Ha fatto foto spettacolari che però ahimè non corrispondono alla realtà.
Al personale va il secondo applauso perché sono molto molto gentili e affabili.
La posizione è buona nel senso che si affaccia sul mate ma il villaggio di Matembwe non offre veramente niente...
L'hotel ha un bel giardino rigoglioso ma la struttura necessiterebbe di manutenzione tante piccole cose che fanno la differenza...arredi non integri scrostature wc e docce non perfettamente funzionanti.
La colazione buona mapotrebbe migliorare.
La cena senza infamia senza lode troppo ripetitiva.
La cosa peggiore è senza dubbio IL LETTO una punizione per le nostre schiene materasso sottile duro appoggiato su presunte doghe rigide come un euro pallet.
Abbiamo chiestodi intervenire ma ben poco è cambiato.
Peccato perché le potenzialità ci sono.

They tried to rob us from the beggining until the check out. Be carreful of Nice, the receptionnist. She’s the worst liar I’ve never seen.
We came for our honey moon my husband and I and the 4 nights stay we booked were just horrible. First of all, we booked a transfer with the hotel from the airport to the hotel but we waited at the airport more than 1 hour because they forgot us and of course didn’t inform us. The driver NEVER apologize. They refused to give us back our money and offer to us a complimentary massage.
They charged us $20 the way back from the hotel to the nearest ATM at 15mn away and we realised there were an ATM closer at 5mn but the hotel driver just want for us to pay more !!
The room is poor and old. Not a 4 stars standing hotel. The room are so close each other that you can ear everything your neighboor did.
The wifi didn’t work wherever you stay at the reception or in your room. There were 3 electricity cut in a day.
The personnal is a liar, not polite at all, non professional and not helping.
Moreover the beach in front of the hotel is dirty with algae so you can’t swim.
There is absolutly nothing around even a supermarket.
Don’t waste your money on this hotel and go somewhere else it’s an advice

Die guten Seiten des Hotels sind die wirklich schöne Gartenanlage, der weiße Sandstrand direkt vor der Tür und das gute Frühstück. Oder der Blick aus dem Zimmer, auch bei Regen, wenn man "front of sea" gebucht hat. Die schönen Bilder seht Ihr auf der Hotel-Website, die weniger schönen habe ich hochgeladen. Daher liegt meine Bewertung bei eher 2-3 Sternen.
Bedingt durch Ebbe/Flut und die Seeigel ist an ein Schwimmen im Meer fast nicht möglich. Unendlich lange Spaziergänge an dem sauberen Strand oder Jogging machen dagegen viel Spaß. In den wenigen besuchbaren einheimischen Restaurants am Strand kann man Lobster für 15 US$ und das Bier für 1-2 US$ genießen. Ansonsten befinden sich Bars und Restaurants nur in den Hotels, es gibt keine weitere Infrastruktur/Shops etc. in der näheren Umgebung.
Notre chambre a été surclassé, nous avons eu la meilleure chambre avec vue et accès à la mer, un jardin et une mini piscine privée !
La chambre était spacieuse, charmante et très confortable.
De plus nous sommes arrivés tardivement à l’hôtel et le personnel nous a très gentiment accueilli et ils ont accepté de nous servir un dîner alors que le restaurant fermait ses portes.
Le dîner était succulent ! Les frites étaient bien épicées, j’en garde un très bon souvenir !
Spéciale dédicace à Eunice qui était d’une gentillesse. Elle nous a également offert un dessert à la pana cotta, c’était délicieux.
Quand au petit déjeuner, c’est le meilleur que nous avons eu depuis tout notre séjour en Tanzanie.
Encore une fois le personnel était bienveillant, souriant et à notre service.
Le jus à la passion était très bon ! Le meilleur que j’ai goûté !
L’hôtel est magnifique. Piscine à débordement, jardin entretenu avec soin, restaurant avec vue sur mer.
Nous étions au calme, c’était vraiment apaisant, tout ce qu’on désirait en arrivant ici.
Ce fut l’un des meilleurs hôtels que nous avons eu.
Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour extraordinaire.

La cuisine était Topissime, Gina faisait des plats succulents et différents chaque jour, la gentillesse des serveurs (Farida, Younice et Saler). Très belle vue sur la mer. Les piscines sont en bon état mais un peu fraîche.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, aérées et propre. Dommage pour le débit de la douche. On aurait aimé aussi qu'au moins un employé parle un peu français.
La zone où se situe l'hôtel est très calme, idéal pour les personnes qui souhaitent passer un moment tranquille.

Our manager on-site speaks perfect French, however we are sure you can understand, we can't have staff that speak all languages of this world, just because some of our guests do not speak English.

L’emplacement est parfait avec une vue sublime sur la plage de Matemwe !
Les deux piscines sont très belles et idéalement situées face à l’océan.
L’hôtel est à taille humaine ce qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant on s’y sent comme à la maison.
Tout le personnel est très gentil et très souriants ! Toujours aux petits soins pour nous.
N’hésitez pas à aller vous faire masser les soins sont très bien.
Le restaurant est incroyable avec un petit déjeuner excellent avec vue sur la plage.
Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour Neema au restaurant, le petit rayon de soleil de l’hôtel !
La carte du restaurant est variée et change tous les jours, nous nous sommes vraiment régalés. Une vrai cheffe en cuisine ! Les meilleurs plats que nous avons mangés sur l’île.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et propre.
La décoration est de bon goûts on s’y sent vraiment bien .
Rien à redire 10/10 ! ????

Frühstück war super, hungrig ging man nicht vom Tisch.
Früher Check-in um 5 Uhr morgens war ohne Aufpreis möglich, für uns ist das nicht selbstverständlich! Zusätzlich durften wir später auschecken und wieder ohne Aufpreis!

Very clean and organized the only part I would change is to make it more secured from insects and have AC in the rooms.
I Highly recommend this hotel for a quite get-away experience.

Average breakfast. It's not worth that money.
The hotel is quiet, beautiful, the rooms are very nice, 2 different swimming pools, one step far from the ocean with cool places to chill everywhere!
The plus is definitely the staff , the people from the restaurant team are more then professional and the food is great! They treated us with true kindness and gave us all tips we needed for our stay. The reception team and cleaning team are outstanding to.
We are more than happy with our choice! My girlfriend and I spent one week here and we very much recommend it!

Die wunderbaren Bilder vom Hotel in Booking haben uns total überzeugt - diese sind ein schlechter Scherz. Die Pools sind in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Die Ausstattung auf dem gesamten öffentlichen Gelände ist alt, teilweise verschlissen.
Die Ausstattung ist mindestens alt und aus dem Waschbecken wie auch auf der Terrasse, riecht es erbärmlich.
Nachts wird in der Umgebung Müll verbrannt. Es riecht so stark, dass man sich in den Schlaf hustet. Die Zimmer sind immer offen, mit teilweise offenen Wänden, Türen ohne Verglasung. Es ist es laut.
