Been coming to Key West for almost 30 years. Every time I came I ALWAYS stayed at the Eden House. It was “key west” to us. As of lately Mike Eden sold the property to “corporate”. I understand of some of the improvements they HAD to make but come on “corporate”, heat the damn pool, fix the ice machine, fix the hammocks and finish the half started improvements. Please don’t tell me you aren’t making money, I know what I just paid for a weeks stay here. If they choose not to finish this place we choose to stop giving you our hard earned money. I hope an owner sees this cause it’s not just me (us), many other guests are saying the exact same thing

My girlfriend rented at the Eden Hotel for my birthday weekend and boy did we had a great time, from bike rental to happy hour!! What's great about this little cozy place is on the perfect street, I recommend when you stay to pick up some delicious pizza down the block street called Clemente's Wood Fire Pizzeria. Service not all that good, BUT the pizza makes up for it! Thank you to the ladies at Eden for make our stay a memorable one, we will be back SOON! - Much love Yessy / Ani

Wir haben uns verliebt... wollten eigentlich nur 2 Nächte bleiben. Haben dann noch 2 drangehängt. Klein, gemütlich, familiär. Und nach wenigen Gehminuten schon in der Duval Street zum feiern oder bummeln.
Wir kommen wieder!!!
Und wir sind jetzt nach 12 Jahren wieder da:-) Neuer Besitzer, neu renoviert und immer noch bezaubernd.????

Do not book your stay with Eden House Key West.

Their cancelation policy is predatory. My husband and I had a birthday weekend booked March 22-25. Because of bad weather, our whole fight was canceled Friday and we were unable to get to Key West until Monday morning. ( Our reservation ended Monday Morning ) Every restaurant and guide for the weekend completely understood and gave us a refund .

With Eden House, we were unable to ever talk to a manager.(called for 2 weeks) We also sent multiple emails with no response at all. These emails were sent before and after the trip should of started. ( Their cancelation policy says to email them.)

We go to Key West a couple times a year. We will never stay at Eden House or recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Bike rental option was great. Room was clean and I liked the added option of another shower and bathroom in the hallway as we had 4 people in the same room. Location was good.

Very nice hotel. We had a great room. We liked the location as it is five blocks from Duval Street so it was very quiet at night.

Rebbecca from the reservation department is so unprofessional : Hang up on me when I asked if we had to pay resort fees. She had an attitude the whole conversation. I'll reconsider booking with them in the future.

Came here twice three years ago and you can definitely tell the new management has taken over and NOT in a good way- cheap toiletries service is lackadaisical at best at the front desk. I would not stay here again pretty sad because I love the place..

This was our first time at Eden house and in Key West. I was a little skeptical about staying here because of some of the reviews but I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did, sure the rooms are pricey but so is everything else in key west. Are they huge? The answer is no. But was it a beautiful relaxing property in the heart of old Town? Absolutely! The pool was great, the hot tub was great, staff was super friendly, bike rental right out front. I didn't have to drive my car for 4 days. Either walked or biked. There were hammocks, tons of chairs to lay out on and it was quiet. Just a super relaxing place to spend time at and to get away. I didn't go to key west to sit in my room. So I was very happy with the overall experience and everything Eden house had to offer.

Staff appears annoyed and irritated at all times. Keep interaction to a minimum and expect to be disappointed.

1 bedroom suite 650 per night. Nope it’s a basic dated Florida motel room Wouldn’t go it again

Love it, pool area just redone, great hot tub, perfect for sun all day, great tiki bar, great yoga area w waterfall, all employees very kind, rooms nice but could use shelving to put your things in bathroom & room, walked everywhere

Very disappointed. The hotel is ok? Key west style, but rooms so small, ugly in general, pool was not working.
I lost an expensive earring there and I realized just immediately I checked out, I called reception so house keeping won’t came in, and when I went back somebody was there, I found the pin of my earring but they already had stolen the diamond. So sad they did that even me calling to let them know I was turning around to be there in 15 minutes. Very bad behavior. I won’t came back.

Plutôt cher pour de toutes petites chambres, très sombres (côté piscine après le hall). Suites au contraire très chères, sans être exceptionnelles: impossible d'y loger une famille de 5 personnes !
Seul excellent point à souligner: le remboursement intégral des frais avancés pour la réservation si le client est insatisfait (nous sommes repartis quand nous avons découvert les lieux). Sinon, en amoureux, l'adresse peut être agréable.
