Trabalhadores muito bem preparados para receber os turistas, inclusive, mesmo não falando português, eles tinham paciência para tentar entender. Preocupados com o bem estar dos hóspedes. A comida do restaurante é muito boa, mas, seria bom ter mais opções. A localização é excelente. O quarto é ótimo, mas o chuveiro do quarto em que ficamos deixou a desejar. Na verdade essa é a minha única reclamação em relação ao quarto: o chuveiro.

En mi caso me hospedé en una habitación privada. Excelente servicio, muy buena ubicación y en el hostal siempre encuentras cosas para hacer por si el clima en la ciudad no es el mejor. Muy cerca de la plaza de armas. Ideal para usar como punto de control para tours pues el personal es muy amable y te cuidan la maleta por poco dinero mientras se está por fuera.

Excelente amabilidad y hostel. Estuve una noche en Enero del 2020. Muy limpio, super cómodo, muy am plia variedad de actividades para realizar en el lugar, buen desayuno. Las camas son super cómodas también y tienen lockers para usar. Llevar candado si o si. Tuve un problema con mi vuelo y no pude hacer el chekin el día acordado, y perdí una noche de hospedaje en este lugar, cuando llamé y expliqué que iba a llegar al otro día, no tuvieron ningún problema en registrarme. El persona muy empírico. Al llegar te reciben con mucho amor.

Tengo muy mala experiencia con Pariwana hostel Cuzco (febrero del 2024):
La historia que viene a continuación es verdadera y sin exageración:

(1) Al llegar en recepción, en vez de atendernos y de tomar directamente nuestra reserva, nos dijeron de tramitar la reserva en internet con nuestro celular. De allí nos tocó dejar todos nuestros datos: número de celular, correo... Adicionalmente, nos avisaron tres veces que no se podía fumar marihuana en el hostel, solo porqué teníamos cara de fumadores. Sin embargo nosotros no fumamos nada... Se notaba que desconfiaban en nosotros.

(2) Traté de usar la computadora del hostel. Enchufé a mi USB - que traía valiosos documentos - y inmediatamente me entró un virus a mi USB !!! El equipo no contaba con antivirus. Me tocó ir a hacer reparar mi material; felizmente un señor lo logró, por un costo de 20 soles.

(3) En el dormitorio un chico todo borracho llegó en la noche y nos despertó. (El equipo del hostel me dijó que se había pasado consumiendo alcohol en el bar del hostel.) De allí el mismo chico nos despertó a las 5-6 a.m. para salir con su tour a Machu Picchu. El caso es que no había alistado su cosas y AGARRÓ MI PANTALÓN ANTES DE IRSE !!! Tuve que quejarme en recepción; sin embargo no supieron darme su contacto cuando nosotros tuvimos que entregar todo: número de celular, correo, etc. Me dijeron que sin duda iba a volver este chico con mi pantalón. Tuve que esperar tres días en Cuzco a ver si me llegaban noticias. Volví a Pariwana hostel, sin resultado. Les dije de por favor avisarme incluso si era para decirme que se había perdido el pantalón. Volvieron a tomar mi contacto diciéndome que si me iban a avisar de cualquier forma y tenerme informado. Paso un mes y no recibí ni un mensaje ni una disculpa de parte del hostel.

No soy de dejar reseñas, y menos reseñas negativas. Pero pasé Pariwana hostel fue mi peor experiencia en Pariwana hostel. El equipo del hotel era muy bonito y sonriente pero realmente no me hicieron caso y hasta ahora estoy esperando que me avisen algo. Pagamos 80 soles la noche + 20 soles de reparación de USB + perdí un pantalón con un valor de más de 100 soles.

Very cute hostel which is nicely located in the centre of Cusco. There are many social options at the hostel but also room for relaxation.
The staff is super friendly with a special thanks to Omar who was very helpful.

Pariwana is a fun hostel to stay in. Rocio especially was good at organising events, getting people involved and creating a fun atmosphere!

Had a great time at this hostel. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Leslie and Andy were very helpful with any questions I had and always had a great attitude. The staff upstairs in the bar was also very fun and my trip very memorable.... Thanks for the awesome time Pariwana!

Ostello spazioso e ospitale. Puoi fare festa al bar o decidere di rilassarti. Le aree comuni sono spaziose e lo staff è davvero gentile. La posiIone è ottima, a pochi passi da Plaza de Armas.

Muchísimas gracias a todos los chicos, Omar y Rocio presentes en todo momento. Como mujer viajando sola la verdad que recomiendo mucho el hostel. Instalaciones cómodas, el lugar es hermoso y el personal muy atento también.
Muy buena ubicación, tiene un bar que se come y toma rico, juegos, actividades diferentes todos los días.

This place is a little more secure and bills itself as higher end, but it really needs to get its own water reserve. You can’t provide lodging to people and not have working toilets. The food at the bar is pretty good, and they have lots of activities and games, but several of my interactions with the employees were not great. I wouldn’t say they were rude, but perhaps a bit standoffish. I stayed here 2 nights and then moved to a much cheaper place.

Not a viable hostel at the moment. Was there for 2 nights (supposed to be 5 but I changed) neither night had water. The first night i had come back from 3 day trek and was DESPERATE for a shower, having to do a basic wash with bottled water after that really did not feel great. I assumed it was temporary but on second night I came back from a day trip at about 8pm and there was no water and they said they turned it on at 6 for half an hour, as if we were all supposed to be and fitting in a shower in that half an hour??
Just dreadful, I don’t know how they’re still open when they clearly have a structural issue with their water system.

I do want to say, sometimes the Cusco municipal shut off water at around 10pm, but Pariwana constantly use this as an excuse despite the other hostels having water up to that hour (Pariwana didn’t) and some hostels having reserves keeping it on for longer.

Volunteers are great but the main staff left much to be desired when it comes to customer service.

This place does not have any water. No showers, toilets, etc.

Stayed here for 6 days and didn’t have any water for 4 of them. They said on the first day it would be back around 5pm, but still no water 4 days later. Looking at the reviews this has been happening for 6+ months. They don’t tell you either, just a small sign on the front desk.

This hostel was okay and I am sure would be fine in norma circumstances. However, there are problems with the water at the moment. We were also kept up all night by people getting back from nights out, yelling and partying in the common areas. I guess this is expected in a hostel but this was not enjoyable.
