metro, un buffet de desayuno variado dentro de lo que cabe, un personal de recepción dispuesto a ayudarte sea lo que sea que necesites, unas zonas comunes limpias y acogedoras y unas habitaciones con lo necesario para al menos descansar lejos del mundanal ruido de la ciudad.

Para el precio que tiene ha resultado todo un acierto volver a confiar en la cadena TOC. Repetiría ahí sin dudarlo.

The best hostel for the one night stay. Reaching to the hostel from airport is super easy. Also it’s in the center so it makes it easier to go and visit some famous attractions.

I have been leaving in so many different parts of the world for so long and I do work with customer service for over 20 years and I have NEVER EVER been so mistreated by a staff ANYWHERE in the WORLD like I was by the ones that works at the hotel and has no clue of how to be professional (unfortunately as many people out there) but the worst issue was that she was RACIST against me. That is sooooo unprofessional and shows how low the standards are for this place.
Horrible.
