Kahvaltı konseptini ise hiç beğenmedim. misafirlerin kendi Bulaşıklarını yıkaması fikri kötü şahsen ben elim olmadığı için üstünkörü bir temizlik yapabildim. Yapmak istemeyenler hasta olanlar vesaire risk teşkil ediyorlar. Oda ışıklarının 23:00 den önce kapanmaması fikri kötü. 4 kişilik bir odada dinlemek istiyorum ama ışığı kapatamıyorum.

Duşlarda şampuan yok. Su sıkıntısı çeken Katalonya bölgesi için kötü bir tasarruf fikri. Şampuanımı unutup duşa girdim ve temiz hissetmek için daha fazla su harcadım.

Çevreci ve kaliteli şampuanlarla hizmet vermek sizin şehrinizi gelir kaynağınızı korumak için önemli. Bunu benden daha fazla önemsiyor olmalısınız.

Personel gençlerden oluşuyor neşeli arkadaş canlısı bir ortam kurmak için çabalıyorlar.

Bir çok dile hakim personelle çalışıyorlar.

Akşam yemeği aktiviteleri eğlenceli doyurucu bazen beğendim bazen beğenmedim ama hiç aç kalmadım. Uzun süre konaklayanlara tavsiye ederim.

Jesus adını verdim. Şu mutfaktaki kendi bulaşığını kendi yıkama fikrinden vazgeçin. Hem hijyen kalitesi hem de su tasarrufu için bulaşık makinesi kullanın.

Il est idéalement situé à proximité des bars, des clubs. Les soirées organisées par Fouzy et Matilde nous ont procuré beaucoup de fun !

One of the best hostels I have been. Very clean and organised. Professional anf friendly personal. I got to meet Adam there who was really friendly and helpful with all I asked for. When I come back to Barcelona I will surely boom there again!

Turistik amaçla geliyorsanız eğer şehrin içinde olması güzel bir şey. Eğer planınız gezdikten ve işlerinizi hallettikten sonra sadece yatmak için yer bulmak ise ideal bir yer, daha fazlası değil. Geri kalan hizmetler için (havlu, kahvaltı vb.) ekstra ücret isteniyor. Havuzu uzun bir süre faal olmayacakmış. Eğer öyle bir planınız varsa istagram sayfasından kontrol edin. En üst kattaki terası da manzara açısından mükemmel.

Lamentablemente se muestran como un lugar con buena onda, dónde todo es simpatía y alegría pero dejan mucho que desear. Son solo una empresa de alojar gente, no les interesa cuidar a los clientes, solo les interesa el dinero. Se pidió como caso excepcional una modificación de fechas de una reserva ya que 40 min antes de embarcar cancelaron el vuelo y no tuvieron la consideración de hacer esa modificación incluso ofreciendo a pagar la diferencia que hiciera falta. Tampoco quisieron devolverme el dinero de la reserva por la "política" asique si tienes un problema con tu viaje no cuentes con este lugar para que te den una solución. Te van a dejar durmiendo en la calle... Así cuidan a los clientes que lo elijen. Además de tener empleados mentirosos, como MARIA que es una persona bastante desagradable y nada empática para trabajar en atención al público. Desde ya, que a cada persona que me pida una recomendación de Hostel en Barcelona, NO RECOMENDARE NINGUN HOSTEL DE LA CADENA SANT JORDI.
Porque a pesar de presentar toda la documentación que solicitaron para darme una respuesta, la respuesta NUNCA LA DIERON.
El manager que supuestamente rechaza dicha documentación brilla por su ausencia y no tengo ningún correo en dónde realmente vea que se hayan comunicado con el.
DESASTROSA ATENCIÓN. POCO COMPROMISO CON EL CLIENTE, MALA PREDISPOSICIÓN Y SOBRE TODO LA EMPLEADA MARIA MUY MENTIROSA.

Es un buen hostel, volvería. En el apartado social imagino que será mejor en verano pero eso ya no es cosa del equipo que trabaja ahí, va con la suerte. De todas formas, buena experiencia.

During my recent stay at hostel in Barcelona, I encountered a mix of positives and negatives that ultimately shaped my overall experience.

Let's start with the positives. The hostel boasts inviting common areas that foster a sense of community among guests. I appreciated the opportunity to socialize and connect with fellow travelers, especially since I was traveling alone. Additionally, the reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the hostel.

However, there were a few drawbacks that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. One issue was the lack of privacy in the dorm rooms. It would greatly enhance the guest experience if curtains were installed around the beds to provide some semblance of privacy and comfort.

Another notable inconvenience was the unreliable operation of the lights. While it's understandable that lights are automatically switched off at 11 pm for energy conservation, it was frustrating when this wasn't consistently enforced. Consistency in this regard would greatly improve the overall comfort and convenience of the hostel.

Furthermore, the fact that two out of the three toilets in my floor were out of service for half of my stay was disappointing and uncomfortable. It's essential for a hostel to maintain basic facilities to ensure guests' comfort and convenience.

In addition to these issues, I experienced a concerning incident of food theft from the communal fridge. Despite efforts to label and safeguard personal items, my food was stolen, which was both frustrating and disappointing. When I brought this to the attention of reception, I was disappointed that they didn't offer any compensation or solution, such as providing a complimentary breakfast since I no longer had food for the morning.

In conclusion, my experience at hostel in Barcelona was a mixed bag. While there were certainly areas for improvement, such as privacy provisions, facility maintenance, and food security, the hostel's positive aspects, including its communal spaces and friendly staff, contributed to a generally pleasant stay. With some adjustments and enhancements, this hostel has the potential to offer an even better experience for future guests.

Mostly an ok hostel except it’s not very clean. More seriously, the all female 10-bed room has a serious case of black mold above the window and on the walls. I told the receptionist and he said they will paint it eventually. In the meantime, I asked if they could leave the window open at night, and he said it was forbidden. So now 10 girls have to sleep in a black mold infested room with no air access. That’s not okay!

Konnte vieles zu Fuß gut erreichen und das Hostel, an sich war super sauber und ordentlich.

Eu e a minha amiga amamos a estadia no hostel.
O quarto e as camas são bons e compatíveis com as fotos.
O staff é maravilhoso, destaco principalmente o atendimento da Pri, Davies e Letícia que foi excelente.

Localização é boa
Tem uma taxa turística obrigatória de 4€ por noite, não estava esperando. A piscina não está funcionando, as bikes também não, no banheiro nao tem tranca apenas na parte do box que é vazado em baixo, algumas meninas se incomodaram com isso staffs são bem legais. Acabei não indo com o pessoal para o bar.
