Magnificent place, magnificent lunch!!

What can I say, I can't fault this hotel one bit. It was everything and more. My partner and I were torn over booking Son Brull and another hotel on the island and we are so glad we made this choice. I would happily stay there every time we visit Mallorca. The hotel itself is stunning, set in front of a mountain surrounded by orange trees and olive groves. The room was beautiful (we were upgraded as the hotel wasn't full) and it had a free standing bath and a huge bed. You can even choose your bed linen of preference from a menu - the ultimate luxury! The breakfast was excellent and had both a buffet and a menu to order hot food. We had dinner in their 365 restaurant on one of the evenings and it was a memorable experience. If you can't stay at the hotel then I would at least recommend booking a special dinner there. Lots of the ingredients come from their farm or from producers very local to the hotel. We had a massage in the spa which was the most relaxing experience. One of the best parts was the activities they provide, we used the electric bikes everyday and explored lots of nearby areas which you can ride to on pretty back roads. This made the holiday so much more enjoyable than just taking a car everywhere. The free yoga class was great and taught by a very good teacher. We didn't end up planning tennis but will do next time. You can also book a tour of the bee hives and olive groves which we will also do next time. The staff are extremely helpful and do everything they can to make your experience as relaxing as possible. Nothing feels too much. When you leave they give you a jar homemade orange marmalade to take home. It felt like they had thought of everything. I can't wait to go back!

We went for a meal, the location and surroundings were lovely. Food was great and the service was top notch, fantastic how many of the dishes and drinks use produce grown on the land too.

Un lugar maravilloso para relajarse, disfrutar del entorno y de la buena gastronomía. Me encantó el edificio, un antiguo santuario, restaurado con respeto y con sumo gusto, conservado de forma fantástica. Desde la llegada todo rezuma a excelencia y a Mallorca. Como Balear me sorprendió gratamente el acento pollensí de la mayoría de personal que dice mucho del compromiso de la propiedad con su tierra. Un lugar ideal al que sin duda volveré.

Best spa hotel for relaxation! We stayed here for a week and it was the most wonderful vacation we have experienced in a very long time. We have travelled all over the world in 5 star resorts and hotels and it's hard to find another one to top this. Somehow, it has just the right touch for us. I honestly cannot find anything to critique or complain about (and I know I am a pretty picky person). We rented a car and intended to tour the the island but wound up staying in the hotel complex the whole week (and dined there every single night). We did morning yoga (excellent tutor!), played tennis, walked and ran the trails, went swimming in the heated pool, used the gym, and the spa daily... The Spa is the best I have visited so far compared to all other spa hotels (including those rated top spa hotels in Europe). Everything is so perfectly set up for relaxation and rejuvenation of the body and soul. Even staying in the room to read is great (my room has a gorgeous view!) The ground is beautifully kept. The staff are very friendly, attentive, personable and super helpful! They make us feel so welcomed! Love them all! No doubt I will be back for another visit. Highly recommended.

This was our second time at Son Brull and once again it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Every aspect of our stay was superb, from the warm and professional welcome, the amazing daily yoga class with Ana, the fabulous breakfast, the beautifully kept grounds and vineyards, the luxurious Spa, and the delicious food and drinks. Rooms are stylish and immaculate and service is always professional, charming and helpful.
A fabulous place with fabulous people. We look forward to returning soon.

Booked a day pass/ lunch and massage. Was very lovely. Service was super when I said I was gluten free. Decent prices for meal. Spa was quite empty because it was in November but lovely all around. And full body massage was very relaxing and good.

Un lugar maravilloso donde relajarse y desconectar. Cerca del mar y de la montaña, a 5 min. del bonito pueblo de Pollença y a 35 min. de Palma. Además, dispone de piscina exterior climatizada, spa con circuito termal, pista de tenis, gimnasio, bicicletas... y dos magníficos restaurantes.

My other half booked a table in the bistro. Being a scruffy engineer sort of guy I was a little apprehensive but on arrival the receptionist was very friendly and lead us outside where the head waiter greeted us and allowed us to choose a table. It's an amazing spot and the staff really looked after us all night. Needless to say the food was amazing and we were put into a taxi to take us home feeling very content.

Wir waren zu Zweit für eine Woche in Son Brull, das Hotel und die Anlage ist sehr schön, das Essen gut, wenn auch wenig abwechslungsreich. Eine komplette Katastrophe ist leider das mehr als unterdurchschnittliche Personal, Herzlichkeit, Professionalität, Aufmerksamkeit? Alles Fehlanzeige! Zu keinem Zeitpunkt hat man sich willkommen gefühlt. Zur Begrüßung und Abreise jeweils lieblos ausgedruckte Zettel auf dem Zimmer, selbst die Mühe einer persönlichen Unterschrift hat man sich nicht gemacht. Selbst beim Check-out gab es nicht einmal die Frage ob der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Lediglich der Hinweis, dass wenn wir zu spät zum gebuchten Transfer an den Flug erscheinen sie den doppelten Betrag in Rechnung stellen.

The Gourmet dinner is a 11/10; but the bistro is like 3/10....

The staf is great... but the biggest letdown of it all was the bistro (food quality not the best in bistro=lunsh) (not just after having eaten the dinner... but like in general it ess not up to the level of the rest)... come for the dinner, rooms and spa.... but note a mixed standard at lunshtime..... moves between a 11/10 to a 3/10 (the bistro lunsh is the low point, dinner at gourmet the best)... located outside beaches and cites.... but close to golf, tennis and great nature ( so location great, but depends here what you are looking for.... it is not central)

Super great... but have liked a bit more consistently.

Actually we never stayed in the hotel but go to their poolside restaurant all the time. The service is impeccable and the food is consistently amazing. We recommend their own wines to try. A beautifully restored historic 18th century monastery surrounded by acres of vineyard, so peaceful!
