We stayed 4 nights in the hotel, the staff were amazing, unbelievably helpful. The room was superb and the breakfast sensational. We loved everything about the hotel, position, decor and the relaxed vibe. We were very sad to leave it. It truly was like a home away from home! We will return again next year! ????

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, das sehr aufmerksam ist und eine gute Präsenz hat. Seine Lage ist sehr Zentrums nah, ideal um Palma zu erkunden. Dass in den engen Gassen immer wieder Hundesch@#$e liegt, ist ja nicht der Fehler des Hotels, aber trotzdem störend. Für den Pool war es uns noch zu kalt, den Spa Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt, schaut aber recht kuschelig aus, muss separat gebucht werden, somit ist man immer alleine dort (24 h am Tag), ist aber au höchstens für 2 Personen vorgesehen. Bei Frühstücksbuffet ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Gerne wieder.

We had an amazing experience at Posada Terra Santa! The location is perfect for getting around the old town. The property is stunning; our room was perfect and even had a private hot tub on the porch. Breakfast was great! The most impressive part of our stay hands down was the friendly and welcoming staff. They continually went above and beyond and even made our son feel special on his second birthday. We will definitely try to make it back here to stay in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is great, making it convenient for exploring the area. The concierge, Anya, and all the staff were incredibly helpful and wonderful throughout our visit. The rooms were cozy and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat. In fact, it's the best hotel experience I've had in many years. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for the duration of our wedding in Palma. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful boutique hotel centrally located in the old town of Palma. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff were amazing. They were in contact with me before we arrived and helped me organise the morning of my wedding day. No request was too small or difficult and they did everything with enthusiasm and a smile. They really made my wedding morning relaxing and enjoying and I cannot thank them enough. Absolutely impeccable service from the moment you enter the hotel to the time you check-out.
Will be returning!

I was really looking forward to my stay here. The location is great, the service is truly top tier, and the accommodations are cozy. The only thing that came up was the noise level in the hotel. Multiple families were staying on my floor and they were incredibly loud. Which they should be allowed to do when they book a hotel, but the building doesn't have proper insulation to ward off the noise, so every morning it sounded like they were inside of my room.

Other than that it was great, so if you're traveling with children this would be a great option for you. For those of us that are not you may want to consider another place if you plan on getting any beauty sleep.

Pour notre dernière soirée nous avions décidé de dîner dans ce restaurant. Il s’agit du restaurant d’un hôtel la réception était à côté… les allées venues du personnel et des femmes de chambres.
Les plats étaient globalement bon mais c’est un saveurs particulières et le tiramisu ressemble à tout sauf à tiramisu autant visuellement que gustativement. Au final nous avons dîné dans un bon restaurant, je ne comprends pas ça parution dans le Michelin par contre.

Très bel endroit dans une bâtisse ancienne avec pierres de taille. Quartier pittoresque et animé de Palma. Pensez à vous garer au parking Syndicat. La carte est simple et met en valeur des produits très frais locaux et de saison. Les saveurs sont simples. Le service est au top. Serveurs sympathiques mais presque trop rapides.
