Lieu très paisible , et magnifique . Hôte très accueillant et prévenant. On a eu un petit problème de plomberie , ils ont fait preuve de réactivité en nous attribuant une autre chambre.

Fantastiskt ställe! Bor på en apelsingård hos familjen som brukat gården i generationer och åter generationer. Hög klass på rummen. Högsta klass på service och gästvänlighet. Ät dina egenplockade apelsiner. Ett ställe som måste upplevas. Rekommenderas varmt!

Wunderbar erhaltene alte Finca mit alten Organenbäumen. Sehr zuvorkommender Service.

Wunderschöne Finca, tolle Lage, sehr schönes Ambiente und ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Zwischen reifen Orangen und Avokados, ein Traum…

I could go into every detail why this is where you should stay when you visit soller, but it’s probably better to experience it for yourself first hand.

Raphael and family ( especially Lia) are great hosts and treat you as if you are apart of their family.

We liked it so much we extended our stay and look forward to going back.

If there is one con, is that I doubt this hidden gem will be hidden for much longer…

Eines Vorweg: Die Lage der Finca ist einmalig - ein echter Traum und wir haben in den Betten wunderbar geschlafen. Allerdings wurden unsere Vorstellungen, eines unvergesslichen Aufenthalts, nicht erfüllt.

Wir waren fünf Tage in der Finca Ca's Sant und hatten eine Deluxe Junior Suite mit Terrasse. Die persönliche Begrüßung viel sehr kurz aus. Nähere Informationen würden wir über den QR-Code auch in Deutsch finden. Anschließend wurden wir zur Suite begleitet – gezeigt wurde uns nur der Safe.

In der Suite war kein Handtuchhalter und es wurde erst nach Hinweis ein mobiler Handtuchhalter aufgestellt.

Das Frühstück war gut und nett angerichtet, allerdings qualitativ und quantitativ nicht besser als in anderen guten Hotels in Sóller. Außerdem war die jeweilige Serivcekraft nach unserem Eindruck etwas überfordert. Vieles musste nachbestellt werden, wieder und immer wieder - sehr lästig.
Ein Schmetterlingsraupe im Frühstückraum konnten wir zwar nicht übersehen, aber ringsherum ist halt Natur.

Leider wurde unsere Terrasse auch mehrfach vom Personal als Abkürzung für den Transport diverser Dinge mit einer Sackkarre benutzt. Egal ob wir auf der Terrasse saßen oder nicht - ein "no go" in einem Haus mit diesem Anspruch!

Die Pools sind sehr schön, auch wenn etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Das WLAN war gut und schnell.

In der Suite benutzte Kaffeetassen blieben nach der Reinigung zurück, ebenso an einem Tag ein Putzlappen.

Unser Gesamtfazit: Wir hatten aufgrund der Darstellung der Finca auf der Webseite, aber auch aufgrund der teilweise überragenden Bewertungen, eine gewisse Vorstellung unseres Aufenthalts, diese wurde leider nur zum Teil erfüllt. Für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt hätten manche Dinge besser laufen müssen: Benutzte Kaffeetassen werden vom Personal ausgetauscht. Ein Handtuchhalter ist von Anfang an im Zimmer. Die Zimmer werden nach der Reinigung noch einmal überprüft, ob alles erledigt wurde. Die Terrasse wird vom Personal und Lieferanten nicht als Abkürzung genutzt. Das Frühstück wird besser organisiert und es wird schneller auf Zusatzwünsche reagiert. Ein bißchen mehr Voraussicht und nicht im Nachhinein um Verbesserung bemühen!

Ich habe mich sehr schwer damit getan drei oder vier Sterne zu vergeben. Da ich in einem anderem Portal vier Sterne vergeben habe mache ich es hier auch.

A true paradise at the foot of the soller mountains. The setting has to be experienced to be believed. Our two night stay was serene, peaceful and everything we hoped it would be. Convenient walking distance to the centre of Soller, the way paved by lemon trees and quaint winding streets. The two pools were in great condition (one shaded, one not) that could be alternated. The breakfast was delicious, and we found ourselves happy to spend hours at the property, exploring the grounds and relaxing. The bed was one of the most comfortable we had ever slept in. The young man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Only negative was one female staff member that made us feel slightly unwelcome, not believing that we were staying in the hotel and generally being a bit rude.

Really lovely stay. The whole family took great care of me and feels like visiting a nice countryside family home. Favourite hotel in Mallorca now and will definitely be coming back

A perfect visit at a cozy and quaint farm! The check in with Jaime was quick, easy and informative. He took time to show us the map of Soller and a tour of our room. The pool is lovely, the property is well maintained and full of different fruits trees. The family has owned the farm for many generations and are very kind - there are also multiple cute dogs on property that greet you :) We looked forward to breakfast every morning — simple and delicious. We also had lunch there one day and the gazpacho and roast chicken were delicious.
Town is just a short 10 min walk and the finca had great recommendations on where to eat. We’re excited to come back soon!!

Beautiful, beautiful property. Pricey, but it does feel like luxury. The location is fantastic, easy (and scenic) train ride in from Palma and a 10-15 min walk from the center of Soller. It’s a great home base to see the sights and get a real feel for Mallorca. The rooms were large, clean and equipped with good amenities, AC and WiFi. Enjoyed the fruit trees, animals, mountain views. Breakfast was so fresh with a variety of options and drinks and snacks available most of the day at a cost. We would love to stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights on our honeymoon and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made! We loved everything about the stay - we felt so welcomed by the staff the second we set foot on the property and really got to know them (multiple generations!) by the end of the trip. They were so helpful with recommendations for hikes (plentiful in the area) and restaurants (also plentiful), and were just downright hospitable. We stayed in a lovely bungalow tucked in an orange grove and felt like we were in heaven. Definitely has charm and character throughout the property. Loved the delicious breakfasts and cocktails on the patio. We felt we had the best of both worlds with the closeness to Soller but also the rural feeling of being on a farm. Will definitely be returning!!
