Não fiquei instalada no próprio hotel, preferi ficar numa das casinhas atrás, do AL: a experiência foi óptima e estive muito bem por lá, repetiria a estadia! Hoje retornei um dia inteiro à cidade da Horta, para voar de novo e recorri à recepção por uns momentos. Foram muito amáveis e prestáveis, voltei a sentir-me em casa! Obrigada equipa do hotel e resort!!! Até uma próxima!

Achei sala dos pequenos almoços com muitas mesas.
Torna se um casamento no pico do serviço.
O p. Almoço deve ser a refeição mais calma para quem está de férias.

Great view of Horta and excellent service overall. Bed was a bit too firm for our comfort level, but a lovely space and amenities regardless. Only complaint outside of the hotel's control is a local bar/club blaring music and people singing along loudly until 230AM the night before we were leaving for our flight.

Daniella was one of the highlights of our stay. She is knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly kind. Joao was also a delight when we had lunch at the restaurant. We had a very bad experience with Alberto at the restaurant, who was rude and condescending when we sat ourselves due to no sign saying “please wait to be seated” or any employee around. We were ignored until I went to the front desk. When he finally came over we were SHOCKED at the disrespect from a customer service employee. We ultimately decided not to eat there because we were uncomfortable with him handling our food.

Superb front line workers here: the mainstay of the hospitality industry. . Room spotless . Breakfast really well done and varied. Couple of things set it rated high. The front desk were informative, helpful and knowledgeable. In particular Rececao got a taxi for me while I was stuck at the airport on a Sunday. Very helpful and much appreciated. Plus the manager sent me an email a couple of days earlier asking if I needed anything and a few things about the hotel. I have never received that in 70 + years of travel. It was superbly helpful. Every hotel of worth should do it as it demonstrates a great commitment. The location is easy for the town and ferry as a short cut. Beautiful gardens. A well run hotel.

Staff is some of the best I've had in Portugal. But the hotel is on desperate need of decor upgrades and just general maintenance.

As instalações já não são propriamente novas, mas estão limpas. Tem piscina interior e exterior, um ginásio, bar e restaurante. Os funcionários são simpáticos e educados. Jantamos na última noite da nossa estadia no hotel. Não havia mais ninguém na sala do restaurante, mas não deixamos de ser bem atendidos. Pagamos o valor de 30 e poucos euros pela refeição de ambos. Pedimos para que nos guardassem as sopas do bebé congeladas, atendendo a esse pedido sem qualquer problema.

Ficámos no azoris para uma escapadinha de 3 dias e podemos dizer que nos agradou.
O hotel necessita de alguns updates/remodelações para a atualidade mas mesmo assim funciona.
Agradeço o profissionalismo da menina do HK que foi espectacular com o meu pequenino e que lhe ofereceu de imediato o vosso ursinho que ele ainda hoje dorme com ele! ????
De lamentar foi apenas o PA no dia 02.12 em que estava apenas 1 pax na sala para repor buffet, levantar e colocar mesas! A empregada sempre com 1 sorriso e a dar o seu melhor mas não há super-heróis, de mau tom deixarem 1pax sozinha para todo o serviço com mais de 90pa's.
O serviço de jantar é lento, a comida veio morna, e nada de especial.
O circuito de águas é gratuito e a possibilidade de podermos levar as crianças a qualquer momento, mais um ponto positivo!!
Para um 4* é ok, mas pode ser excelente.

O hotel está instalado num excelente localização, no centro porém o hotel deveria ter uma remodelação, quartos e casa de banho desatualizados. Serviço um pouco aquém de um 4 estrelas ????. Pequeno almoço bom , poderia ser muito melhor. relação qualidade preço fica aquém.

Uns gefällt dieses Hotel sehr gut. Es mag sein, dass die Zimmer etwas altmodisch sind, aber das hat Vor- und Nachteile. Man findet heutzutage kaum noch ein Bidet, ich aber liebe diese alte Tradition und finde, es gibt nichts Praktischeres, um sich "untenherum" den ganzen Tag über frisch zu halten. Vor allem, wenn dort wie hier extra Handtücher bereit hängen. Und da ich gerne mal bade, stört es mich auch nicht, dass es nur eine Badewanne mit Vorhang zum Duschen gibt. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Das Einzige, was ich ein wenig vermisse, und wofür ich bei den Zimmern einen Punkt abziehe, ist eine (zweite) leere Steckdose zum Aufladen meines Handys. Zugegebenermaßen ist auf der Bettseite meines Mannes eine, aber heutzutage, wo fast jeder ein Smartphone nutzt, das nicht nur Telefon ist, sondern diverse Funktionen hat, sollte auf jeder Bettseite eine sein. Ich musste dafür meine Nachttischlampe außer Betrieb nehmen.
Das Personal ist super-nett und freundlich, und das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Ich kann absolut nicht verstehen, was es daran auszusetzen gibt, wer hier nichts findet, ist selber schuld (auch wenn es vielleicht keine Luxusartikel wie Lachs, Sekt oder so etwas geben mag, die aber auch eher bei 5 Sternen zu erwarten sind). Die Bar ist sehr nett, und der Offene Toast mit Ei, Speck und Lachs, den ich heute dort hatte, war mit 8,50 EUR preiswert und wirklich super-lecker. Der Barkeeper ist allerdings immer allein und in der vollbesetzten Bar mit seinen Aufgaben etwas überfordert, obwohl er einen tollen Job gemacht hat. Er braucht und verdient Unterstützung in den Stoßzeiten! Gestern Abend hatten wir am Buffet im Restaurant teilgenommen, das war eher okish, aber akzeptabel. Den Wellnessbereich mit Gym, Pool und Dampfbad habe ich nicht genutzt, da ich dummerweise vergessen hatte, Badesachen einzupacken.

Super bien. Super petits dèj. . Piscine intérieure chauffée TB, Les prix en hiver sont des plus attractifs: dans ce 4 étoiles, pour une chambre double, avec vue sur le célèbre port de Horta, petits dèj. inclus, 45,00€ la nuit. Imbattable. L'hôtel est tout près du centre, à pieds.
