Das Hotel hat eine super zentrale Lage nahe des Zentrums. Auch das Design & die Zimmer des Hotels sehen optisch sehr ansprechend & sauber aus.
Jedoch ist die Organisation des Hotels sehr schlecht. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite für drei Personen gebucht. Beim Check In hieß es unser Zimmer sei fertig, wir können einchecken. In Zimmer angekommen war alles für nur zwei Personen gerichtet ( keine Handtücher für die dritte Person, kein Bademantel, und kein Bett! ) Gut, kann mal passieren, kein Problem. Haben bei der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben das dass Zimmer nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet ist…es wurde gesagt es kommt gleich jemand der uns das dritte Bett aufbaut…
Nach 3h warten, und Zeitvertreib in der Stadt, um uns endlich mal nach dem Flug im Zimmer ausruhen bzw. duschen zu gehen, stellten wir fest das immer noch niemand in unserem Zimmer war. Nochmal an die Rezeption nachgefragt wann denn endlich das dritte Bett aufgebaut wird, hieß es , es sei normal das man erst gegen Abend das Bett uns aufbauen wird, housekeeping weis scheinbar schon Bescheid, sie werden demnächst kommen. Nun waren wir schon etwas sauer warum wir in einem vier Sterne Hotel ständig um Handtücher und einem Bett betteln mussten obwohl wir bereits für drei Personen abkassiert worden sind.
Mittlerweile war es 23 Uhr und wir beschlossen selber die Chouch aufzubauen, damit sich die dritte Person wenigstens auch mal hinlegen kann..um halb zwölf Uhr nachts, als immer noch niemand bei uns war, sind wir nochmal an die Rezeption gegangen und fragten nun das dritte mal nach ob es möglich sei nun endlich das Bett aufgebaut zu bekommen. Hier hat man sich dann das erste mal dafür entschuldigt & uns versichert das jetzt unverzüglich sich jemand kümmern würde. Fazit: Nach drei mal betteln um ein Bett, Decke & Handtücher wurden wir ernst genommen. War für uns sehr unangenehm ständig nachzufragen und absolut unprofessionell. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen, obwohl uns der Rest eigentlich sehr gefallen hat.

Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Didn't eat at the hotel but noticed the restaurant seems popular; nice cocktails reasonably priced. Would recommend and would consider staying here again.

The wall proofing is lousy. You can hear all the noises from workers outside and hotel guests.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff in a great location. Only issue is that the a/c did not work, though, luckily the weather was mild.

Hemos llamado para reservar una mesa a las 21:30 de un sqbado,nos la han confirmado..y al llegar hemos subido en el ascensor con unos clientes huespedes..
el ascensor se ha queedado atascado y hemos tenido que dar al boton de la campanita y al abrirnos la puerta la recepcionista nos ha hablado de tal manera que no me ha parecido correcto para un hotel de este calibre!
Nos ha redireccionado al otro restaurant de ellos, y al buscar nuestro nombre... Sorpresa!!!! No estabamos apuntados!!!Hemos enseñado nuestro telefono la ultima llamada y efectivamente..han comprobado q hemos llamado...nos hemos ido disgustado..Me sabe mal pero ese es un hotel que me gustaba mucho venir a cenar cuando hacian conciertos de jazz, disfrutar de una buena musica y de una buena hamburguesa de angus que preparaban..

No estábamos hospedados en el hotel, pero tienen una cafetería donde hoy a las 17:00 hemos parado a tomar un café y nos han atendido con mucha amabilidad.
Tienen un café y unos postres caseros espectaculares. Nos han tratado de cine. 100% recomendables.

Maravilloso hotel y servicio. La zona spa es una gozada, para poder relajarte en pleno centro de Palma.

El arroz meloso de sepia está buenísimo, recomendado cien por cien , y el servicio muy agradable y trato exquisito en especial las señoritas wlau y María José

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit unserem Zimmer (starke Lärmbelästigung von der Straße), aber einen erfolgten Upgrade in die Suite Cathedral, hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Ein spezieller Dank nochmal an die freundliche Mitarbeiterin Carme. Wirklich erstklassiger Service ????

The place is not worth the price. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I want to mention it, but indeed there are some cheap matters considering that it is supposed to be a good quality hotel. First of all, soundproof is horrible. You can hear everything from the hallway. Also, the bathroom has a glass door, which has basically no sound isolation either, as if the bathroom was there in the open. The fact that it is a glass door also makes the light go through, so due to these reasons, I wouldn't recommend sharing a room like this with your partner, for example. On top of that, also having 2 tea cups and one tea bag as welcoming seemed pretty off to me. It's just tea, after all, and it could be more generous. Other things are also off, but I will not mention them. It's just not done in the right way for an optimal experience. The location is great, though.

Velis at the Spa do a great job and always with a smile. I always go to her if I need anything done, best in town.

El Hotel Saratoga, es un clásico para los conciertos de jazz, y por tanto más que un hotel, un muy recomendable lugar para tomarse una copa sin morir en el intento. Gran trato y vistas. Hace 30 años que lo frecuento y admiro, el jazz es universal y este hotel -además de hotel- tiene este excepcional extra.
